Today I received my ordered item MANGO Tassel Quilted Cross Body Bag at a discounted price of P999.00. From the way it looked on the ad it was pretty. I got some second thoughts on buying though because I know the MANGO brand isn't that cheap so I gave it a try and see how the Cash on Delivery works and if it is indeed a genuine MANGO bag. Just as all the negative comments here i was completely disappointed with this product I have ordered. From its sales invoice it came from J And M's Online Boutique from Muntinlupa City. The Bag has NO TASSEL at all, it is dirty brown in color, it got frayed threads inside and obviously outside. The lining inside the bag has ripped off at a slightest touch... i thought maybe this is an old stock. The sling when you touched it is rubbery and sticky. The most part were the adjusment buttons of the sling bag, they seemed like cut with a razor blade... very poor craftmanship... I think MANGO will not approved of this substandard workmanship. Nakaka dismaya talaga! I really don't want to put even one star in their rating. I hope the LAZADA would examine their sellers carefully. Hindi ko na ibabalik itong bag dahil nawalan na ako ng tiwala sa company nyo and your seller. Nakaka dala sa inyo bumili uli. Buti nalang at di kamahalan ang nabili ko kundi mas lalo pa akong nanghinayang. Charge it to experience nalang. Bahala na po ang Diyos sa inyo pati ang inyong seller. Nawa po ay di nyo na ito ulitin pa sa iba. Pare pareho lang po tayo na mahirap and nangangarap na magkaroon ng magandang gamit kaso naloko pa ako.
FRUSTRATED WITH LAZADA AND LBC.
I'm hoping you could help me. I bought a cheap smart tv in Lazada worth 6,999, recieved it last Monday Sep 18. Im so disappointed that the item is defective upon opening. I tried to follow the instructions regarding return process stated in Lazada website, I also printed the online return form to attach in the return package as per LBC's condition. But when I go to the LBC branch, they rejected my return package. They said it has to be sealed in a wooden package with styro, aside from the original packaging. Like WOW! WTF! I Tried 2 different LBC branch, and they both rejected. Imagine the heartbreak?
1. Disappointed with TV (SPARC)
2. It was supposedly a gift to my papa, but with the incident, we got into an arguement. (He is more irritated than me, because he dont understand the transaction I had with Lazada and LBC.
3. Passing days are wasted, not able to use the bought item upon delivery.
4. No cash guarantee back. (Most probably gift voucher)
5. Traumatic. I want to get my money back, to buy a different brand and different store not in Lazada anymore. But the problem is that, there is no cash guarantee back as per online reviews, so most probaby gift voucher for the refund. Triple B. S! (Lazada please. Not anymore!)
6. Today is 4th day of the received item. In 7 days, if the item is still with me. It's going to be my forever with this junkie.
7. And lastly, LBC. I hate this thing that LBC is my last resort and yet, It wasnt able to help, In fact they just added a frustration.
There so much in my head, but I will cut this here. I know posting here may not solve the problem, but I just want to vent out my frustration, and share my bad experience, to somehow feed a lesson to everyone.

As the holiday season approaches, my schedule is reaching a hectic peak that I know I will never have time to go out shopping for Christmas presents. And I am notorious among family and friends for giving away long delayed Christmas and birthday gifts because of my chaotic workload. This holiday season, between the busy workload due to the end of the financial year and numerous scheduled trips abroad, there is just not enough time to enjoy the family traditions with loved ones, much less to buy Christmas gifts for them. So I made the decision to purchase the gifts online instead from Lazada Philippines.
Because Lazada Philippines has a complete selection of products to meet your needs, as well as those you are giving gifts to, I know I will be able to complete my shopping list with no sweat at all. I had one major concern though: I will be out of the home and, possibly my office, most of the time, so I am not sure I will be available to receive my packages in person. And judging from reviews of other users that I have read, it seemed to me that the courier, in this case LBC, requires that I receive the delivered package in person. I needed an answer to this quick so I decided to make a call to the site's customer service.
The initial menu was very straightforward, I pressed one for general information and was re-directed to a customer service representative. It took all of a minute or two before I heard a live voice on the other end of the line. I was a bit wary at first, because I had also read reviews that said the phone number did not work. But it did, and the customer service representative was courteous enough on greeting me and inquiring of my concern. So I told him my story and posed my question, all the while crossing my fingers that I get a good answer. And I did! His reply was satisfactory: I could authorize another person to receive my package. Before ending the call, he asked me if I had any more concerns, which I had none. I told him not to worry, though, because should I encounter any more problems, I will definitely give them another call, no doubt about that.
So there, my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes and I got the answer I was hoping for. I went ahead and bought a few items from the site, had it delivered to my home where my maid can receive them and now I'm waiting for them to arrive. I'm glad that this year Christmas shopping is going to be worry-free for me. And everyone will be happy, especially my family and friends because they will all be receiving gifts from me right on time.

I don't understand why most people here complain about their orders; not receiving refunds, cancelling orders because of not having enough money to pay (then why should order in the first place?) First, I was scared that I will never get my refund back or it might take a month to get it but I guess that the people here are overreacting.
Here's my case:
I ordered a laptop at the price of Php 20,000 and after 5 days I have received the item but I noticed that it is the same model but it has different specifications then I immediately return the item through LBC. After 2 days, they have received it. And another 2 days after they verified and approved the refund and after a day (which is supposedly 3 days), I already received the refund.
HERE'S A LIST OF TIPS TO AVOID FRUSTRATIONS WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY:
1. NEVER order an item above Php 1,000 (at this price which is already expensive for most consumers)
2. MAKE SURE that the item you will order will be SOLD & FULFILLED by Lazada Philippines itself, not from any third-party merchants, so that you can make sure that your item will be received with 2-3 days.
3. After you dial the customer service hotline and hear the automated system, dial 2 and after that 6, to immediately talk to one of the customer service representative.
4. If your are NOT satisfied with the response of the representative, ASK for a SUPERVISOR and TAKE NOTE of their NAMES because it is possible to request to talk to a specific supervisor on your next call.
5. If possible, always call them everyday to update the status of your; return or refund.
6. If it really take some time for them to process your concern or they are going beyond with the given time frame, use these words: URGENT, PRIORITIZE and by all means, DTI.
7. Lastly, which is not the least but the MOST important, PATIENCE.
REMEMBER: Like us, they are also humans, doing their job, we should never forget to set our boundaries and limits.

It is Sept 11 already yet I haven't gotten my order yet. I tried to contact their costumer care but it takes so long to connect to their hotline. I sent them some emails and not satisfied with their reply to my concern. The tracking number that they have provided me is invalid too. I also called 2Go regarding this and was informed that they don't have it in their system and will immediately update me regarding my concern. It has been 14 hours since I called but I haven't received an update. It is really very disappointing. Please improve your costumer support and your delivery time. Be encouraged on how Zalora handles their costumers. They are way better!
I ordered 3 x times at lazada.com, 3x because everybody deserves a second or third chance. I am living at Camotes and I ordered some fish oil capsules from Kirland. Payment on delivery as it says on their website. First the order was confirmed and ready for shipment. 1 day later surprisingly the order was cancelled with a strange reason:
"As per checking of the updated list of coverage, we are unable deliver in your area using the Cash on Delivery payment method."
A month later I thought, give them a second chance. We urgently need a split aircon inverter type. They offer it for about 3000 p. Cheaper than in the local shop. It was confirmed. But before they called to check if the order is serious or it's really me, don't no. I don't like if a shop must check their customers first. Then they should better not do online business.
But guess what happened next day:

Are they mad or what. I really don't understand what happended. Are the people in Camotes not good enough for them? This is really a FUC shop.

2. Go to "My Orders" and click "Return";
3. Fill out the return form;
4. Print the return form;
5. Pack the items and attach the return label; and
6. Send to any LBC Branch.

I ordered a powerbank on April 12 2016, it got delivered right after two days. I opened the package and disposed the packaging and tried the item. I noticed that the light did not turn on while i was trying to charge my phone using the item. But when pressing the On/Off button it shows the level of battery it has. I tried using it, to knoe that it is a 20,000mAh powerbank it should get my phone's battery full charged but no it didn't. I thought maybe because powerbank isn't fully charged then i plugged it and charged but the light indicator that should show that the powerbank is charging is off. That's the point where I told myself it's defective and I should give it back for replacement. Replacement is such a headache. It took them almost 5days before the update telling me that they need the original packaging for them to process the replacement and I was like, seriously? Who would have known that their product was defective and should retain the original packaging if it was defective? I have been sending emails to them asking for a replacement even without the original packaging but they would still insist for it. It took us half a month before I ask for a refund but still they would ask for the effing original package. Now, they would just return the defective product to me. Such a waste dealing with Lazada and to think this is my first time ordering. Plus I also told them to give instructions on their Lazada Plastic bags saying "DO NOT THROW THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF YOUR ITEM FOR REPLACEMENT IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE" this may help a lot to their clients. I will never order anything from Lazada.

I am from Cebu. I ordered 7 items last June 13,5 items arrived on time. But the Xiaomi Mi 5 phone and Mi 4c case I ordered from HELLOTRONICS was set to arrive on June 15-19 as per the lead time specified after the check-out.
Now, it is June 20 and the Mi 5 I ordered is still out there! I already paid for it in FULL! My family and I are going out of town this 21 and gagamitin na sana naming yung phone, I expected it delivered on time, and now its 2 days delayed considering na ship na sya since June 15. Manila to Cebu shipping does not take 6 days to reach you as far as Im concerned!
Super disappointing experience to say the least! If you set a "promised" date that the item must be delivered then you must fulfill it since the customers are paying good money for your services. Yung mga contact services nyo like chat support walang magawa! Puro apologies lang walang mga solutions na ginagawa! Yung couriers dont even txt or call to inform you na mag dedeliver sila! The first time na umorder ako sa Lazada sobrang disappointed at nainis ako! Kumuha ako ng dalawang magkaibang item pero dhil paisa isa ang delivery ng Lazada ang tagal kong nag-aantay sa lahat ng items. Ang nakakayamot pa! Parehong item ang dineliver nila! Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
