I have ordered four times now and I have not had one bad experience yet. I have ordered the 4 pack sundresses, a pair of bed sheets, iPhone portable chargers, and a beautiful bracelet. All items were ordered on different days and all orders came on time or before I was promised. I have no complaints.
It is hard for me to even give nomorerack one star. I wish their was an option for none. I ordered a ring and waited, and waited for it to arrive. However, I had received a tracking number, but the order never left NY, so I contacted "customer service." I was told they would contact the supplier and get back to me in a week. A WEEK! I was not satisfied with this, so I contacted them AGAIN, via email instead of the virtual customer service and I received an email back that basically said, your problem has been solved; we let all our customers know that it can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. So again, I responded just to let them know that, no it was not solved, and I got a message saying they would check into it. I then resorted to posting on their facebook site and explained that I was less than pleased with their company, to which I was immediately responded to, and asked to send a private message so they could solve my problem. Guess what, they gave me the same answer AND took my message off their wall. I ordered from them because I had seen their ad on facebook and because ALL of the feedback on their facebook wall was glowing. Now I know why! Infuriating. Today, the ring showed up, it was suppose to have almost a half a caret of diamonds, but all I see is little flecks, I know that's not a lot, but you expect to see some shimmer, and the listing said that the ring came with a "Jewelers Club guarantee • Manufacturer's USA warranty • 100% original, authentic, genuine, and branded • Exclusive price for nomorerack • Highly recommended with a 5-star rating" ALL that was in my package was the ring in a zip lock bag (yes, the ring was in a small zip lock bag) a chintzy gift box and a receipt from nomorerack, only stating my purchase. NO warranty paperwork, no Jewelers Club Guarantee paperwork, nothing. I contacted them AGAIN asking for the paperwork. I am curious to see what kind of excuse and run around there will be as to why I did not received the paperwork. STAY AWAY. Cheap, over glorified stuff, and I'm not sure how they are getting away with it, but tell your friends and have them tell their friends. NOMORERACK is bad news.
A few days after placing my second order in 2 months with nomorerack.com I was alerted by my credit card bank of a fraudulent charge. Based on searches it seems this isnt a coincidence. I only have used this card on nomorerack.com and now it's been compromised. I'm very disappointed as it appears nomorerack.com and/or it's payment processors may be breached. Not using them again.

We ordered what we were led to believe was 1600 count Egyptian Cotton sheets.
When they arrived, even the packaging said 1600 count Egyptian Cotton. However they seemed awfully thin. Then I noticed the labels said "100 Polyester", and after examining the labels again. I saw the very fine print that said
"feels like" and in very large print "Egyptian Cotton." Seemed too good to be true and it was.

Promised a delivery date that was obviously not possible to begin with. Three days after that date I check the tracker and my product is in Arizona. Why the hell is it in Arizona and marked "delivered" if I'm sitting here in Illinois with no tablet in my hands? Customer service had nothing to say except "I don't know" which is pathetic and unacceptable. Was told that I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days to be told anything new and when the approximate delivery date would then be. Oh and during all this never once did they ask for the correct address for delivery or acknowledge the fact that Arizona is on the other side of the freaking country! Long story short this company is full of $#*! and doesn't deserve to receive peoples' hard earned money. Their current rating on better business bureaus site is a D- and honestly I think that is a generous mark. Done with dealing with morons that work for this god awful site
Their shipping policy is what I'm complaining about. They don't ship to P. O. Boxes - many places don't; HOWEVER, nomorerack will not ship to my street address because they use the USPS (United States Postal Service) to verify street addresses and my address cannot be verified because I don't receive mail delivery at my street address, but rather get all my mail at the Post Office. Maybe this is a good warning to me NOT to get involved with these scam artists!

I found a comforter that I like. Then I wanted to change the color. I selected the one in a different color. I went to my cart and automatically it prompted me to create an account then to billing. There was never a cart/account summary. Following the mistake, I emailed customers services. They emailed back saying they would make the correction by asking me which item to delete. In a later email I was told 'unfortunately, the order has already been processed and I would have to return the item by mail at my own expense; this doesn't guarantee a refund (possible store credit). There is no one to call if you make a mistake & it takes a while to respond to your email. A generic resolution ticket is all you get for several hours by then its too late to fix your issue. So frustrating!

Have ordered twice. Received great merchandise on time! No complaints what so ever!
I ordered 165.00 worth of jewelry... then I checked the reviews online at many sites which horrifyed me that this was the ultimate scam and checked them out at BBB. I was very scared that I would never receive my order... or I wouls with crappy junk or the wrong order. To my surprise, I am pretty happy with what I have received thus far. I ordered 6 pieces of jewelry, 3 of which have arrived(ordered 8/16/13). This was earlier than I had anticipated since they are a reseller. I ordered a side cross trendy neckkace(think it was 15.00)-love it... stamped with 925 real silver, a cute flower pearl necklace for 3.00... LOVE! But I don't love my Orbital diamond ring-diamonds are cheap, grey... my fault for not researching the clarity which NMR did indeed state(got a compliment in it today though). Still waiting on a Bubble necklace, silver lopps and a bracelet(diamonds are poor quality as well... should have researched... maybe still cute though). So... I am pleasantly surprised that most of my order has arrrived & was correct.-took 6-days. Not bad! Let's see if I get the res tof my order before I send a big THANK YOU to NMR
Ordered a ring. Nomorerack sent me a usps tracking number. The ring was suppose to arrive today. I checked the location of my order using the tracking number. My order was shipped to someone else's house that doesn't even live in my city. Wth! I'm so fed up with these people. Never again will I order from them. They are complete scammers!

Hi I ordered 2 sets of queen size sheets, shipping took about a week. I also ordered a king size comforter, but when I received it, the comforter was smaller then my queen size comforter, so what I received was a full size comforter, I was not happy about that, I contacted nomorerack.com and was asked to send pictures of the comforter I received, so laid it on my queen size comforter and took pics. I received a credit on my paypal account 3 days later. Also when I asked for an address to send the comforter back, I was told to keep it as a gift. NoMoreRack.Com Rocks.
I'm not quite sure what all the bad reviews are about. I ordered the item I wanted and it arrived in 3 weeks (as advertised). I wasn't looking for a top-of-the-line product, I got a good deal on what I needed. You get what you pay for. Don't be expecting high quality items for the prices listed. It worked for me. I plan to buy here again.
I made a big mistake, should have read the reviews before I bought anything from nomorerack.com. I ordered a Swarovski Elements Double-Row Stretch Bracelet
And what I got was a cheep made in china piece of crap. I called costomer service and was told to email a picture of the bracelet to there online costomer care, I did just that and got nowhere. Will never buy from this site again! Wonder if the better business bureau was notified of this site?

Decided to check out their website after seeing their advertisement. Noticed numerous, upon numerous items that were priced to sell at Walmart prices, and in some cases, even higher than Walmart. But wait, I'm not done yet, don't forget gotta pay that additional $2.00 that I saw also.
The website itself is a scam. Check for yourself in what I explain below.
Nowhere at the top of the screen is a "contact us" or phone number.
So, you decide to scroll down the page and "oh, there it is"... Then it disappears?
So now you are looking at more items to buy, but you still want the "contact us" option right?
Again, scroll down to find "opps it did it again"... I was almost there, but not quite.
I could repeat this over and over, but the truth is I repeated this step AT LEAST 30 times to find that it just kept scrolling back to items.
What does this mean you ask? Well it means they really don't want to be bothered by returns, or any questions, making this transaction "insensitive" to consumers.
It also means that most likely if you finally reach the bottom of the page, they will most likely transfer you, or will not be available, or request that you submit a "trouble ticket" through the bottom of their screen page. How do you do this again you ask? Simple, waste your time. Some more. Some more. And lastly, some more.

Everything I've ordered is alright but the silver earrings with amethyst stone gave me an earlobe infection, either I'm allergic to silver earrings or they were fake, or too tight :(
I got what I paid for, which wasn't much. My issue with this website that the credit card i used hasn't been used in a long time. When my second order came all seemed well. Well now I have received a fradulant attempted charge on the very card I used at nomorerack.com. Somehow after all these years a fraud charge comes up right after buying something from nomorerack.com. I would recommend you stay away from this site. Granted as far as the merchandise goes I got what I paid for, but I didn't expect to have my credit card abused. I will never trust them again!
I have ordered a few times on Nomorerac. On. Both occasions I received my orders very fast. My first order was a ring. I love my ring and so did several of my friends. They all placed orders. My second order was Burberry Brit. First it was so much cheaper than I have ever found anywhere. Second, it was the real thing. It wasn't a knockoff. I will certainly order from that site again.
I would give it no stars but that was not an option.
The old saying you get what you pay for is sure a true statement here.
I ordered the white satin sheets for $29.
When they arrived they were ripped and the flat sheet was stained.
They told me to send a picture of the items which I did.
They claim they never got the pictures a week later, So I sent them again.
They apologize for the condition they were in two weeks later.
Was told to keep the defective sheets as a gift that would send a new set. ( Which at this point I did not want).
A week later I was told the manufacturer is out of the sheets.
After confirming the day before by email the sheets had gone out.
Now they telling me a credit will be issued a on my account.
Which again I don't want to credit I just want my money back.
It is now one month later I have no credit I have no sheets.
I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I think this company is a scam.
I'm gonna file a complaint with my credit card company.
I'm so glad I only spent $29, I feel sorry for anyone Who is given them any money.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
