I have ordered from them twice now. This second time I spent over a $100 and bought a bunch of little things. DO NOT buy from them they practice bate and switch. They make the pictures look better than what you are really buying. I understand that this sometimes happens when buying things off the internet, but every item I bought was very poor quality. All the stuff is of dollar store quality that is over priced. I won't be fooled again. Also the sizing is way off. I bought a pink hoodie for someone in a 3X it ended up being a large. It was also very thin. I bought a shirt that should have been a large, and it was a medium and was not like the picture.
We ordered 150 dollars worth of stuff over 4 months ago, they double charged me an I still have not got the stuff I ordered nor have they returned my money. We have emailed multiple times and they have not emailed me back. Its a scam dont use this sight.

This website has furnished my entire house, minus a few amenities. But my friends and coworkers are now using this site after my reccomendation, and are very pleased as well. The only thing I always reccomend is using a login, so you can receive an order number, or print the page with your order number. After all it is a computer you are using just remember glitches can happen such as; your computer timing out due to a bad connection. I once didnt get my confirmation number so I e-mailed them via the website support and received a timely response with supportive help. If you're skeptical like i was than buy something small and than see how fast it comes and if you got what you wanted.
Nomorerack does not ship to anyone that has a PO Box listed as a billing address. Period, no exceptions, you can not list a separate shipping address. After spending 4 different times filling up my cart after it expired as I waited for emails and phone calls back and forth about why I was getting no confirmation and my address was not going through, I am glad I was not able to order from this company. Seems like I dodged a bullet, and their customer service responses were completely fake and non-helpful.

I have purchased from this site a few times in the past. The first purchase was fine a great deal and came in good time but the second time i received a note from the post office i cant have my item until i make up for the shipping charge difference
The site advertises $2 shipping on everything so i had no idea i would need to pay $3 to the post office to get my item since i already paid shipping! Needless to say i did not pick up my package and immediately emailed no more rack
They emailed back and forth with me for about a month arguing telling me the post office is wrong you dont owe for shipping blah blah blah
Im not an idiot i know what the post office said! It took over a month to get a refund and they got the item back the post office returned to sender
It was an awful experience and recently a year or so later i ordered and exfoliating thing for the body and everything went fine with this order...
The moral of this review is that you never know what could happen with this company and customer service is awful
If i were you i wouldnt order clothing or anything heavy or bulky because you could be slapped with extra shipping fees from your local post office but some deals are worth the risk so thats up to you to decide

I ordered an item, but realized the size might be wrong, so I sent an email to customer service asking if it was possible to change the size. While the response itself was timely what I was told was not to my liking. I was told they could not make changes to the order itself due to security reasons(OK I'll buy that), but I was then told they canceled the order, I did NOT request that. When I went to reorder the item, as they said to do it was no longer available.
This is not acceptable, having someone cancel your order when you did not request it is not good business practice.

I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site and they were given an F if that does not convince other possible shoppers from ordering from this sham business model I just do not know what will. I believe those items are fake. I ordered a facial serum, bottle was dirty, pump defective. I ordered a laptop cover for my macbook pro, it didnt fit. They also advertise items they dont have. Beware NOMORERACK IS A SCAM.

I have ordered the 1800 sheet set, the down comforter, the heating blanket, a coffee mug and pillows from this website and have been extremely happy with all the products as well as the shipping time. They said shipping would be anywhere from 2-3 weeks and I received all my products within 7 days. My bedding that I purchased (as separate items) was all of good quality and lived up to their description of the products. I will be purchasing more products from them in the future.
Well... I was going to order some stuff from this site... nomorerack.com... but after reading the reviews, there is no way in the world I would even try it out. Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
