I ordered an item (no. *******) on the 18th of Jan, got an email on the 20th Jan saying the item is being shipped and the shipment will arrive by 25-27 Jan. It is now the 30th of Jan and no delivery yet. Worst LBC does not recognize the tracking ID when we tried to trace it. What UTTER RUBBISH business are you trying to run here? I reside overseas and ordered the item for my daughter's birthday on the the 25th (she was aware she may get it on the 27th the very least)... But the fact that its the 30th and wala pa- Absolutely very BAD service! I did not even get any email to update why my order was delayed and I even had to make an overseas phone call to Lazada just to get info. Sabi ng customer service that they have to find out from LBC pa within 24 hours. Sorry but this is unacceptable, if you cant keep track of orders then you should not be in business- PACK UP!... to be honest I like the goods you sell and wish to order a lot more but I am put off by this so you just lost a customer. And you wont have anymore customers left... unless you make a drastic improvement, shipment wise - ASAP!

The website actually sells item and you'd receive them, but the main problem is their clumsiness in shipping and their merchants.
You'd find some items on the website that are mislabeled. (eg. SD card being labeled as a Micro SD, or a grey cap being labeled as red)
When you buy from this website over time, you'd recognize that their merchants are very clumsy, it's very obvious that this website does not discipline their merchants when it comes to providing a description or picture to an item. So far, three of the items I have ordered are mislabeled and I got one of the mislabeled items reached my front door. That item however, took several long call sessions to their CSR department until I finally got my refund (but didn't got the shipping fee, and still annoyed by this) for the damn thing. And they were reluctant to help at that problem until I decided to barrage them with calls!
Also, I had 2 problems with shipping from them. This one time they decided to send the item to the post office which is the nearest in my area. But given the lack of time, I can't get it. Plus didn't I already paid for the shipping fee? And isn't that the purpose of their website, to buy an item and just wait for it in home? And also, the other thought it would be a good idea to leave it at the front desk of our condominium. That's a horrible thing to do if what you're shipping is something expensive and valuable, like an IPhone or something.
Good thing the thing that I ordered was just a phone stand, but still, shouldn't their courier have to get the signature of an authorized person that's associated with the item? Or the one entitled to receive it? That's just enraging. So far, I had 4 problems when transacting with this website overall, and I'm starting to see that those problems are intentional; they are benefiting from the shipping fees (which is small, but them being greedy over a small amount of money and then mistreating the customer is absurd).
All of the items I have received aren't damaged or tampered so far, all of them are in perfect shape when I get them.
But that doesn't excuse them from mistreating their customers.
Cause guess what, I have to get a refund because they sent me a cord that DOESN'T WORK. Yeah thanks btw. They say they verify your orders pero di niyo man chine-check kung gumagana nasaan ang effortless shopping? Hahaha.

Feb. 3,2016 I ordered 4 items and received the 3 one by one a week after. Yung 4th item tracking number di gumana sa LBC track and trace so I called them and told me that I will receive the item within 14 days at most. After 14 days di pa din dumating so followup ulit until umabot ng 1 month, then I decided na magparefund na. March 15, through Sheryl of Customer Service, she confirmed for the refund and I will just have to wait once completed. Today is April 18 wala pa rin. After tons of calls, emails, tickets, pinapasa pasa nalng nila ako sa mga agents and eventually bumabalik ang usapan sa simula, parang yung lahat ng negotiation ko bale wala, walang coordination ang mga department, escalated na daw to their higher management, wala naman nangyayari.
As of today still no update from them, useless na rin kung tatawag kasi same lang isasagot nila, parang tanga lang ako dito. Di ko na alam san ilalapit ang case ko. I concede and "quits" na yung pera para sakin, masyadong hassle na, sa kanila na yung binayad ko.

Been purchasing items from Lazada, almost 60k na sspend ko. There are items na when purchased today that will arrive tomorrow. Siguro sa 30 items na binili ko, 25 items on time dumating. Pero yung 5, wag ka nang umasa. Dadating pero sa sarili niyang panahon, sobrang delayed.
And I actually regret buying furniture from Lazada. Laging may tama - though I think and most probably dahil sa shipping yung damages. I ordered a table, and the posted measurements were incorrect! Hindi pupwede yon, dahil mahirap mag return ng sobrang laking item. Bukod dun ang daming damage ng table! Nag cchip off yung corners and sides (again mukang dahil sa shipping). May nakaaway pa kong courier dahil antagal daw niya nag antay and mainit daw. - Long story masyado.
Anyway, still giving 4 out of 5 stars, as I've said I almost shop everything that we need on Lazada (except groceries). But be very careful, read every detail sa page, if possible check niyo muna yung seller/provider then contact them first to confirm/inquire details about their product before making purchase.
Will continue making purchases from Lazada - but no furniture purchases anymore. I already bought couch, bed, table, kitchen appliance, bedroom appliance, jewelry, electronics, action figures, devices. Don't always go for the cheap ones kasi sobrang pangit ng quality! And monitor their sales

They sent me the AVANT Garde T9.0 worth Php41,00.00 and nobody knows who manufactured it. I complained about this matter and ask for refund of the difference of Php28,995.00 but Lazada refuse to do so. Kaya masabi ko na ang Lazada online store ay manloloko for big profits. Dapat serado itong business nila. Folks, for your own good, stay away with Lazada otherwise what you are paying for will cause you a headache. I ordered a 40k php iPhone 6 plus 128 gb from lazada, It was so late nasayang oras ko kakahantay. When it came, noticeable na madungis ung box, and then the worst thing happened. Sira ung phone.
I used to be a happy lazada customer, I ordered a lot of stuff from them before, this is my first time spending 40,000 pesos on an order. It was placed on december 27, they said the order will get delivered by jan 3 - 4 base on the website. I work as an iOS developer so ok sakin un kasi may work deadline ako ng january 10. It got delayed, it got so pushed back i called customer support.
Customer support first emailed me and said on january 13 around 1am that the item will be delivered today. Hindi dumating.
I called again the night before and the day after, sabi ng agents unresponsive daw LEX.
The item came january 15. But after close inspection, may sira ung hardware which is ung fingerprint scanner nung iphone.
Pag sira hardware ng phone hnd mo mauupdate or marerestore.
Lazada, I already shipped it via LBC yesterday, I hope when you recieve the item and process it hnd na malate ung replacement item and give it top priority.

I doubt... why confirmation is very fast. I confused. I search and review, there are so any bad riputation against lazada. I'm afraid it was scam!. I tried to cancel my order. Searching for cancel button but i can't find. I tried also to mail them but failed. I wrote on some blog begging to cancel my order but nothings happen... i lost my hope that i already in a scam. Then in the other day morning(july 7). I read a notification that my gadget is on my way. I thought it is still a scam, i don't care, that's i said in my self. Around 12noon at same day. Someone is looking for my name.it was the delivery boyfrom lazada handling my bought gadget. Even in a last minute. I'm still afraid, i ask the guy. Where is the reciept? What if the items is broken/damage, what should i do? Can you please open for me? Atleast we can see both if the item is still sealed, if broken, i'll refuse. But in a sudden. It is close, it is sealed, i'm still afraid. Until i open the gadget and its running good as of now. I don't know in the future, this is my 1st time to order in lazada, excellente!

This is the second time i order from lazada. The first one went fine and gave me good impression.
The second order i made was for a phone an two other accessories for it.
I first recieved the phone, and was immediately surprised to see that it was not the one i was expecting, so i went to the lazada to check on the phone's description. I noticed that the item's title was somehow wrong and led me to be mistaken. I said to myself no problem, because with lazada's return policy i could easily get a store credit refund for it and buy another phone with that credit. By the way, as for the accessories i also ordered the wrong ones because of the phone's wrong title. I contacted the customer service about this and they immediately replied that i should return the product. As for the reason, i put "wrong item" with detailed explanation. I returned the product the same day i recieved it (phone not used at all). When lazada recieved the phone, they called me telling that my reason was not a valid reason and the item was correct. But anyway their quality control team has to check it first. I wrote a very long mail to explain the whole situation with screenshots and proof and the only reply i get from them is they will reply back to me in a few days to check on the issue. After a week i recieve a mail from them saying that my refund request has been denied because the product was the right one based on quality control team and that the item will be sent back to me again. As for the two other accessories i returned after the phone, i decided to just put "change of mind" and the return request seem to have been processed. So i don't understand? Maybe i should just put "change of mind" for the phone and they will accept it? Anyway i have the feeling that talking to the customer service is like talking to a robot, they don't even try to understand my situation. Why not change the reason to change of mind if that suits them better? So better not have issues with your order when buying on lazada. As for me it's the last time. Working as a quality manager myself i find this very disapointing as i'm used to but on the internet and it's the first time i encounter this kind of problem...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.

For future reference po, paalala lang po na meron lang tayong 6 hours para i-cancel ang order after itong mai-place.
