I ordered a spy tank for my son that waited and waited to receive it. When the package FINALLY arrived it was some cheap helicopter?
I called several times and just got the run around. I never got my money back for it.
I also ordered 5 iphone chargers, none of them work... never again will I order from this bogus company.

I ordered Dr. Dre Beats headphones and they are defective. The sound quality is poor and the sound adjustment does not work. The company only wants to issue a store credit and not a refund as they promise. I am not even sure if the product is the real thing.

I ordered a 10.1 tablet with key board from nomorerack.com and I received it with in days and I use it daily and I love it I have started using my tablet more than my lap top. I will be ordering again from nomorerack.com in the future. Also a friend told me about nomorerack.com they love it as well and they order from them all the time and never any problems. I am planning on buying boots and I did noticed they say to order sizes bigger and I'm not sure yet what size to get but I know if they don't fit there cheap enough I can give away to a friend and then I can order again a size I know will fit:-) I LOVE NOMORERACK.COM AND YES THERE GREAT I RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH NOMORERACK.COM THERE AWESOME:-)

I bought a pair of boots
November 27, 2013

I bought a pair of boots - size 7. However, I cannot even get them on my feet! I called them and asked if I could exchange for a bigger size and she told me I should have bought two sizes bigger. She said it states that on the web page and that I cannot exchange them OR return them. I hung up and checked and it says if you normally wear a 7 - buy a 7! Are you kidding! Here I thought I found a great site and my first attempt is terrible. Not only am I stuck with boots I can't wear but the rep flat out lied to me. Nice.

I was going to purchase a tablet, but after reading more NEGATIVE than positive reviews, I will not purchase. Every comment was responded with "we are so sorry. Blah, blah, blah." I will pay the higher price and speak with an English speaking representative in person.

Do not order from this site! First of all the quality of merchandise overall is TERRIBLE! I recently ordered some skirts and I am in the process of trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around when I Did exactly what was told of me! They are saying "they didn't receive the package" and their robotic cookie cutter responses are even more frustrating its as if they don't understand anything! No happy and 100 percent will not be ordering from them again. Most places you send them the package back and you get a refund! Not here! You gotta go through all these hoops! And they will just try and keep your money! Shop elsewhere! Not worth what I am going through!

I don't know why people are rating this site soo low. I bought several things off them and have never had a problem with them. The longest the shipping took for me to get my stuff was 5 days. I guess I've just been lucky. I will keep buying from them though.

I have had bad expereinces from NMR. Reading reviews here, I would summarize my feelings and suggestions. If you are ignorant about quality, and will to settle for junk, then this is the place to buy. And dont be too fussy about size or color as you may not get what you ordered. The few positive reviews here read"fake" to me... How many people go online to sitejabber to rave about a site... only us who have been scammed. I just wonder how much longer they will be in business,, The previous company operated by the owners here, Bidrack, has been sued,,, class action... BEWARE

Downloaded app & attempted to order by paying through PayPal but when it could never "connect" I decided to investigate this co. So very happy that it didn't work based upon the incessant complaints I've read.
I find it ironic that "Vince" continuously replies to customers witha cookie cutter apology & an ever bigger joke that they have 24hr assistance; I purchased nothing but sent an email (only way to contact) that I couldn't place my order... nothing! That's 24/7 customer service-not! Boo! Spend your cash elsewhere, I know I will.

I placed an order, the site says it takes 10 to 14 days for shipment, 17 days and three emails later, I still hadn't received a notice on WHEN they planned to ship my order. I cancelled the order and they sent an email stating that they cancelled the order due to high demand. I got the runaround in every contact with this company.

The only thing I've order a charge for my phone, and I've never received it. I don't what your broken record apologetic response; first, fix the issue and see where your communication falls out of when we, as a customer, paid for things that we never received; second, why don't you get off your high horse and make sure these experiences never happen again.

ORDERED A MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT FOR MY SISTER. SITE SAID IT TAKES ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO START. I would stay as far away from this site as possible! I ordered bras and half of the bras I received were of various sizes and they were all of very poor quality that fell apart on the first wash! Ridiculous! I then tried to return them and since it was over 14 days they said they couldn't do anything for me and they don't do exchanges anyway. I will NEVER shop with them again! I hope they go out of business!

This site is awful

This site is awful. The quality of everything on there is dollar store quality, and they try to advertise it like it is the real deal. We have ordered a few things thinking they were going to be better then something you can get from a Mexican swap meet. We got a set of sheets and one of the sheets looked like it came from a Chinese child laboring factory, and it was the poor kids first day at work. We told them we wanted to return them, and for some stupid reason they thought we only wanted to return the one sheet that was bad, so they only deducted money for one sheet and reimbursed us for that one sheet. Why in the world would we want to keep the rest of it? And then whenever you try to give a review, a truthful, review on FB about them they erase it and tell you to message them instead. I feel that is misleading customers and not giving people a chance to choose for themselves if they want crappy quality or could just go to Walmart and get a little better quality. Just remember people, you get what you pay for.
