This site is great, I search every item before I buy it to see if I'm really getting a deal(I do this for every site) and a majority of them time the items on nomorerack are cheaper. The facebook page is always responsive and is always willing to help out. I ordered some earphones and they came in a week! A WEEK! Groupon takes a month to get my item and it's more expensive. I'm in love with this site.
So I ordered a NOOK tablet from them. I ordered it at the end of July and now as of today they STILL have not shipped my stuff. It still in processing mode. I talk to 3 different people and they all said the same thing. That there were going to escalate my order. I swear IF or WHEN I get my tablet and its a CRAPPY tablet nomorerack WILL be hearing from me. I should of just went to another site and ordered it. This company should not be able to get away with ANY of this.
I ordered a ring and nomorerack, sent me a pair of cheap earrings instead. I emailed them to let them know my order was incorrect and on the same day I received 2 different emails saying 2 different things, the most recent being they would issue a store credit. DO NOT DO BUISNESS with this site. It is a straight rip-off.

No More Rack did provide a full refund and let me keep the earrings. I gave them away as they were not my style. I appreciate that they refunded my $$ but feel the same - - MEH.

I bought a Oreck steam mop and it stop working 4 days after I got it. I called and emailed customer service and they told me they would not let me return it. Went to Oreck and they said the motor was gone. ORECK said this place was a rip off. They said they do not know how they get there product and sell it so cheap. I know it only work for 4 days.

I placed an order and it got double clicked the order was for twice what I wanted. My bad.
I emailed customer service imeadeantly and was tod there was a problem with the order and it was cancelled.
So I went back on the site and ordered what I wanted in the first place.
Guess what?
Of course 3 of each part of the order showed up.
I again emailed customer service and was told I could return the unwanted product, at my expenses and also have pay the $2.00 per item.
I argued about it, saying it was their fault, they said the first order was cancelled.
All to no avail.
I bit the bulket, sent the stuff back, to two different locations so my expense was higher.
Both were received and I checked my Paypal account and no credit showed up.
I again emailed CS and was told I would be given a site credit for one item.
I am still waiting for the second credit.
The policy say nothing about store credit for unused, UNopened product.
A complete rp off.
All I will say is CS is fast to respond even if they dance around the issues.
I will never buy from them again, and will probably lose the store credit.
Terrible company, do not do business with these people because if anything goes wrong you are screwed!

I recieved a necklace that I purchased just 3 business days prior... I'm very happy with it and was really suprised how soon it came!
Long story short. I had been a customer over the past 2 1/2 years ordered over 600 items and spent thousands of dollars. I had $190.95 in store credits which I had asked to be credited to the original form of payment but kept being given store credit. I figured no big deal i shop the site daily. Well out of the blue my account has been banned and they will not forward my credit balance to my Paypal account because my NMR account is no longer active. They refuse to tell me why my account was banned other than I have had excessive returns (less than 30 items) out of over 600 is apparently excessive. I need help getting my money back. They've blocked me now so I can't even review my order history and or credits that were pending on items I had returned. They stated that any outstanding orders would be shipped but I have yet to receive everything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

They would not send merchandise to a postal box and that is all I have. So I had to use a friends mail box. She did not get it to me before the 7 day no return clause. The merchandise did not fit and they refused to take it back because it wasnt in the 7 day return time. This was a $26 waste of money.

Be careful - I was sent an email with a $10 credit offer good for only 3 days on my next offer. When I went to order at the 48 hour time mark, no credit came up to apply. So, since it was the evening, I figured I'd place the order and call them the next day. I did send an email to customer service immediately that night, but did not get a reply for over 24 hours.
They will not refund or apply the credit to the order. Instead, they want to try to bribe you into placing another order saying the credit can still be applied to another order.
Sorry - never another order to this site and I am reporting them to the FTC.

Worst site ever. I ordered two rings from there, supposedly a good deal. I received one ring and it was cheap and fell apart soon after wearing it. The second ring never showed. NEVER. Just rec'd the sheets that were 'supposedly' valued at $199 for only $29. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework as I normally would of by checking out reviews from past customers. While I did receive my order extremely fast, can't help but wonder if it is because I used Paypal which is a bit easier to get your money back if not satisfied. Let me just say 'sounds to good to be true, yes it is'! The sheets are from China and smell like petroleum, there is no packing slip so I doubt I'll be able to return them, they are paper thin with crappy stitching that looks like I made them myself. Don't waste your money! I could have gone to Big Lots or Tuesday Morning and got something with some value or just waited for a really good sale at Kohl's or Carson's. They don't even deserve 1 star...
I was just browsing and seen something I liked. Thought I wuld purchase several at price shown. I had trouble just trying to get something in the cart. Lucky me. I got out, looked up the site, then seen the word REVIEWS. Lucky me again. The reviews told me exacly what I was feeling when I seen the prices. Also, when I seen names of brands I had never heard of, I thought something isn't right. Lucky me. Read reviews and research websites before giving your $$$ or info. I ordered pillows and a zeepad tablet off this site. After i ordered, i decided to read the reviews on this site. After reading a lot of bad reviews, I was a little worried. However, i received the items a few days later, and I have to say, either I'm really lucky, or people complain too much. I received both items about a week after I ordered them. The tablet came with everything it said it would. Although their "retail value" is alot higher than it really is, i still found this site to be the cheapest for the size. I researched eBay, amazon, etc and no other places were as low as nomorerack. The pillows came vacuum packed but after leaving them out for a day, they are no longer flat. Good purchase! I would order from them again!
I bought a mid android tablet for $98. Came in seemed to be a good deal. After 2 weeks it started freezing up. Would have to let battery die then recharge. After a month it has completely froze up on android opening screen. But they don't accept returns after 7 days. I wasted $98 for a piece of junk!
I ordered a skirt back in July. The tracking number they gave me showed my package was shipped to Fort Wayne, Indiana. When I contacted customer service to tell them the issue, they gave me a new tracking number showing my package had been sent to Texas. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for their escalations team to contact me. This is the first and last time I have/will order from this site. Confused as to why everyones complaining. I bought from nomorerack & my stuff came in LESS time than what they had said. I bought a pair of earrings & a t-shirt & they were both excellent quality.
I ordered a five pk bras. They arrived in about a week but once I put one on it wasn't really good quality at all. Cheap crap! And they said I only had 24hrs after receiving item to call. Well I didn't try it on the same day so it was more that 24hrs when I called. I will never order from here again! Very disappointing!

BE CAREFUL WITH NOMORERACK; IT KNOWS ALL THE TRICKS TO KEEP YOUR MONEY! I ordered a bed cover and when I finally got it the quality was not even good for an old tablecloth. In order to return it, I had to pay $15 from my pocket because nomorerack does not pay the shipping of the returns. When I finally got the information that they received my return, I got stock with a credit store because they refused to return my money. Then, in order to use my obligated credit store of $29, I ordered another of their trashy products, and after a 3 weeks waiting, they cancelled my order because they did not have the product. I asked again for my money and they said I will get the store credit, which now, 4 days later, I still have not received it.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
