Lazada's courier Jeffrey S Tayag cancelled my request for re-delivery despite the fact that he knows I filled in the Re-Delivery Form as soon as the status was Delivery Attempt Unsuccessful. He intentionally cancelled it to irritate his customer. Lazada's courier have the worst attitude versus Shopee couriers. I order from Lazada at least 5 times every week, thus couriers already know my address and my transactions. I have already lobbied, plead to them that they deliver my orders in the morning or at least before 2PM, because I have work at 3PM and my partner also sleeps at around 1PM, let alone Lazada's sorting center is just 5-10 minutes away since I live in Buting Pateros only, this courier cannot wait but to cancel my orders. Seems like their courier is working to just cancel orders and not deliver them. Lazada is not listening, at all to it's customers, and they still continue employing these incompetent people.

Puro pangako lang ang cs agent nila..

Everytime I ordered something in lazada, it arrives on time. I have no problem regarding that matter. I have actually ordered several times already. And everytime it arrives, I always give tip to the delivery representative. Sometimes I would really ask for my change. But other rep would say " Wla akong sukli neto maam." So instead of asking for it, again, i'd just let him keep the change. Kanina lang dumating ang isa sa inorder ko. Hindi nman kalakihan ang halaga. Twas just 448.68. Tumawag ulit yung rep sabi hindi nya alam lugar ko at humingi ng land mark. I gave him a land mark and told him na ako nalang ang pupunta at dun kami magkita. Nung nagkita na kami, I gave him my 500 peso bill and I asked him for my change kasi wla akong pamasahe pauwi. Sakto lang ang perang dinala ko. And there again he said, "wla po akong sukli neto maam eh." So naghanap ako ng tindahan para masuklian ang 500 bill ko. Wla talaga so sinabi ko nalang na "ok lang. Sayo nang sukli ko." Tuwang tuwa pa ata sya at hiningan ako ng ballpen kasi may pipirmahan daw. WTF! Pati pa nman ballpen sa customer pa hihingin?! Wla ba kayong ballpen LAZADA? Hindi nyo sinusuplyan mga rep nyo? I ordered Muscle Power 142 motorized treadmill last december 15,2014. They said my item will arrive 5-12 business days since Im from pangasinan, After 3 follow up calls dumating din yung order ko ng january 15,2015. Bago ko buksan yung box napansin ko na may tampered dun sa Product label ng box. Kala ko nagasgas lang nung byenahe so di ko gaano pinansin inisip ko box lang naman yun, ang mahalaga walang gasgas yung product sa loob. Syempre pagbukas ko ng box excited agad akong iassemble para matesting kung gumagana ng maayos. After ko naassemble saka ko lang napansin yung product number sa silong ng treadmill. Instead na muscle power 142 ang nakalagay muscle power 1306 which is cheaper ng 2k sa order ko. Saka ko naalala yung box kaya pala may tampered yung product name para di mahalata na ibang product yung binigay nila. Tumawag ako sa lazada and I asked for refund kasi naiinis na ako and they suggest to return my product to 2go. Upon checking sa 2go website nareceive na nila yung return ko last January 22 pa so i called lazada again kung ano na status ng return ko. Sabi nila they will coordinate with their warehouse team na naghahandle ng returns kung nareceive na nila yung product ko. They will keep me updated daw. After 1 week tumawag ako ulet kasi wala paring update. Sabi ba naman they are still waiting for the response of their returns team. Hindi naman siguro masyadong maliit yung product ko para di nila mahanap. It is a 78 kilo box siguradong matatandaan nila yun kung sakaling may nireturn na product na ganun kabigat. Until now wala paring response from lazada.

I placed a same day delivery order (additional fee of Php29.00) for a bluetooth microphone (Php419.00) on Oct 09,2017 12:12PM. As per Lazada Delivery Policy - Orders that are placed before 1PM can be delivered on the same day. I've waited until 7PM but no courrier came in. So i called them and was told by one of their rep that my order is on a "SHIPPED" status and XDE Logistics is the one who will deliver it to me. I opt in for a same day delivery because i wanted to use it during my day off. Okay fine, sige hindi na kaya ideliver ng same day since gabi na nga ng Oct 9. So the following day which is today Oct 10 i made a follow up call@ 8:05AM to check the status of my order, the rep told me na wala na raw delivery charge since hindi na nga same day so i said okay. Past 12pm today XDE Courrier came in to deliver my item. Guess what?! They've asked me to still pay for the total amount of Php448.00 which includes the Php29.00 Same day fee. What the! And there's more... They even asked me to pay for an additional Php10.00 gate fee daw ng village namin? Samantalang naka-motor lang silang dalawa. I called Lazada Cust Service again to complain about the matter and they offered me a Php100 Voucher for the "inconvenience" daw?!. -- I'm not sure whose fault was it pero one thing i'm sure of hindi reliable ang Lazada for a same day delivery. Overall rating? It sucks!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
