STEER CLEAR f/k/a JustFashionNow, these miscreants will give you the runaround after taking your money by ignoring or "misunderstanding" your complaints and requests; charging for items not sent; sending non-conforming items and charging for them; and refusing credit or other relief. Just ONE of the issues in this order: They noticed me that some blue shoes were not in stock; I cancelled it; then, they said: "Due to hygiene concerns... items (the blue shoes) cannot be returned." You know, the ones they didn't have in the first place!
Unless you report them to the FCC; FTC; Consumer Complaints, the BBB; the U.S. and State Attorney General's Office; and everywhere else, they will ignore you. STEER CLEAR THEY ARE FRAUDS!
Tip for consumers:
Shop someplace else with a good reputation. I was fooled by the new name and read the reviews the company apparently generated early-on with the new name.

The only things worth wearing in the entire order were the cheap linen shorts, and jumpsuits. The pillow covers are okay.

This is a scam pretending to affiliate with PayPal and DHL. When I saw that I was overcharged, and there was no check out,. Seeing the unauthorized charge in my account, I called my bank to reverse the charges and refused delivery. Your bank will give you immediate credit for the disputed amount and send you a questionnaire. Say refused, keep a picture of the package you refuse It's all a con job not giving you sale prices, with no check out order review, ships late or not at all.
Tip for consumers:
Never trust this site. Do not use their "contact" option. It's meaningless. They sent one of two packages after I told them to cancel the order on their contact thread. I refused delivery. Then, I emailed them in reply to their order email so that I have proof of the communication. They don't apply discounts and they don't ship on time. I'm having my bank credit my account for their fraudulent charge based on misrepresentations.

I declined the first package and will decline the next one I've already told them not to send. After the package didn't arrive timely, I looked up the reviews and saw how horrible they are and contacted them not to send anything. They sent anyway and I refused it.

Color: Blue; size: 37, we have already cancelled and refunded you according to your request in June. There is no such thing as the non-refundable situation you mentioned.
Perhaps you have misunderstood our meaning, because you have not received this product, so we probably want to tell you that the product that has not been received does not need to be returned the item. Rather than saying that there is no refund the money.
