I ordered a graduation frame on 06/08 and received it in a plastic bag in hundreds of pieces on 06/13. I was assured by a customer service agent that the replacement would be BOXED and reshipped. Today I found out that the carrier returned it to sender because the replacement was ALSO shipped in a plastic bag and broke to pieces. Now I'm told I can't get a refund until both frames are returned to the stores.
You removed My Pillow Product's from your stores. You choose "POLITICS" over your customer needs therefore I will not shop at your stores. Actually customers should boycott your stores. Not very smart we are a nation that practices Capitalism
Kohls use to be my go to store! They use to take all coupons and give great deals and discounts. Not so much anymore. Its beginning to look more and more like a big scam. Sometimes they may have good deals on certain items but for the most part the deals are bogo which sucks because i dont need 2 of something so have to pay full price for something. The 2nd biggest issue i see is the kohls cash. During the timeframe to use it all the prices are marked up so you are not really saving anything. I even quit shopping online as you can never get free shipping unless you slend $75. That is not very enticing
I've been a loyal Kohls customer for years. No more! In Kohls defense, I was late on my April credit card payment, payment due $27. I was called 15 times today by Kohls! 15 times from 8:00 am to 6:00pm. For $27! If that's not harassment, I don't know what is. I have canceled my account. Wow! Did I mention, they left no messages, just continued to call. Customer service told me all these calls were a cortsey to me! Disgusted!
I believe their brand for clothing is Apart9 (Ishould know this, I am a graphic designer and I am always checking out logos, flyers, album art, etc.). Apart9 has some designs similar to Express (men's graphic Ts in particular), not so much fitted dress shirts. During the Fall they also always have snazzy men's sweaters and jackets. If you like the suave look, then you will love Aprt9 at Kohl's (I may have the name Aprt9 Incorrect, but If Google searched I am sure it will auto correct.
Hi all I just had to write a review for the Kohls employee Joanne O. I met her last night at the Kohls in Millbury MA. I had found the Tel Gear pants that I was looking for but the size Medium were no available on the rack. Joanne came to help me immediately and checked her phone to see if they were in stock. Sure enough they were but she had to go and search the warehouse inventory to find them. She only took about 15min to find them and came back with 2 pairs in my size and the colors I wanted. Hi Five Joanne O you made my day and Christmas because these are for a gift me from my husband. Thank You for being so kind, patient and helpful. In a world of hurried people you are a shining star and are excellent in customer service. Also a shout out to all the other employees who helped me find my pants. When I returned the air purifier, I was supposed to get my $30 back, which never happened.
I wrote to Michelle Gass, the CEO and she had six different people email me about this matter and nothing was ever done; Her emoyee's gave me a song and dance that it was on my credit card. I just called and spoke to Ron in Mexico City at 10:02 am on August 6th. There is no Kohl's cash and my credit card, Michelle Gass's employees said it would be on my Kohl's credit card.

Last year i ordered two European pillows and with cotton and lace covers for my couch for pick up at Kohl's. I ordered them for pickup because i'm busy and wanted to make sure I could just pick up my order and come home. Right after I paid it showed me that I would have to go to two different locations to pick up my order. I canceled my order right at finding this out. The troutdale location canceled my order, the mill plain location did not. I have spent way too much time on the phone trying to take care of this only to be told they would have to open an investigation. It's been 9 months. No one has ever called me, kohls owes me like 70 bucks and I'm sure i'll never see it. They are thieves do NOT do business with them. Horrible customer service, I hope they go out of business.
When the lady in front of me has a 30% and I have a 15% and I spend thousands of dollars at Kohl's it is the most unfair thing ever. I do like Kohl's merchandise it is way way overpriced but if I have a 30% I feel like I'm getting a deal anything lower than that I feel like I'm definitely getting ripped off. You need to do away with these coupons and just have a sale with 30% coupon it's just not fair especially to those who spend a lot a lot of money on their credit card at Kohl's!
First of all I would like to start by saying, as a Wisconsin resident, I am DISGUSTED that Kohl's outsources it's customer service! I have had so many issues with their customer service that I am closing my charge account and never shopping there again. My last issue with their customer service (November 2019) prompted to write their headquarters a letter. I never received a response, just a small credit to my account. I made three online order for coffee machine and got canceled 3 times. The first time I used Kohl charge. The reason for cancelation is I didn't submit my bank account. The next two time I used my own credit card. Kohl didn't bother to give me reason for cancelation afterward.
I had a Kohl's charge card that I only used a few times a year when it was a requirement to use a coupon so I wasn't used to looking for a bill. Kohl's did not mail me a bill in July and I didn't remember I had used their card in June so missed a payment. The way I found out I had missed a payment was an email from CreditWise saying my credit score had changed. I called Kohl's immediately and explained I had not received a bill and paid the entire balance of $77 at that time. They reported me as "late" to the credit bureaus even though it was their fault. I'm 69 years old and have never made a late payment in my life so needless to say I was very angry. I wrote to Kohl's to dispute the issue but they don't care. So I closed the credit card and will never shop at Kohl's again.
Their products are as good as say walmarts or pretty much anywhere else you buy general merchandise. Kohls jacks the prices up and then gives you Kohls cash to spend the next time you come in to shop. It is really your money they are giving back to you, to entice you to spend more the next time you shop there. I will say it is ingenious I wish I would have thought of it first... lol
I purchased 2 pairs of Sonoma sandals from Kohls, I love them They where originally $20.00 marked down to $14.00. The 2 I bought are cutout medallion flip flops & the braided flip flops. Every year I buy this brand name because they are so comfortable. This year I bought the braided style in a light colored tan & the medallion flip flop in black. I have had many types of sandals but I like Sonoma's the best. They feel broke in from the get go. I can only find them at Khols. This store has really great priced items. In todays economy you have to be a thrifty shopper. They sent the sandals right away hassle free. They also have a nice collection of Rosetti handbags. Rosetti handbags are organizer bags. They have a great quality to them and last for years. I have purchased several hand bags from Kohls at lower prices for the same the same bags that JC Penniy's have. Kohls.com has proved to be a good website for me to shop at. Everything is easy to find, they have a better selection of items than in the store (they have "online exclusives") and they have the items in most sizes. They also have comments and ratings by shoppers on much of the merchandise.
One thing I don't like about the website (to be fair) is:
You can only cancel your order within an hour (or was it a half-hour) of placing an order. They don't tell you this on the website. They make you call and a recording tells you this. They did, however, tell me I could return the item at no charge or drop it off at the store. I drove by the local Kohls and dropped off my return and they only asked if the product was defective.
Their website allows you to enter up to 2 discount codes. You can usually get free shipping and other discount coupons by googling "kohls promo codes."
I placed an order on thanksgiving and it was canceled the next day no call no warning. I got an email and called immediately. I was told they were sold out of my items. Sooooooo angry it was a Black Friday doorbuster and everyone is sold out now. Their response was to bad we are sold out! I ordered on Thursday at 6 am. They canceled at Friday at 5.
For two months I did NOT receive a statement for $33.90 for a charge in July 2019. Then I had a charge on September 8 for 38.00 totaling $71.90.
On September 9 out of the blue a woman from Kohls calls and said I owed $143.99 and it needs to be paid immediately. She wanted my debit card number. I hung up.
I called kohl's customer service to verify and clear it up if necessary. I was told $143.99 was the balance that included $54 in late fees. I told the woman I wanted the late fees waived because I never received a statement but I did get the deluge of Kohl's advertisements. She waived the late fees but since she waived them I had to pay a fee of $95 to clear my account.
I paid $95 using my debit card just to get rid of them. I have never heard of paying a penalty like this. (Michelle #6327 confirmation number **************).
I am on my second set of bar stools from Kohls. First set had a cracked leg and now the second set (either box) has NO HARDWARE TO PUT THEM TOGETHER! I called "customer service" (I use the term loosely) and the only solution they had was to bring them back to the store (I ordered them online because the store does not carry them) and get my money back. Well duh! I live an hour away from the nearest Kohls so that "solution" is not only obvious but inconvenient as well. I just wanted them to ship out the parts! The "service" agent was hard to understand and even harder to hear. Sounded like she was in the middle of a busy restaurant! So disappointed with Kohls.
Kohls Charge issue
Well I scheduled a kohls card payment on the website and for some unknown reason I was debited the entire card balance instead of the payment I authorized. I called and they refused to reverse the payment. I discovered that Kohls charge is actually Capitol One running it. I filed a BBB complaint which is still in the works but the bottom line is this. Kohls has lost a lifelong customer. I am also far from done pursuing this legally.

I received a reply to my BBB complaint and Kohl's still stands on their no refund policy for CC payments.
Kohl's wake up you are a failing business and integrating Sephora into your business plan will not save your sinking ship. Let it sink and sell it is your best recourse cause your current upper management has turned Kohl's into the same store catagory as WalMart. Uncaring service guaranteed.
I've had a Kohls credit card for 7 years. I haven't used the card for a period of time as I was paying off funeral expenses of my Mom's which totaled just under $17 000.00 and needed to keep my finances in check.
Kohls decided that due to my not running my balance through the roof that they should close my account. What a bunch of $#*!s. Its not as if I had a balance that I wasn't paying. I just hadn't used the card.
No worries Kohls... I'll gladly shop elsewhere. Morons...
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
