My favorite retailer. I buy most of my clothes from Lulus with the exception of finding a few pieces here and there when I end up at the mall sometimes. Online shopping is just to the way to go these days.
What keeps me coming back is their free exchanges and returns!, stellar customer service, occasional deals, and honest reviews of their clothes worn by real people! Free returns is the biggest reason I continue to shop at an online retailer after their style/quality/price, of course.
The website is easy to navigate, and there are enough reviews on items so I know if I should or should not buy an item. The photos of people in all shapes and sizes wearing their clothes if proof that their clothes are popular and stylish.
The few times I had to call customer service, I received only great service. They are doing everything right and I hope they keep it up. I will continue to shop there.

I used to like Lulus.
Until i placed one of my many order with them and they send first only 3 items and one was missing - I call waiting about 30 min to get a rep and he send me a replacement waiting about a week for it and for what it was the wrong item. I am waiting
For an other 30 min until someone texted me - Then Lulus wanted me go to the UPS store in the middle of a pandemic to returned the wrong item otherwise I was going to get charge for it. When I ask for pick she send me a link where i had to pay to get this pick up. So far this year i have placed 3 orders with Lulus for several items.
I don't want anything to do with Lulus they lost a customer.
I bought a bridal dress from them for $43 (originally $86). I was really expecting it to be low quality, after all, it's a wedding dress under $100. It was high quality, the fabric is thick and strong, the dress fits well. I wouldn't say it's as high of a quality as a $2000 dress, but I would easily pay $250 for it. Today they had a deal for 50% off dresses. There was an glitch and it charged me 50% off one dress but not the other two. I called customer service and they had no issues fixing it for me. I will be definitely be a repeat buyer!
I have ordered 4 things from Lulus: 3 dresses & 1 pair of heels. All 3 dresses I ordered were white, & the only complaint I have is that they were a little bit see through, but other than that, I'm in love! Their dresses are excellent quality, & their shipping & customer service is fantastic. The heels I ordered are very nice as well. Everything I have ordered fits true to size. I 100% recommend Lulus if you need a cute dress for any occasion!
I love lulus! Thw quality is always amazing and refunds are so easy if you don't like your purchased items. I LOVED my Power of Love jumpsuit and received SO many compliments on it the entire night I wore it! Great stretchy fabric and easy to move in. I felt so sassy & pretty! I am 5'2,115lbs and 32C. Hope that helps! It helped me with my purchase when I read the reviews!
I was a little nervous ordering a jumpsuit from this website after being scammed on an instagram clothing site but to my surprise and delight it was great quality and fit great. I read reviews that said to order a size up and I found this to be true as well.
I had placed 2 orders from Lulu's on consecutive days. The packages shipped, however they never arrived. But not to the fault of the company. They were great throughout the entire process and promptly processed refunds while working with UPS and USPS regarding the lost packages. Their customer service is great and I would honestly recommend. I will order again even though my packages never made it the first time... lol
The value of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong and lulus has gone above and beyond. I ordered a shirt as a present for my sister for Christmas. Well Christmas rolled around and no present. I reached out to lulus who got back to me right away. Basically usps lost the package 12/10. The package was completely out of their hands at that point but they took the time to reach out to usps and then follow up with me to see if I had received my package. They took care of the situation for me and offered to send me a replacement which I accepted. They were so quick to respond and were extremely professional. Not only is their team great but I ordered a dress for myself for a New Years work party. It fit perfectly and got So many compliments. They have earned a lifelong customer. I can not recommend this business enough!
I have bought two shirts. Both beautiful and unique. Very good quality, very low prices, fast shipping, good tracking process. And offered to swap it for a larger one instead, I will definitely order again in the future.

Their products look exactly like the pictures, and if you go by heir size guide, fit well! I'm always iffy about ordering clothing online, but the lulus sizing charts are very accurate and reliable, so I never worry about whether something is going to fit or not! They never fail to disappoint! Would highly recommend trying them out.

I ordered two dresses and only received one dress and they sent a hoodie which was never on my order. I emailed and explained what happened to process a return. When they processed my return they did not give me credit for the dress I never received and charged for but for the hoodie which was less!

Used this dress for my bridesmaids and they all looked beautiful! The dress has adjustable straps that are very helpful as the girls did not need extra alterations done to the chest. My bridesmaid is about 5'1, ordered the XS. The dress was a long for her so she required a hem.
The dress I ordered was delivered very quickly and the dress itself was beautiful and of a very high quality. I would definitely order from here again.

After ordering a dress for my engagement pictures, there were shipping issues preventing me from receiving my dress when I needed it. LuLus was a dream to work with- their response time in getting back to me was insanely fast- even on a weekend. They were polite and made me feel like helping me was a top priority. They made everything right to ensure I received what I needed even though it was a shipping issue and was not directly their fault. After receiving the dress, I was not disappointed- great quality, beautiful dress! I would recommend Lulus to everyone!

Bought a couple of things from lulus and had no issues at all. Items were sent very quickly and arrived in great packaging. Also, the site has such a huge variety of items that there will be something for everyone, no matter what you're into. The prices are also really good too.
Purchased two separate times from Lulus for weddings we attended this year. Each time was quick and painless. Found that sizes are true to size for myself, but, of course, everyone is different so reading the reviews and seeing pictures of the clothes on "real" people (not models) is very helpful. I got a floral dress and some block platform heels. The dress has pockets and it fit true to size. The shoes did also, soooo comfortable. My graduation from college was a major fashion success because of Lulu's. Everything cme in way faster than expected, too.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
