I have actually bought from them a few times. What can I say? I'm a sucker for punishment. First I ordered a watch. It was pretty junky, but at $13, what did I expect. Shipping time was horrendous. The second time I ordered some nail art stuff. Again, pretty crappy. Of course the pictures were these awesome designs and then what I got was variations of the same cheetah print. Shipping was more reasonable, but I never got the shipping notification email, until AFTER I got the delivery notification email. Ooookay. Lesson learned, I'm staying away, BUT I already had placed a 3rd order. Then the same thing happened again. I got a delivery confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email a few minutes later. The house hasn't been empty for 3 days and there's nothing outside or in the mailbox. I check the tracking in the email and it was never even received by FedEx. I contact customer support and they close my ticket because "they're looking into it" and should have a shipping update for me soon. More than 36 hours later and nothing. I just happen to work at the world's #1 DIY retailer and I can find the status of ANY shipment in minutes, even if that's not in my job description. I have emailed customer support again telling them it's unacceptable and I need a tracking number showing it's shipped or a refund IMMEDIATELY... we'll see!

After reading these reviews, I think I made a mistake to order from them. My paypal account was charged right away but after a week I have not received any type of confirmation or notification regarding my order. I'll wait and see what happens before I order from them again.

After placing an order, my credit card was immediately charged. Several days later I got the order confirmation. Never did an order shipment notice. Emailed them three times-- no response. Called twice and got referred to email. So I am now disputing the charge. They are either fraudulent or they are running this thing out a garage.

I order 2 google tablets. They shipped quickly BUT they shipped to someone in CT. An I'm in OH. So now someone has my kids Xmas present. They better hope I get some answers tomorrow when I call first thing in the am! Very disappointed!

I bought some dresses from them this summer(4 for $20 or something like that). It took forever for me to get them, one of the straps came unsewn first time I wore it. I contacted them via e-mail and tried to cancel my order a week after I placed it because I had yet to hear anything as to the status. They got back with me right away, I was told that they has already sent my order to their distributor and that I could not cancel but only return it when I received it. I got the them, fixed the strap, gave one to my daughter, and ended up with three cute light weight summer dresses.

I rate them at a zone I order a few things from them it took over three weeks to get my stuff and my boots that I got are so cheap I have only wore them once and the glue around the outside is pulling away from the rubber they look horrible what a waste of $40! Never again will I buy from this place it's a waste of money might as well spend the extra dollars and actually get to wear them more than once

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received any kind of notice that my order is being shipped, now I've been calling and they're saying that I need to give it at least another 7 days before they'll do anything... this will be almost a month after they took my money... by the way, they are really fast at getting your money out of your bank account there's no hold up there! Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars someplace else, this place is terrible!

Don't order from this company... they NEVER answern the phone... you're placed on on for SEVERAL mins 17mins or more very poor service... I still have not rec'd my replace order 3weeks and still waiting :(

Would give it no stars if it was an option. I ordered the neatdesk desktop scanner and digital filing system for $269.00 and it came in a amazon package. IT WAS REFURBISHED! This is a gift for someone and it has refurbished stickers all over the box. It never said refurbished when I purchased it and I have yet to receive the other 2 items ordered on this website. Save your energy and spend your money else where.

I ordered 3 items for my 4 year anniversary about a week ahead of time. I didn't receive a receipt or any type of confirmation but was quickly charged. I emailed CS and the rep (who obviously isn't in the U.S.) told me my items were just being shipped. Great - I planned for things to arrive before time and they show up 4 days later. On top of that one item hasn't yet arrived, one is the wrong size, and the tech item does not have all of its "included items". Really?! You sent me a car charger for the item but no regular charger? I'm half thinking the inventory for the site is just a bunch of stolen items from tourists and the reps are some poor kids from the gutter in China or something. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH AGAIN

Order a lot of different items... they trickled in over 4 weeks. One item that was for my 2 grandchildren for Christmas showed a tracking # and delivery date. So I immediately contact Nomorerack because it was not delivered. Wow after a month of waiting they are going to refund my $$? The reason I ordered November 1st was I was unsure of this company and wanted time just in case before someone's Christmas got ruined. Glad I did... way to long to get some items and not get items you follow tracking on. Back to Amazon I go.

I ordered 2 tablets from Nomorerack.com and 10 days later they have not shipped. I called their CS, which is overseas, not in the US. They said it should have shipped and they would escalate this issue. I called back 2 days later and they said it would take 5-7 more days to hear from the vendor on this issue and I could not cancel my order. They stated there is no one to talk to, they do have a mailing address in NY, but no way to contact anyone in the US. If it does not ship by Friday I will just cancel it with my CC. This website is a scam! I ordered a product, after ordering they would not tell me it was and older version of product. I cancelled the order like their policy said by 9am next morning, they still took my money. Their number no one picks up was on hold for 30 min 3 times just gave up. Email customer service do not answer your questions the just give you generic answers! I can't believe a scam like this is legal! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered!.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER pick up their phone, tell you it will be no longer than 'under 2 min wait' but 20 min later still listening to music. Held for 20 - 30 min three times then gave up and emailed them. Their emails back were generic and never addressed my specific question. I placed an order for multiple items. They trickled in, one piece at a time leaving me confused and nervous about this website. I honestly don't think they have an onshore office and this company is run out of someone's house in china or india. Made me very nervous and still wonder if items I've received are knock offs, like the RayBans. Hard to tell but 3 weeks later I am still waiting on a few items yet to be delivered. I would not trust this company again. Go to the store. Don't get ripped off by 'nomoreracket'.
