They are a fake company with fake reviews to promote Sunlight Financial (which is not on site jabber's list).
Here's the review I wrote:

My contract with Sunlight says: Monthly payment is $105.11 for the first 17 months, INCREASING TO APPROXIMATELY$142.66 IF THE 26% PAYMENT (ie. Rebate--clever wording) IS NOT PAID BY THE 17th PAYMENT. There no prepayment penalties.

I asked my CPA about this. He said: The rebate is a non-refundable credit against withholding taxes you owe. It does not reduce your self employment tax. So if you owe 1,000 in withholding tax for 2020 then the credit will zero out what you owe and the additional credit will carry forward to future years (at least 5 years). So technically the IRS is paying you the credit in that you don't owe the taxes but they don't refund you the credit. Many solar businesses tell their customers they'll get their credit but don't explain it this way. They provide the info to get the buyer hooked on using them. The good ones explain that it is just a credit and not a refundable credit.

I sent this data to Financial Sunlight "support". Here's the response I got back:

Thanks for reaching out to Sunlight Support. We were unable to determine the intent of your message. Can you please clarify your request so that we can better assist you? Feel free to call us at *******359 if you have any questions. Thank you!

Thank you,
Sunlight Support Team

I included the note to their "compliance ops" and heard nothing back from them. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING SOLAR PANELS!

Tip for consumers:
I installed solar panels on 4/15/20 and regret it.

I fell for this and then firefox added in. LastPass lets you delete your account but don't forget to delete it from your browser too. On FireFox go to upper right 3 lines. Click on Add-ons looks like a puzzle piece otherwise the gray LP boxes will appear when you log in.

I ordered a box of meat for keto diet through Thomas DeLauer keto video who said I'd get a discount -- which also never happened. I paid $149 to ButcherBox which took my money but promised delivery 12/1 which never arrived. Yesterday some person from their customer service emailed me a long-winded message. I asked her WHEN am I getting my food? No answer. Instead I am asked to rate her long-winded message. I just also posted this review on Tom DeLauer's YouTube video about grass-fed beef.

I returned a faux-leather Rosetti purse today (too small; not enough pockets) with receipt. The lady asked me if I had the Rosetti tag. I said "no". She proceeded to recreate the tag--WRONG! Deal with the customer in front of you FIRST then print the tag. I demanded my refund. She finally "woke up" and gave it to me. The lady next to me, seemed to be arguing with the clerk about her refund also.

Tip for consumers:
Don't let Kohl's bully you about a return.

I used them 3 times, twice for plumbing issues. First time was for adding a valve and disconnecting a gas stove because my new stove from Sears Scratch n Dent didn't have a licensed plumber to do this--licensed plumbers required in my state. Second time I used them was a toilet handle broke and the plumber came and fixed it--it was on a holiday! I will definitely use these people again as they seem very competent. I called them again to service my HVAC system. Their service man showed up on Columbus Day--another federal holiday. He checked my outdoor unit and upstairs unit. He found I had 2 filters that were not needed (and dirty) that blocked air flow and made my unit work harder. He insured the lines were not corroded and poured bleach through the piping. The service cost was in line and reasonable. I will certainly call them again.

They have a policy for price-matching competitors; they don't tell you how to prove you've bought from these other people. The text-admin (no name given) noted my email to my eye doctor where I told my doctor that Costco was much cheaper; the admin organized a refund to my account I received yesterday of $41.85 which is $1 cheaper than Costco. She also --assume it was a she--sent my contacts overnight to make up for the trouble I went through.

The BBB says Yelp has an average of "1 star" review and over 2000 complaints. You can see it here... https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/internet-service/yelpcom-1116-193927/customer-reviews...I wrote a review on sitejabber about yelp a few years ago and it got over 2000 views and only a single vote probably because I said psychos post only 1 star and I posted only 1 star. But now I am convinced of they are psycho as they will not allow me to post any review. I found this article on Forbes... https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimhandy/2012/08/16/think-yelp-is-unbiased-think-again/#fbf4f6011d1d... which said yelp publishes only 1 star reviews but I noticed that recently changed because of the slander laws. I hope sitejabber prevails over yelp.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Yelp.
