I was very worried ordering from this site after reading several bad reviews, but I purchased something small anyway. I received my order in a few days in perfect condition.
I have had no problems with this site. The items were what they claimed. One comforter was thin in spots but I told them I was keeping it because the color I had searched for forever was perfect. They credited me full purchase price and didn't even ask for the comforter to be returned to them. To me that's far better customer service than I've ever had anywhere else online.
I am presently new so I really can not for now but I will u all updated ok...
I have ordered several items from nomorerack. One was sheets and the other was a bracelet. I got both items within a very short time and they were exactly what I ordered. I loved the silky sheets and the bracelet was adorable. I will not listen to your bad reviews because so far my experience has been very good.
I am unhappy with my order. They claimed the bracelet what Swarvoski. It's not. For the first time I decided to give the site a try. Instead I get a cheap bracelet that I could have saved shipping for and gone to Claire's Boutique or Chinatown. I looked up the name of the 'Christine Collection' and it is a China wholesale place. It wasn't much but I will not get my shipping money back. The bracelet came in a prepacked plastic bag with a whole on the top. Really? Isn't this the type of items you find at a teen store. I believe they false advertise. I will never purchase anything from this site.
I ordered a landline purse which was shoved into a paper mailing envelope that as to small. It arrived ripped and crushed. But that had nothing to do with the fact that the products was missing some rivets that hold it together.
Despite having a guarantee on it thy want pictures and I don't have a camera. All I want is a replacement and a pre paid label to send this one back as any reputable company would do. Never buy from them

This is the WORST company I have ever encountered! Customer service is Horrible. If you buy something and have to return it... I wish you luck. Their website is also Horrible. I ordered a pack of 3 dresses for $29 and they charged me 4 times. I immediately tried to call but they were not open, tried a live chat... no one answered me then emailed them to get a reply the next day! They advertise 24 hr service. By the time I called them the next day, they said they couldn't refund my money because the order was processed already. I would have to return the other 3 orders to them. My order did not ship out from there for 6 days later, why couldn't they have cancelled the 3 orders? Now it will cost me $8.00 for each of the orders to go back! They would NOT help out with shipping seeing as it was THEIR error. BUYER BEWARE! Now I have to worry about getting my refund after reading these reviews. I will NEVER order from these people ever again.

Well I will be very realistic on this. They seem to be legit in the sense that they do deliver and honestly they deliver pretty fast. I order over a thousand dollars in items and got the ones they sent on less than a week. They didnt delivered half of what I order saying that it was not available and with the same speech that they are sorry and working to solve the problem, but they did refunded immediatelly the items. This is somewhat possitive,
NOW, going into the negative and what makes me really to think twice before using them again is that most of the things not only are cheap onprice but they are cheap on the making. They look amazing on the pics but when you get them, you wonder where they are made. Some although they are new, do not even have labels. So they might as well be made in a basement in some part of China.
Also curious is that only half the order was available to ship (after they charge you for it and then refund you), what makes you wonder if they have a huge selection of brand things to hook you and once you order they only send the cheap stuff and come with the story that the nice one was not available. Also they seem to just be moving money around since they do charge you out front and then refund you.
Anyways. I did it once. Got some stuff from it, and I am not sure I will do it again. I kind of not feel the love. I feel somethig weird there somewhere, but cant put my finger on it. It might just be a crappy company trying to look big and respectable.

If I could rate this site led then one star I would. When I first looked at this site I was amazed by the prices and products. So I bought some maxi skirts I thought was cute and a good price at $16 since I just went to a maxi skirt party selling them for $30. Got them in pretty fast but one was noticeably uneven on the bottom. So I email them just so I can return the one, waited about a week and they tell me the vendor says that's how it's made. Really if that's how it's made why is it that only one is uneven. Well I email them back and still same answer, so now stuck with a uneven skirt and very frustrated. This is a very unreliable company that really doesn't stand by they're word where customer satisfaction is they're main goal.

I bought a lot of items from ths site but never again. Unless I am mistaken - it was not indicated on the website or order form that their return policy was 7-14 days. You could not even get a store credit if you have to return it beyond those dates. Maybe it is just the unhelpful agent that I spoke to. I suppose I should not expect much of a customer service or fair store policy from a store like this. It is not even the amount - it is the principle behind it.

I ordered a few things on no more rack and I am always checking out they're daily deals. However, Please do not believe they're retail price. We bought earrings officially worth 250$ and the jeweler we bought it to said they're worth a dollar. I am overall happy with them, I bought suitcases that are very good quality and designer items that were legitimate. I would recommend googling an item that is pricey and reading customer reviews before purchasing them on NMR (like I did before purchasing my suitcases.)
I am NOT HAPPY with these people! I placed an order for something for the first time a couple weeks ago. As I did so the first time, it didn't show that the order completed, so I did it a second time. It then showed it was ordered twice and got charged twice. When I notified them of this as soon as I noticed what had happened they told me I would be refunded in 3 - 5 working days. It has been more than 2 WEEKS (going on 11 working days). I have reminded them twice and still have not been refunded my monies. I will NEVER order from them again. I'm sticking to Groupon! These people SUCK!

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
