Good website--too many email solicitations after you sign on! I finally received my order weeks late and 2 of the six items I ordered were sent in the wrong size. Two others were not appealing or the quality of the fabric was poor so I wanted to return them for a refund. When I applied for the return authorization via email, I was told that since the return will be going to China, (a)I would have to pay all shipping costs, (b) it would have to go through customs, thereby slowing down the process even more, and (c) it would take forever to get there and get my refund. They offered me the option of simply receiving a 15% refund on the cost of the items I wanted to return. I lose every way possible.

I order most of my clothes online here. The purchasing process is easy and efficient and the items are delivered within the established deadlines. Easy! Convenient way to go, especially if you're in isolation like me.
I can't believe that the shipping is the same price as one of my tops! Other sites are much cheaper so I'll be using them next time. My tops came in two different shipments. The first shipment had two tops EXTREMELY large even though I ordered medium. The way they were packaged looked like someone else had returned them. The second shipment had one top (a Medium) which fit just right. I still haven't received my refund for the two that I sent back and no notice of receiving them even though the USPS says they were delivered and left with the individual. Also, one of the shirts looked nothing as the picture. It looked old. Not happy at all with JustFashion this time.

Amazing customer service, fast shipping, good quality and amazing product. I love how my dress arrived quickly, just in time for my vacation, also the bracelets look like in the photo on the website. You really can't tell the difference, I'm mesmerized by that.
The only good thing about these bags is the color matched the description. They were made of cheap faux leather/plastic and too small and too flimsy for use. I tried to return them; followed return instructions but no response. I won't shop here again!

I love your unique styles. Some of the sizing was off a bit. The quality of the materials used in garments is very nice. Shipping took total of 5 weeks for the final 3 items to arrive. Prices are great. I will order again.

Could not get any answers from the support department and I emailed many times.
Then a few weeks later the items purchased started to trickle in via USPS.

The items delivered did not fit properly and when I try to return 1 of the items... well that has been a few weeks since my request to return was sent and it was stated that I should get an email with directions on how and where to return the item with in 48 hours... That was more than two weeks ago.
Like I said in the beginning this is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

The shipping thing vs a coupon was difficult to navigate
.Received a shirt with a large defect in the lace portion and I feel it should be the companies responsibility to pay the return shipping fee, not mine, when it's their fault. Also don't like having to spend over $100 to get free shipping.
I will surely suggest and recommend everyone to go for. I really like this company, had a pleasant time ordering from them, my order came on time and they were able to resolve a problem for me very quickly. Love all the designs! Thanks!

The clothes are made of hard material, the pictures do not look like what actually finally comes to you after weeks of waiting. Trying to return something is horrible. They offer 15% at first and then go up to 30% of what you paid. It was supposed to have been a US company but turned out it was China. So, they cheat, they lie, and they steal money from the US. If they wanted to do right by you, when you are not happy with the quality, fit and service.
I bought my dress at this online clothing store. The girls feel so charming, kind and helpful. It is very difficult to get good customer service these days and online, these girls have a 10/10. I will definitely go there again. Well done girls!
I could not find a company phone number. Return process is confusing and time consuming not even possible without contacting their chat. Chat person requires you to pay return postage to an address in Guangdong, China, which was not mentioned on their website, and is different from the return address in Monroe, NJ that was on the package that my order came in. Will never buy again, and recommend against supporting companies like this.

This company would get a minus review if I could. Everything was the lowest quality clothing I have ever seen. The dress I ordered was clearly not the same as the one pictured on the website yet their customer service ( which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating to deal with) did nothing about it. All of the items shoes and clothing including were way to small. Their sizing charts were way off. I could not wear anything I ordered! This is a scam pretending to affiliate with PayPal and DHL. When I saw that I was overcharged, and there was no check out,. Seeing the unauthorized charge in my account, I called my bank to reverse the charges and refused delivery. Your bank will give you immediate credit for the disputed amount and send you a questionnaire. Say refused, keep a picture of the package you refuse It's all a con job not giving you sale prices, with no check out order review, ships late or not at all.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
