Going on for 6 days now After many times trying to get in touch through chat and email only getting stupid automated replies in my email i got a txt from lazada offering shop credit within 4 hrs yesterday, i sent the reply txt back 24 hours later i still have no credit tried 3 times to chat to CS ha ha got timed out the last reply i got from lazada here they said my packages were on the way do they really have any idea what they are doing order #*******
