Especially during the holidays one would think that you could order products and have them shipped to where you work because of thefts, etc. But no... the billing and shipping address have to match and who in the world would want their work address to be on their personal credit card. I ordered over $200.00 worth of merchandise but can't have it shipped to my job and can't have it shipped to my home.
Well at first I was skeptical about ordering from NMR but my friend and neighbor showed me the tank tops they were good quality I mean she only spent $12. So ordered some for my daughter. Turns out they run small I contacted them got a refund and used my credit to buy her different ones. She loves them. I just purchased a tablet from them 2 days ago. All seems to be going fine with that purchase so far. I see people complaining alot on here. Come on guys look at the prices you get what you pay for. Want better quality shop elsewhere. I bought on 11/6/13 a pair of "Girls Geniune Suede Luxury Winter Australian Boots"(that was the exact item description on the website & my order form) When I got the boots on 11/19/13 I got a "Circo" brand(from target) pair of boots style: Gelsey... that you can get on ebay brand new for $9.99 It said no where on the description it was a "Circo" brand and the best part is that on their website NMORERACK claims these retail for $99, please let me know when girls target boots have retailed for that amount of $$?

On October 25th 2013 I bought $32 in items and got my confirmation email but they deactivated my account because they say I ordered from outside the US even though delivery was to Miami. I have emailed them 4 times regarding my refund to no avail. I will be taking this up with my credit card provider. This site is a scam.

So frustrating... I received a partial order. My email said the items had ALL been delivered. I called customer service to find out what was going on... after waiting 15 minutes on hold, the recorder came on and said the office was closed and to please try again tomorrow? It's early afternoon!
So I tried the "live chat" feature, that customer service rep told me I would have to file a police report b/c the item shows delivered. So then I tried to call customer service AGAIN and this time was able to get through. The CSR told me the items had been delivered to Southern California! Why would part of the order make it to the correct address and the other 1/2 end up in Southern California? The CSR assured me he knew what he was doing. I asked to speak w/a Supervisor and after waiting ANOTHER 6 minutes (I had now been trying to get an answer for over an hour) someone came on that sounded EXACTLY like the CSR I was just talking with. He said he was the manager and there was no-one in the office higher than him. He said the exact same thing.
I have ordered from No More Rack in the past and had received prompt answers to questions and customer service was pretty good. After this incident I may never order from them again. So frustrating and major waste of my time!

I made an order from nomorerack.com. The item I bought was $14 but I expect to get what I paid for. I work hard for my money. Some how, my item was delivered to Los Angeles! I live 1 1/2 to 2 hrs from LA so I dont know how a mix up of the addresses happened. Of course, UPS is closed on the weekends. I called customer service for nomorerack.com. They're issuing me a refund. I will keep an eye on my bank account to see if they refund me. The rep told me she wasn't in the position to tell me whether or not it was nomorerack.com's fault as to why it was shipped to the wrong address or if it was UPS's fault. UPS will be getting a call from me during normal business hours.

The $29 sheet I ordered are crap! Washed twice and they are already thinning and tearing. I never received the boots I ordered last christmas, and got the run around from the company about getting a refund. They seem to be famous for only shipping half an order and then offering store credit. Also, several items, such as the Beats headphones they are now listing say Recertified on the notes. What does that mean?

I ordered several items which arrived in a little under 1 week in good condition. It was a good shopping experience. The only kind of problem is that the items don't seem worth the regular price, but still worth more than the sites price.
I also just wanted to put the this out there: I work in a call center for a company about half the size of nomorerack. Our Customer Service takes more than 15,000 calls a day. That's less than 2% of our customers. Some one posted that NMR had only that # over a longer time. So if you add it all up then approx 98% of their customers are ok with what they got. MHO
Anyone who posts anything positive about this company is FROM the company. This company is total BS and their merchandise is absolute crap that breaks or is broken and NEVER gets shipped on time. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

I have been ordering here for years. So far iv bought sterling silver chain that iv been wearing for months. I have bought necklaces and rings for my girlfriend that retail for over 200 bucks, and I got them for $20. I just got in the mail a bluetooth keyboard and it works great. A $160 bag that I got for $31 shipped the other day and is on its way to me. I also have a pair of sheep boots being processed for me. Retail is $150. I got them for $29. I don't understand why every one else if having problems. Google reviews has like ******* positive reviews of nomorerack. I love the site
I have bought several items including electronics, make up, jewelry, clothing, and other stuff. Every thing has worked and all are still being used at least a year later, I always get them in a short period of time, no complaints about shipping.
I've read the complaints about NoMoreRack, and it seems to me that the things people are complaining about are things that can and probably has happened no matter where you purchase from, some times products have defects, most of the time they don't. Doesn't really matter where you get it from. And YES you can return most items, you just have to read the fine print to see how long you have! Each item tells you weather it can or can't be returned.
I have ordered 2 times from this site. The 1st time it took close to a month to receive my purchase. Thinking maybe something has gone wrong with the postal service. (My package looked like they had kicked it all the way to my house. So, I decided I would try ordering again from them and give them "the benefit of the doubt" I ordered something about 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for it. I did get an email today saying my order had just been mailed? 3 weeks after ordering, and they are just
Shipping it.
I do have to say that their prices are pretty good, but don't order if you need your purchase quickly!

I've ordered three separate time and have yet to get one item that is not defective. They have kept all of my money and refuse to refund it. This time I dint even get the item and they still kept my money putting it into a credit account. Don't waste you time or money with this third rate company. As for the rest of us, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the State Attorney General's Office. The more of us that file, the better chance we have of getting our funds back

Okay people, really? First, my personal experiences have been solid from No More. I ordered a wallet and a coffee mug for my girlfriend. The wallet looked great and has held up, the coffee mug has been through a lot since the gf is tough on about everything. I want to say before I ordered a watch at a good deal and it was pretty cheaply made and didn't last. I took a gamble because here's the kicker:
Look at the world we live in people. Really be honest with yourselves and think of the prices you see at major stores and online outside of the Amazons and Overstocks. They are ridiculously high for items that if they wanted to they could make more cheaply then they do and have them work. This is what we as consumers have been complaining about forever is "the prices of things are too damn high". So we catch a deal on a site like this and expect the world for under $20. I'm sorry, but that's a risk you take. They don't force these items down your throats, they put them out there and yes they do upsell them but you're the one clicking a button thinking you've got the best deal in the world. Just like everyone else in the world anymore, you don't consider the risks with this and expect everything to be safe.
My own experiences have been solid. I am weary of a lot of the products on the site (namely any electronic) but i'm also willing to buy some of these things on the smaller scale. Customer service issue complaints i understand because that can happen to any company whether your Macy's, Amazon, Neiman Marcus or Wal-mart. To you, I do feel bad because that shouldn't happen.
For those complaining about the quality and you overspending and not doing your own research and using common sense, please take this review to heart.
It's a solid site. I'd recommend it for "safe" items where you don't mind taking a gamble on the quality but know that they do have legitimate items that will make you happy and work. If you're looking for a laptop for $120 bucks or don't know what a "safe" item may be, I weep for what it is you actually bring to our society.

I had ordered several items from them and although the items I purchased were cheaply made and not worth the price they charged me, let alone the price they claimed they were worth, at least I got them, then the trouble began I ordered a dvd recorder, and no where in the description did it say that the item was refurbished which I was, which I wouldn't mind if it were as if new and everything included. First I had problems with shipping took them well over a month to get me the item, after contacting them several times, the always give you the same pat answer, oh we are so sorry for your trouble, and apologize for any inconvenience and rest assured they are working hard on solving your issue. Well as I said the item did finally arrive, but there was any a/v cables which is a small thing, but also there wasn't a remote, and this dvd/ recorder couldn't be used without one because there are very few buttons on the recorder itself everything is done with the remote. I contacted them and got the same answer as always they're sorry, and would contact their supplier, and would get the problem fixed. Well months after emails and calls and arguing with cus serv. Reps, I finally cut my loses and gave up. I had to buy a remote which cost me over 40. For the remote and shipping, because this dvd. /recorder was discontinued and the remote had to be made by Toshiba. Anyway so they deal I thought I was getting was no deal, yes the dvd/recorder worked but it was after all refurbished and with the price paid for the remote and the a/v cables and the dvd/recorder itself I could have bought a new one. I believe this site to be a scam you may order and get what you want, and at a reasonable price and then again you may not. I know I never plan to order from them again, and have told everyone I know not to order from them. And when I tried to post a review on their facebook page, they somehow banned me from the page, and just for being honest and warning people not to buy from them.

I placed an order for Dre Beats Studio headphones in orange over a month ago. I received an email saying that the order has been placed and I would receive an additional email with the tracking number. I never received that email. I wrote customer service and was told that she would put it into top priority and listed the customer service ticket as solved? I was told to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and this is normal procedure etc etc. THE ORDER HASNT EVEN SHIPPED AT 3 WEEKS LATER! I replied a few days later with another inquiry because now over a month later, it is still processing and is not solved. I cant get ahold of anyone to speak to about the order, cancel the order, or figure out where the heck it is. I log into my bank account to print off the charges and have the bank reverse them, and low and behold, they charged my card, refunded the money, charged my card again, and then YET AGAIN reversed the money. This was 2 weeks ago. Now I try to log into my account on nomorerack and it has been suspended? The charges were done and reversed two weeks ago so why am I getting emails up until yesterday saying they are working on shipping my item this week?
Then I get curious and try to find reviews about the site to see if others are having the same difficulty. I stumbled across this site and read the reviews and realized I'm just another dummy that fell into the scam as well. I had to sign up for a account so I could post my warning as well. STAY AWAY! If you are one of the very very few that actually gets what you ordered no problems... good on you... but from the looks of it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I now have to scramble the day before my sons birthday to find these damn headphones in orange. I should have just used amazon or ebay like always.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
