1. LAZADA, you're very slow in giving a refund. Mabuti pa kay SHOPEE ang bilis ng processing. Hindi kailangang magantay ng customer dahil in the first place pera naman talaga yon ng customer, unlike kay LAZADA. Hassle na nga ang pagreturn dahil ang bagal, ang bagal din ng refund kahit nakarating na kay seller.
2. LAZADA, sinungaling ang ibang customer service representatives niyo. Walang consistency. Nasa status na ni ninja Van na returned na kay seller at nagemail din ako sakanila. Ang bilis ideliver ni Ninja Van in fairness. Mukhang, iniipit lang ni LAZADA ang refund.

Sa mga gustong bumili gamit ang LAZADA WALLET at other modes of payment, puros COD nalang mga bes. I check bago magreceive ng item dahil ang pangit ng processing nila ng return at refund. Hindi sila well coordinated at walang consistency.

Nag order ako ng bed with note na frame and mattress only, bago ko i avail tumawag muna ako para isure kung tama nga ba and totoo yung ads nila na yun sabi ni Ms. Agent "yes, ma'am" so ako naman avail agad then nun nareceived ko na FRAME lang walang MATTRESS then reklamo ako and ang sabi nun 3 agent nila FRAME lang daw ang nasa "WHATS IN THE BOX" nila wow LAZADA para naman nakikita namin mga customers yan "WHATS IN THE BOX SOMETHING NYO" basta ang alam ko nakita ko sa ads nyo is ito -> Note: Frame and Mattress only. Bed linens not included. Then insist nyo na FRAME lang talaga. Grabe kayo. Ganun na lang yun tapos ayaw nyo pa return yung item and for replace na lang ng ibang bed na may freebies or cheaper pa na BED FRAME lang talaga. Disappointed customer here LAZADA.

I ordered three items in Lazada with two different order number. My first order ******* is a cellphone and was ordered last September 19,2016. In the website it should be delivered between sept 22-24,2016. I was waiting for it, until September 29 but nothing came. My second order has two items on it. The second item came as promised. Now I asked a tracking number of my first order and then the customer service provided me one but unfortunately I can't track it because the courier (greenstar) doesn't have online tracking system. Now I look for contacts of GreenStar. I called Greenstar Luzon and they give me number of greenstar Davao, and then Green star Davao gave me a contact of GreenStar-Lazada operations in CDO. Now I called the Green Star CDO for it. Then replied naman immediately in response to my query. Now, sadly they said that they cannot deliver it because my shipping address in not cover with the scope of their shipping areas. Then the Greenstar told me that because of the problem they have returned the item in Lazada CDO warehouse and I was told to reorder. So I called again Lazada Customer Service for it and they told me that they will coordinate with Green star with it. Then after a day, I receive an email from lazada asking me to give a new consignee for my order *******, so I give my sister's name and address as well as her number. Then after that I receive an email saying that my order ******* will be delivered on or before October 6,2016. Now I was relieve naman October 6,2016 passed but no item came. After that, I receive an email again saying that my order ******* is now being cancelled because the courier cannot deliver it and now in transit to Lazada Warehouse. What? How come that they have given my order to a courier that cannot deliver it? Now they say that it will arrive a day after the transit and they will process the refund after they receive it. Now, I emailed Lazada again about it and I receive again an email that its still in transit going to their warehouse. It's been almost 4 weeks and it is still on transit? When can I get my refund? Its almost a month now since I ordered that item.

Timeline
1. Placed an order 29-06-19 for 3 items.
2. Two items delivered without any issues.
3. Last one which was a canopy tent arrange thru XDE logistics.
4. Posted status on 04-07-19 of failed delivery when they have not attempted at all and no calls receive. Then again 05-07-19 they posted delivery attempt failed again when there was again no attempt at all. It was Friday late evening when I came to know and tried to track.
5. Raise a complaint 06-07-19 and waited for Monday for update but none and receive an email from Lazada that the order is cancelled just like that. Raise a complaint again on online chat around 11 am today 08-07-19 if not mistaken and my household receive a call from logistics which was answered by my son and where he confirms that someone will be receiving and apparently they asked him if authorization is available for he answered " he is not sure " but the order should not be cancelled and definitely someone will be receiving the item. Kindly take note though that I have already advised the Lazada customer agent of the availability of the authorization as I am out of the country. Why then in the status posted today that order is to be returned as "customer is not reachable and customer not at home" my son spoke to them and I confirm on my online chat all the details required. This is a prepaid order ( paid by international CC) and I refuse for it to be cancelled because it such an inconvenience to us to so and this was not our mistake.
WHY DO LAZADA ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO EXPERIENCE THIS BULL$#*! FROM THEIR APPOINTED FORWARDER. I WAS INFORMED BY THE SELLER THAT THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING COMPLAINTS ALREADY OF THE LOGISTIC COMPANY. WHY THEN IT WAS NOMINATED TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
