I used them 3 times, twice for plumbing issues. First time was for adding a valve and disconnecting a gas stove because my new stove from Sears Scratch n Dent didn't have a licensed plumber to do this--licensed plumbers required in my state. Second time I used them was a toilet handle broke and the plumber came and fixed it--it was on a holiday! I will definitely use these people again as they seem very competent. I called them again to service my HVAC system. Their service man showed up on Columbus Day--another federal holiday. He checked my outdoor unit and upstairs unit. He found I had 2 filters that were not needed (and dirty) that blocked air flow and made my unit work harder. He insured the lines were not corroded and poured bleach through the piping. The service cost was in line and reasonable. I will certainly call them again.
