Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I asked for them to cancel an order they claim they can't. The item hasn't shipped and I told them I didn't want it they claim I'll have to pay shipping. If they would just go a head and cancel the order there would be no need to charrge me for shipping, I had to file a complaint with Pay Pal.

I'm so confused why there are so many negative reviews! I have ordered everything from a coat, clothing, jewelry & many many many pairs of shoes! I have never once had a problem with this company or the quality of my items! I've always been very satisfied! As for the customer service, they have been great! With a question I have they answer within minutes! I do see a lot of people complaining about how long it took them for shipping, if you track your shipment of your items you would know where your item is at all times! My family & I have always been satisfied! Thank you nomorerack!

I ordered the seamless thongs and floral-lace bras... the 6 packs. I am waiting on a credit to my card for the thongs because when I opened them the stitching on the side was undone.

I wanted to return the bras because they are not true to size. They are much smaller in the cup and the sides are very slim. I have a large chest and expected better support.

I was told it was a final sale so no return credit was available. I was shocked. I sent her the link and asked her to tell me where the "final sale" language was and she cut/paste it into my email... it was mixed in between all the verbiage in "want to know more" which is in between the huge list of sizes. Very deceitful and not clear. To boot, NOWHERE in the checkout process or in my confirmations did it say final sale.

Screw you. I will NEVER buy from this site again and have warned everyone in my social media circles.

Anyone wondering why all the responses from nomorerack to problems are the exact same response and not personalized? I'm wondering if they are even reading the problems. Let's give it a go: I ordered 12 bras at the beginning of September and read that I should allow for 10-12 days, well... guess what? It's been longer?!

Extremely unhappy
September 24, 2013

Extremely unhappy. Purchased 100% leather coat. Arrived smelling gross and wet. I tried calling customer service immediately and they would not issue a call tag or take any responsibility for a wet smelly heavy leather coat. It would cost me too much to return to am donating to charity. BUYER BEWARE. This coat, by the way, was made of slices of leather sewn together (not obvious from the photo) so looks incredibly cheap. MADE IN CHINA. STINKS THE HIGH HEAVEN

This is the worse website ever! I don't even want to get into details! All I want to say is that its a ripoff, they are so unprofessional and by the looks of this page I'm not the only one that had a bad experience! Don't recommend this site AT ALL KEEP AWAY!

I knew the prices were too good to be true. I ordered something on September 10 and on the website is still says processing. It does say allow ten to fourteen days to process, I did not see this till after I paid for the order. This is way too long of a process period. I do not plan on ordering from them again. I do not recommend this site to anyone. On the fourteenth day I get an email saying they had to cancel my order because their supplier didn't deliver my order. From the other reviews I see it seems like this whole site is a scam.

BUYER BEWARE! I spent qutie a lot of money for many items that I had purchased for presents. They included jewelry, sheets, towels, pillows and small furnishings. Basically, everything was either poor to terrible quality! The worst junk ever! Getting through to customer service was extremely difficult, and once I did manager to get connected, they were not very helpful at all. I did return some of the purchases, but after paying for shipping (esp. The towels & sheets) due to size & weigh, only half of my payment was returned. The other items, I just gave away, as the expense on my end was not worth shipping. I am in NY and returns go to Los Angeles area in California. I wouldn't even mind paying for some shipping, but the quality was NOTHING like the descriptioln provided on the website. Many online companies will pay for return shipping or at least send a shipping label which they provide and has a better rate then the one a "small" individual customer can qualify for, and the charges for the label are deducted from the return charges. At any rate, I would certainly not shop with them in the future. There actually are too many other really good sites that DO provide good service and good products.

Tried to find out how they ship and no one responded. I lost what I was trying to buy because the response time took too long. I receive my mail at a p. O. box and they finally said they do not ship to p. O. boxes, but then use USPS, FedEx, UPS to ship. So what am I to think? To hard to order from them so will not try again.

I had the WORST customer service experience with nomorerack and will never buy anything from them again. I had originally bought an awesome maxi skirt, so I bought another, and the second one was 3 inches shorter than the first (and 6 inches shorter than the guaranteed length of the skirt, which I found out after emailing customer service). I had to go back and forth with them 6 times with 6 different customer reps, send them 4 pictures as proof, and it is three weeks and counting with no resolution. Good luck if anything at all goes wrong with your order, there's very little hope of getting it resolved, or getting a manager to speak with. They are the worst.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU MAY BE SORRY!
This was my first time ordering with NoMoreRack and it will be the LAST! Item in package was NOT the size I ordered. I rec'd my order of Queen size Egyptian Cotton Rich Sheets on August 20th. Had ordered these for a wedding gift. The couple went to use them this weekend and found the sheets are was much too large for a queen size bed. Look more like a king-size. They checked the packaging and it does say Queen so the package had to be mismarked. Called customer service and was told the drop-dead date to return anything is two weeks. Nothing would change their mind so now I have a set of sheets that I paid $67 for that won't fit. I am VERY disappointed with their customer service and will not be ordering from this company again – ever!

I orderd Souble Stretch Swarovski crystal bracelets (6 total) under 2 separte orders. When I received the items, I requested a Return Merchandise Authorization because the items were so small they would fit my 4 year old granddaughter. I returned the items, and requested a full refund to my credit card of purchase. I have only received a partial credit, because they "need to confirm all items were received.". They were sent in same package. They now tell me they need to wait 5-7 days to research, and in addition, the refund for the 1st order was issued to my NoMoreRack account, when I clearly asked for it to be refunded to my credit card. After calling today, BTW, the customer service is in the Phillipines, I said if I didnt receive my refund by the end of the week, I would report them. Lets see what happens. You cannot call the warehouse direct either.

Do not buy from them. Whatever you buy is ship from all over the place. I bought basketball shorts and when I got it 1 leg was shorter than the other. I called and ask for a return label and was told no.

There is absolutely NO customer service. They barely speak English and can not transfer to any one who does accually speak English.
Their shipping is a nightmare. IF you can even get something shipped at all.

I ordered 12 lg tank tops, they were 12 xsmall tanks when they arrived at my house. It must be extremely hot in their warehouse. I deleted the app from all my devices and I pledge to never ever buy another thing from this site. This $#@! Is coming straight from china. BOOTLEG CRAP!
