I returned a product in perfect order, they took months to find it within their system.
Then offered me a credit on account only. Numerous complaints about this Coy but still they get away with a poor service to customers. Never again.
The worst service ever, I received my shoes and found them to be too small, contacted them strait away, well within the 14 day rules, they offered me an exchange by purchasing another pair online at a inflated price, then said they would match it but didn't. Then sent me a bill so I paid and now they are not replying to me, haven't refunded my original purchase and I have also paid to send the original ones back. I'm still trying to get a refund from my original purchase and they are stalling and saying they see another contact request is pending and will be in touch but it has been quite some time. USELESS!

THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Products are also dodgy. I bought a "Grade A" quality refurbished iPhone 7 and it was sent to me with a critical battery error. I had Kogan pay for a local shop to replace it for a new one. Weeks later my phone would get stuck in a boot loop and freeze if it died. I caved and had it sent back for repairs. It's been 6 days and they told me it will take another 8 days just to access the problem. After that they'll update me. WANKERS. Never again.
Iph 7 arrived well but had connectivity issues from the start. Apple techs said the phone had a critical fault and should be replaced but Kogan chose to repair. It took weeks and the phone seemed ok mostly afterwards until taken out of Melbourne where it had no reception. An obvious dud.
Now it crashes and has no reception at all. I am awaiting response to my demand for money back or a functional replacement. Selling expensive faulty electronics and not replacing them when the fault is recognized is criminal in my book. I hope they honor the extended warranty and act like business people, not thieves.
Purchased, washing machines, televisions, kitchen appliances, small household items, every time it works great, the couriers are usually independent and sometimes they use toll, It is worth getting freight protection/extended care for certain items because even with the add on, it is still far cheaper then competitors.
Confusing and misleading website. I clicked "no shipping" charges on a small order, and this entered me onto an unwanted and unnecessary "membership ", which has no benefits. And they charged my credit card $99. I sent them numerous messages and emails cancelling, but they do not respond at all. Plus I keep getting an avalanche of advertising emails, again notwithstanding my numerous messages to stop. I'd give them a minus ten if such rating were available.
I am a big user of Kogan and $#*!smith. But now after the media release and seeing a security camera go from $79 to $179, I now research everything I buy. Please don't take your regular customers for granted or for a ride. You will lose in the long run!
Over the past week now I have tried to return an item for a full refund, as it does not work as described.

I bought a tv from kogan and I put in the postcode first to check on delivery charges before buying and it was $50 so I went and purchased it and it wasn't until afterwards and I got my confirmation that I saw the price for delivery was now $102.99 when contacting kogan they said it was the delivery company who chose the price.
So just be careful you don't get charged a heap extra like I did.
Well today l got an answer back from Eciplse Technology staring they would exchange the Iosd 2 to an Ipad4. This came about after l advised them l was doing a negative review re the issue where l found no understanding of the issue at hand. So yes l can report a positive outcome now. I doubt I will ever use Kogan again thanks to the lies deceitfulness and disgusting treatment I received from Amberhill Online 1 of their traders. Sold me a faulty coxxyc pillow I had for under 2 weeks went to take cover off to wash the cover only and found the pillow was nearly split in 2. Was told it was my fault and they want to replace with different pillow as they had none left but looking at their store on my deal they have 19 to sell I screenshot the photos from my deal Amberhill Online shop and sent it to them still being told I'm a liar and I split the pillow funny thing is I've worked in upholstery and with foam in my past foam does not just split. Be very weary of this Amberhill Online they don't like to Honour their warranties.

Bad customer service, bad follow up, leave you in the loop, no clue what happened to my order, its already two months, heard nothing from neither Kogan or the merchant, they just have the automated email ah we received your concerns, Will leave kogan behind for any shopping, will seek others, thats for sure,
Made a purchase on 5/11/19 for item costing $29 with free delivery included. I advised my bank details at that time then 2 weeks later Kogan deducted $99 from my account. Unable to contact a real person to discuss this matter. Have gone the old fashioned way and sent a letter to them. I don't expect a reply. My bank has blocked my card and issued a new one to me and will be following up the dispute of this transaction. Definitely underhand tactics to defraud my account.
Look out everybody when agreeing to purchase from Kogan they thrown in without your consent a 14 day free trial with Kogan first which they will then bill you $99 within 14 days. Be wary

Hi I ordered 19 of this units but 5 of them a leaking hydraulic oil please have a look at the attached pictures. I have also lodge another claim for one that I purchase earlier the ticket numbers are ******* and *******. How do I go about getting this product exchange as this 6 units that I have here are faulty. I haven't heard back from anyone about my first email on 08/01/22. I need someone to contact me urgently in regards to this issue. If I don't hear back from Kogan within 48 hours I will have no option but to contact Consumer Affair and lodge a formal complaint and I will also be contacting American Express for them to revert the payment for the last invoice in full till someone from Kogan contact me the first issue was lodge on 08/01/22 and not to hear back from Kogan in this period of time is not acceptable. I'm giving them 1 star so I can report this scam. If i could give them 0 star that what they would be getting
I bought a new brand Samsung phone from them. But they send me a used one. You can see from the pics box does not have the company seal and they used their stickers as a fake seal.
There is no phone to communicate with them, Only email and they respond to your emails after 24 hours with a few meaningless words and no actual action.
Unfortunately, it is not very easy in Australia to chase scammers and they are kind of aware of it. However my recommendation to the fellows please protect your time and money and avoid these overseas Indians.
These guys will do everything they can to scam extra $$$ sneakily from you - asking as you check out a lot of questions - some which sneakily add ongoing charges to you.
