An awful service.

It's my first time to join and shop with Lazada! I'm so pissed off! They sent me an email that my package will arive at 7 or 8th of March! And until now my effin package is still not here! I've been calling them every hour they just keep on giving me bull$#*!! Same with 2go express it stated that it was "out of delivery" then it turned out "undelivered" the heck?! This online shopping is rubbish! As a new customer and a new buyer from your site this is what I get?! Come on!

Waiting forever
February 10, 2017

I was really excited to receive my powerbank within two days (since when i order from lazada, it takes mostly 2-3 days only) but now its been a week and few days. I try to check the tracking order but no details are found. I'm being frustrated not receiving the item since I can't spend my money since I can't cancel the order since it is in delivery. This maybe my last order from them cause of this service. I guess I need to buy my things my own way now.

Wrong item

Lazada acquires merchandise for online selling also from questionable sources not issuiing government approved sales invoices/official receipts. Lazade also delivers a substitute brand item with a lower price and if not contested at the moment it was delivered, you can be sorry. Items offered can be defective or incomplete or discontinued/expired and re-dated, or without original sealed boxes or used or sometimes a 2nd class product.
A safeguard is to pay COD after 1 minute inspection and 2 more minutes for operation/start-up for a gadget, if okay.
A delivery charge is imposed per item. So if you order 2 identical items same order, you have to pay double the delivery charge.
Questions via chat are often ignored or given an ambiguous canned reply or not truthful.
Feedback with positive rating are retained for a long time but negative ratings deleted.

Anyways as a customer i do see lazada as a very good online shop where you can buy stuff online. So far all of my orders have came as expected though ofcourse the other orders are on the way too. But its not lazadas fault cause theyre not the ones delivering the items themselves. Anyways my concern at the moment is i cant seem to check out. Yesterday around midnight i was assisted 2 times in order to check out my items but last night i no one was replying to my emails. I even opened 3 tickets. Is the site down? Are you having problems with paypal now a days? HELP? Ohh god bless and more power to lazada i guess..

Hello lazada I tried to contact you many times tru this landline number *******900 but nobody is answering me, what happened to all of you?
Lazada Singapore answered me in 20 seconds only, eventhough im from Cebu Philippines.

I would just to ask how was the status of my returned cellphone, because you delivered it to me defectively the phone is worth 6,190. And its almost two week already.

Fake perfume

I actually doubted purchasing from lazada again after I ordered a air humidifier thats dirty. &with traces of rat infestation. Also it says that it came with a free water based frgrance wc was not included in the delivery. After sometime I decided to buy frm lazada again. Boy I was wrong. This time I bought Banana Republic W perfume... it smell awfully bad. Nowhere nere the real thing... frustrating... I want to return the item n claim refund but reviews I read says its useless..

I ordered for a bluetooth microphone which was defective. Then they gave me a voucher for the price of the item so I could use it in my new orders. Then I ordered for another 2 diffrent items, the amount that I was supposed to pay the courier was diffrent from their receipt. Meaning I have to pay more. I contacted for Lazada for 6 f**** times! They didn't resolve my issue! So I guess, my money with them is a give away! I hate Lazada!

Bad Courier -LExPH

I used to be a satisfied customer of Lazada overall, I only had minimal problems. Upon transferring to Lapu Lapu Cebu thats when it all began - False Delivery Attempts happens all of the time with LEX PH. They dont contact you and just tag your parcel as Failed Delivery. They dont care how important to me those parcels are.

Nagorder ako ************** di nagrereply si seller hindi pa na ship ang item ko until now ive chatted one of their representative i was chatting but the agent disconnected the chat i was so so disappointed and very upset im a loyal customer but getting a service like this? If I can give Lazada Zero star I'll do it. It is bad enough that LEX is now as slow as ninjavan ang gogoexpress, but the worst thing is the almost non existent customer service. The agents are extremely rude and respond with useless and wrong info, all they'll say are the things you already know. If something goes wrong with your oder it'll be an absolute nightmare because it is guaranteed that you'll never get any help at all. The agents will not try to help at all they'll just say " be patient" or "there's nothing we can do on our end" and they really take time to respond ( really slow like more than 5 mins just for a reponse) and just like adding insult to injury, you'll have to wait for all this nonsense for almost 30 minutes in a queue.

It Sucks

It is very very bad custoner service, No ootion to discuss problem over the phone. I ordered a star shower motion Christmas light projector. But they delivered the slide motion. Either they made a mistake, or the company is doing false advertisement. We messaged both Lazada and the company and niether company would acknowledge the error. They only st as ted th h as t the delivered the product.

Hi I need to receive the item this week... Can I refuse to accept the delivery if the item arrive beyond my expected date of delivery? Because I need to find another one if i will not received it before my daughters birthday. Your standard delivery time stated during i made my order will be on April 30 - May 2 2016.

Please be informed that the date you saw upon check out was just an ESTIMATED time of delivery and not the STANDARD DELIVERY time frame of 1-7 BUSINESS days for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days if its orders outside the Metro. Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. Time frame if within Visayas and Mindanao. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included. But its still your choice if you're going to accept the delivery or not. We hope we have been of assistance to you. Good day!

It took me a while to update you guys about my refund request for a returned fake april skin cushion. I cant seem to find out the "edit"part in my first lazada product review. So finally i got my refund from them for a fake april skin cushion 2.0 from SAUVE seller. I thank Lazada for giving me my refund in a form of a voucher. Whenever i contact them they respond within 24hrs. I have been so loyal to them (we had so many deliveries in the past and we continuously purchase products up to now) and so far i am very satisfied. I feel that i am being taken cared of. Thanks lazada! God bless u.

Red flag written all over this company! No direct contact number to the customer service as it recently changed to emails and chat only service.

I ordered and paid with credit card on 2Nov, on 5Nov i'm told the item is not available. Another 15days to process a refund back to me. I get my refund less Php. 100 for what? What a scam!

Based on the rising complaints about Lazada, this company should be shut down immediately!

Poor customer service

Last time your deliverymen called me and shouted at me if I am not at home the item will be cancelled.
I tell him so be it. After that call i received a confirmation SMS that the item is cancelled and now they are telling it will be shipped. What the heck.

- Used my credit for the MASTERCARD 10% MONDAY... i ordered around 8000 pesos worth of stuff but no discount. FALSE advertising

- I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when i requsted to speak to a manager... I eventually hung up... the cowards couldn't bother to call me back...

- On another occasion I ordered a phone... their policy is delivery in 5-15 days (imported item)... 23 days later i had to to go to war with them again to cancel it.

- Orders never arrive together... guaranteed if you order 10 different items you will have 9 different deliveries

- Bottom line LAZADA.COM.PH SUCKS!

I received a defective item and based on the reviews I read they are terrible on handling returned items! Furthermore you might wait for months just to receive another defective product!

In my frustration I decided to write a negative review for the said item and after posting the review there is a message saying my review will appear WITHIN 48 hours. Its been 5 $#*!ING DAYS! And my review was nowhere to be seen!

WARNING! Do not buy any items that do not have reviews as those items might really have bad reviews already but Lazada just decided not to post them as they are all negative reviews!

Lazy customer service

I updated my address in my account information, yet it did not reflect my new delivery address in the order information. Upon checking with their back office, I was asked to email back the correct delivery address. I was befuddled. They have that information at hand since I've already entered it in my account information, why burden me to email it when they can pull it up in their own system? I realize I was giving this inferior online site not only my business, but too much of my personal time. I had my order canceled. They willingly did.
