I've ordered one item from nomorerack. It took longer then it was suppose to. Tracking said September 7. Here it is September 14 and I got the package 7 days late. I wanted to cancel it a few hours after ordering cause I changed my mind. They wouldn't cancel it and just said don't accept the package when it arrives. To me was bad service right there. Then I had them fix the tracking and it got half fixed because te date still said Sept. 7. They keep sending emails saying i apologize. The date never changed til I gt the package. There still sending Emails from like 3-4 diff people that work there saying the same things. There not organized with who is seeding emails. Anyways. I'm done with nomorerack.

I have purchased several items from NoMoreRack since I discovered them last March. The clothing items have been a fairly good but run extremely small in size. I would NEVER order anything over $30 from them. I have ordered 2 scooters for kids, just the manual kind. One arrived missing the basket. The other arrived with all parts. I also ordered a $70 battery powered Lil' Rider last April. It arrived missing a very important part. I contacted them and they sent the WRONG part. I re-contacted them asking for the correct part the end of June and I still don't have it. They've not responded to my requests until this week when I told them I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then I was given an #800 and told I need to contact the manufacturer directly. I told them I didn't purchase it from the manufacturer... I purchased it from them. They immediately responded asking me to ship the product back to them. I asked for a postage paid shipping label. They declined. I am not planning to ship the product back because I know then I will have nothing and they will continue to ignore more. Bottom line is DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company. It's like playing with fire... eventually you will get BURNT!

I purchased a handbag in early August 2013. By the end of August the studding was falling out of the bag and the bag was caving in. Upon emailing customer service I was told that their return policy was 14 days so there was nothing they could do. They also added, 'always here to help' and that customer satisfaction is very important. NOT! Do not purchase from this website. Check blogs. There have been hundreds of customer complaints about their merchandise.

No More Rack was recommended to me by a family member. I've had wonderful luck with this website so far! I've ordered two tablets, some paper lanterns, an electronic pulse massager, and some sports bras. Delivery on the first tablet was a little slower than I wanted, but the second was amazing timing... Lanterns were as well... I have no complaints about No More Rack, I subscribe to their emails and buy from them frequently. I recommend them to all of my friends.
I'm sorry so many people haven't had a good experience. Even I've had my own issues with bad products but they were quick to refund me the money and actually shipped me replacements. Most of the items I get are great quality- I just bought a gorgeous dress, silk blouse and 2 pairs of sunglasses for $20... seriously there's no where else I can go and get that type of deal. Love, love, love and will continue to use! Their customer service was very nice and quick to act.
I am writing this message about nomorerack... they don't even deserve 1 star! First, it takes forever to receive something that you have purchased, even when you only live 2 hours from there shipping warehouse, they are the worst place to buy anything... especially jewelry, it is junk, like plastic and comes missing pieces. And if you want a refund... good luck as its like pulling teeth... customer services sucks! They tell you that they have to "contact" the actual merchant that they purchased it from and that it will take up to 5-8 business days. Then when you are VERY persistant, they try and say that it is still in the works with the "merchant". AND Instead of giving you your money back, they try giving you credit for there site... I DON'T THINK SO! So my suggestion... JUST DON'T SHOP WITH THEM!

The item I purchased failed after three weeks so I expected them to take it back. I paid shipping, then found that I would only get a credit to their site. The credit was for $25 but they made be purchase something for $30. I couldn't complete the order so got out and when I come back in the credit is gone. The first order I placed was for a purse, comforter and a tablet. The purse is beautiful. The comforter is better than what I expected. The tablet however was broken. I called customer service and was told to return it to them and I would receive store credit, not my money back. I explained to the representative that the table was supposed to come with 24/7 technical support and a 1 year warranty. She told me the company that had shipped my broken tablet had gone out of business the day before. How convenient. I sent the tablet back, paid $12.95 in shipping, and was not reimbursed for the shipping cost. Because I was only giving store credit (which actually only took a week to be credited) I went ahead and placed another order. This time for 5 smaller items. Well my make up brushes stated they were delivered and were not. My rosary stated it was delivered and was not. My stylists have been stuck in Florida since August 23rd and my hair pastels were showing as delivered. Obviously I was upset. So I contacted customer service via chat. The representative told me should would credit my account for the brushes, pastels and rosary. I only received credit for the brushes and pastels. So in an attempt to get my $19 back for the rosary that didn't show up I contacted customer support again via chat. I was told management would not credit my account until a police report was made. I explained that in the city I lived in that was a ridiculous request as our police department is constantly busy. I also explained that there is not normally a problem with package deliveries as they are always shipped to my job. The carrier has many options: the mailbox, the bigger boxes for packages next to our mailboxes, my coworkers or even the management office. I also explained how I was already our $12.95 for shipping back the tablet but the representative informed me that management's decision was final without a police report. So having credit still on the account from the tablet, brushes and pastels I placed yet another order because credit to my paypal account is obviously not an option. This time I bought 9 small items. This order was placed over a week ago and 2 of the items have yet to ship and 3 of the items have tracking information that is not available. I also left a $3.00 credit on the account because I refuse to come out of pocket anymore on this site to buy anything at all. Hopefully my final 9 items will all arrive, 10 if you include the stylists (but I'm not holding my breath), because I would like to be forever done with this company. Right now I am positively out of pocket $34.95 with nothing to show for it. If the stylists never arrive then I am out $41.95. Either way this is completely unacceptable.

I gave this company quite a few chances first a dress that I ordered came in and it was completely wrong. They would no resend the dress I ordered but only give me a credit to use on their site again... so then with the credit I ordered 2 sets of sheets. You are given a drop down when you go to place the order and there is where you choose the color you want. I chose "grey". No where in the description did I see anything that stated you will receive one of the color that you actually order and another "mystery" color to be chosen by the order pickers. Needless to say I received one grey and one green. I fought the company on this as well. I did not choose "grey + mystery color" for my sheet color I chose "grey". They gave me another credit and would not resend the correct color sheets. Finally with the credit I ordered a drill set for $60. Poorest quality drill set probably ever made. The screwdriver does not rotate straight but wobbles. This site is a joke. Granted I got a free dress (that I still have not worn bc it's not something I would typically wear, free green sheets when I only have taupe and blues in my bedrooms, and a drill that doesn't work but for the frustration and time it takes to address these issues it's not worth it.

I ordered 3 sets of sheets but was only shipped 2 sets. I responded by email and asked for another set of sheets or a refund. I was sent an email stating that NMR had checked with their vendor who confirmed that they had been shipped and the weight of 9.7 pounds was correct. I weighed one set of unopened sheet set and it weighed 4 pounds so three sets would have weighed at least 12 pounds. I am still hassling with NMR to rectify the situation. If I ever do get results I will never shop with them again. Buyer Beware!

I am thoroughly disappointed in my purchase.
I had a hunch that the item I would receive would be a knockoff.
It is not a genuine swarovski crystal bracelet and the metal wear is all plastic. There is no certificate guaranteeing it is a real swarovski crystal. This company is basically advertising falsely.

Its not technically a scam but there is highly false advertisement. The prices are real but you save nothing by shopping on this website. There "retail" price that is listed was when the product being displayed had just hit the market. You can google just about any item on the internet and find the item in question for exactly the same price as what this website posts it for. There is no real savings just a compendium of all the antiquated items that have been replaced on the market for something newer and better. Plus there website layout for browsing leave much to be desired.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
