I THOUGHT I HAD RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY AND WHEN I OPEN THE BOX, SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER IS IN THE BOX ALONG WITH THEIR PACKING SLIP. I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY, THAT MY SHIPMENT IS ON IT'S WAY IN ANOTHER BOX AND TO JUST RETURN THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER TO THE STORE. I ASK HIM, HOW CAN I HAVE TWO ORDERS SHIPPED TO ME WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER? HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT IT'S NOT THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER AND I AM MISTAKEN. NOW IT SHOWS ONLINE THAT I RECEIVED THE ORDER BECAUSE JUST LIKE I TOLD HIM, THERE WAS ONLY 1 TRACKING NUMBER BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW. THAT ORDER WAS 160something DOLLARS.
