I ordered 2 packs of the Ahh bras and didn't realize it was a final sale. I received them in 2 days but they are kind of tight so I wanted a bigger size, I went by their size chart and ordered what their chart said to order for my size, 38-40 is large according to their chart. They won't exchange it for the right size because it was a final sale. They need to adjust their chart then! And the website says they make it their priority to go above and beyond for their customers, yeah right!
I ordered 2 pairs of the black Dawgs boots. I was REALLY skeptical after I placed my order and then read the reviews. I thought for sure I was out the money. Surprisingly not only did I receive my order as promised 7-10 days I actually also received the item I order at the quality I expected.
We'll, I just ordered a $1200 tv from these people. This is our Christmas present to ourselves so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that I am not posting a disgruntled message here in the near future. I will keep everyone updated on the status of the order. This is only my second purchase from them. The first item was a flashlight that came without ever getting an email with tracking info. I have placed 2 orders w Nomoreack. The first one for a Lane Bryant dress that took 3 weeks to arrive. But when it did, it was exactly as pictured and described. The second order contained another dress, some electronics and other miscellaneous items. That order arrived in different shipments, but still took less than 2 weeks total. All the merchandise was great. New and works properly. I have no problems with Nomorerack
I placed an order for three items, when I hit submit I received an error message. I then proceeded to their website which stated if you don't get a confirmation email your order did not go through. I then tried to place the order again and continued to get an error message. I tried a few more times, never got a confirmation email so I just have up.
Then days later I received multiple emails stating my order(s) have been shipped. I received 15 items and got charged for them as well. I called, followed their return policy, and now they say they never received my items. They will not refund me my money. Do not buy from this website!

Ordered a Shark Euro Vac from them and it was received missing parts and really used. Even if it was "refurbish" this is no excuse for what was sent. The box was damaged and with the parts missing you can't use it. Now they want me to pay to ship a 13.0 package back to them and issue me a store credit for this unusable Vac. My attempts to get a pre-paid label from them is falling on deaf ears. Why should I be out additional funds for their mistake. I wouldn't order from them again. This is such bad business!

I did order a few things I liked... BUT... I recently ordered 2 supposedly "Swarvoski Elements" bracelets. What they shipped me was not Swarvoski at all, in fact the one bracelet had a tag attached that said "Fashion Jewelry" "made in China" It is the SAME exact stuff the dollar stores sell. There was NO logo, no "Swarvoski" tags. No nothing. Someone royally messed up there as the bracelets were shipped in the typical dollar store celophane wrappers and again with the MADE In China! I brought it to their attention, they said to send them photos which I did... they only refunded me after I threatened to report them to stopfakes.gov the govt. Website to report counterfits. I still do no see any credit to my pal pal. The CEO couldn't care less about his criminal actions so I have to think he lives in another country as US laws do not seem to be a concern to him! Buyer beware... I have to think that all the name brands they advertise on there are knock off's from China!

I ordered the Beats by Dre headphones. The headphones arrived looking used. They were scratched, didn't come in the original box, no instructions, and worst of all, the headphones didn't work. It took several emails to get a refund. When I finally received my refund, they gave me store credit. I had to email them again to have the amount placed back on my credit card. Be very careful. I purchased an assortment of vibrantly colored scarves. Receive poor quality scarves of black, brown, off white and burnt orange. Called and mentioned that two of these weren't even listed as "colors" on the webpage, but was told the merchandise didn't need to be one of the colors shown in the picture (of 12 different scarves). Feels a bit like bait and switch. The value was $0 for me because I was looking for vibrantly colored scarves, not neutrals.

I made an order over a month and a half ago. Two of my items arrived, separately, after about two weeks. The third item wasn't there within the third week so I called and they said it would ship within 2-3 days. Then I get an email the next day saying the order is cancelled because they couldn't provide the item I ordered. That was about 2 weeks ago. I've yet to recieve my refund. I'm really worried I'm not going to get my money back. Two weeks ago it said they processed the refund. I waited a week, it still hadn't posted to my account. I emailed them again, they emailed me yesterday and said the issue is resovled and to allow 5-7 days for my refund to post. So the refunds wasn't posted when they originally emailed me and said it was. Refund is still not showing. I'm not sure why it would take so long for a refund to show on a credit card. But I am really starting to feel like I got scammed.

Have placed 4 to 5 orders. Prices are awesome, but the merchandise is not always top grade, but I am good with that. You get what you pay for, and you often get a deal at this site. If you really want top service, don't shop a discount site.
I bought a letter necklace for my granddaughter. It was drop shipped to her. It shipped when it was supposed to and she loved it! No complaints here :)
I'm beyond frustrated NMR. I filled my cart twice today; actually three times counting last night. Your site is beyond difficult to surf (ie repetitive & sold out items are an abundant waste of time) and when 5 of 9 items oddly disappeared from my cart at checkout, it took me another 1.5 hours to SCROLLL thru to relocate them. UGH but I was already invested (time wise; not funny) so I trudged forward.
Finally ready to check out AGAIN - yep, sign in error. UNCLE! I'm going back to Beyond The Rack. Best part, as I typed this I received an email warning time was running out to complete my order. Are you kidding me!?! When I clicked the linkless than 5 minutes later, my cart had emptied. Yes, I contacted them with this very complaint.
QUESTION: Why not enable a search query and avoid duplicates and unavailable items. The savings drew me but the headaches and time warp lost me. I want my afternoon back!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered 3 sets of 1600 thread count sheets. When I received them they were so thin you could see through them. There was no packing slip/Invoice enclosed. I made a copy of my order conformation and highlighted the order number and wrote return for credit on it also. I mailed the package back priority mail. Unfortunatly for me I didn't keep the receipt where I mailed it. I waited 2 weeks and got no credit. I have since been informed that I should have gotten some kind of approval before sending it back. Now they claim they never got the return! So I am out $81.00 for nothing not to mention the $16.00 I am out in postage. I think it's a SCAM!

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
