I paid over 16,000 for a 65" Samsung Curve TV with "free sound bar". After receiving a message from Lazada customer service saying they won't accept COD and for us to send it via M'Muehler. We sent the money and the TV never got delivered and no money back! We have all the messages from Lazada and they refuse to reimburse us our money. I refuse to ever use them again.
I was searching a product online and sort of want to buy it. Though the problem was i could not find a local seller for it. Then i remembered i have a lazada account. Loged in, checked the product and to my surprise. It was available for cash on delivery and at a low price too. Very low... seems sketchy. But anyways i tried lazada out. I ordered an item from Lazada which they cancelled as the wrong price on the web site. As I had already paid for it even under Vietnamese law the ownership off the goods passes to me and the terms and conditions do not apply.
Sometime ago I put this in the hands of DIMAC Law firm. Who have written to Lazada and they have not replied. They have also tried to contact the CEO but yet again this is being ignored. Is there any explanation why before I instruct my Attorney to take this matter before the courts?

I had this problem with them, they stole me 700 euros with 5 orders. When i sent them a message, they told me "we don't cancal the order". It means that when they know that an order is made with stolen credit card numbers on their site using non secured mastercard payment, they are not helping the people but are helping thieves...

I have chatted with one of their agents named Mae - E. She was very rude, all she knows is reply with canned messages. She is so rude that she ended the chat while I was still complaining. They canceled one of the items from my order. The reason why I order all of them is to prevent paying shipping fees. Mae - E told me to reorder, and pay for the shipping. What the. Lazada should review the terms and condition etc. before they required to order at least 2k in order to have a free shipping fee it depends on what item you order. If you order heavy thing they probably charge you more though that is acceptable but recently, they will charge you a shipping fee per item. Like for example, they usually charged me for 136 pesos in my location. I ordered 10 selicon mold for baking tools.the amount of item that i order is 100 pesos so that is 1,000 and then they also charges me for the shipping fee of 1,360 pesos. What the HECK lazada? It is list than 1 kilo and now they are charging me that amount. It looks like a scam. I am a regular customer in the past but not now. Really feel bad about their new sitting.

Before I ordered I checked with seller if there's stock, got back to me with 3 available stock, I ordered 3 and was told there's only two left and offered a different third item, A different variety doesnt hurt so I let it pass, its been a week and it's not being picked up by courier. We cancelled and re ordered but the problem was the refund. I can only re order one so I did thinking my tracking number is bugged. Same issue with the courier! I cancelled this too because I lost faith in the seller and now I'm suffering trying to get my refund on the 3 orders I placed and the one new order. 1-3 business days after cancellation, it's been two freaking weeks and cancellation still hasn't been processed!

Be very careful in buying with lazada because you cannot return it. I bought a recliner sofa chair from them, then returned it cause my mother is not comfortable with the size. Lazada rejected the return after sending it back the next day. So, be very careful in buying with lazada, Other stores, you can even return it anytime you are not satisfied.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
