Update:
Jjshouse offered to refund the import tax (and did so) I had to pay in return for deleting my comment. I feel however that to pretend that a company is located in a certain country is misleading.
I have changed the rating but will keep my comment intact.
I ordered from a Swiss site; jjhouse.ch in SFR.
To my surprise they sent the merchandise from China. I had to pay an additional 50% Import tax plus handling fee. If I had known this and there was no mention that the merchandise would be sent directly from China I would not have ordered
Dress was better than the picture. Everyone asked where I got it, which I shared with them. And UPS performed extremely well in the delivery arena. The whole process took only 7 work days. Very pleased overall!

Do not have to rely on the delivery date promised. We order two brides maid dresses for a a wedding verifying delivery dates with chat since the wedding was going to be just shortly after order was placed. Well they arrived the day after the wedding. Had to go with another vendor which would have been ok since we found something… However this vendor JJ House takes all kinds of fees when you return something. Even mailing fees, if you self-pay to return items, are charged. In todays environment and with the number of competitors out there with beautiful, reasonable priced options and no return fees, I warn you to go with someone else unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep what you order. Can't comment on quality as I didn't even open items since I was returning…. BUYER BEWARE!
I love my dress from JJshouse although I did use the custom measurements which meant alterations for me because you have to be really good with a measuring tape. The work is quality, you can tell that they are at least partly handmade. I would order another dress from them but only in a standard size.

I ordered a custom size dress for my daughter's wedding. I had my measurements taken by an actual Tailor as well as My daughter and my husband but it was a total waste of time because they made the dress the size that they wanted it to be. The waist of the dress was almost 3 inches too big, The Bra cups they put into it were noticeably uneven and the ham was more than 6 inches too long. I took pictures of the dress and the measurements I had taken a screenshot of my order with the correct numbers on it prior to purchasing the dress. I measured the dress, took pictures with the tape measure and sent everything to them and it took me five days of arguing with them to get 50% back There was no way to argue with them beyond emails because they're located in China. The dress that I picked out had rhinestones and sequins on the bodice however it was never made clear that some of the rhinestones would be pink. Being that the dress is green those all need to be replaced. The dress that they said would cost me $156 Has now cost me in alterations and corrections a total of $572. Stay away from them. It is the absolute truth that I would leave photos for everyone to see but they're on my phone and I'm using my iPad. The best thing for you to do is to just stay away.
When I found this site, I feel unsure about how it would end up. There are good reviews but also some negative ones. I decided to give it a try. Ordered on Oct 3 and the order arrived two weeks later. Super fast! I bet it would be one of the advantages ordering online from Asia. They have great passion about getting things done fast. I guess if you are rushing for a dress or running out of time for a prom, it could be your shot.
It's been over a week and company has promised 3 times to send replacement dress in correct colour and they are still messing around with me. The company does not care about your important day or event just about how much money they can sucker out of you and offer of coupons to put towards future orders. They fail to follow through on their promises and want things to be returned to unknown people whereas any other company I've dealt with returns go back to company name not an individual. They have ruined my upcoming wedding and no additional budget to purchase a new wedding dress and company failing to follow through.

I ordered a dress sized to what their website indicated according to measurements. Everything fit except the top which had a 3 or 4 inch gap when trying to zip it up. Their return policy claimed to refund or pay for alteration fees. I sent pictures as requested and emailed them continually with no response. I got conned out of over a $100.
So far disgusted and annoyed just paid $34.00 postage to return gross gross dress hope yo get refund if will trash jjhouse on social media dress cheaply made poor quality embellishment look like snow flakes i wanted this for a august wedding zipper poor UGLY does not look like photo i ordered at all so far out $200.00 ugh

Dress was of poor quality had a badly fitted faulty zip which even after a lot of effort to open will now not close again at the top tried to contact company but despite several attempts to show them they wont accept my photos. Would not recommend
I love this site because they have an awesome selection of styles, colors and fabrics. Also, their customer service is great. I have to say it's not as speedy as I'd like due to there's no number to contact someone; only the message feature, but they respond promptly and resolve issues quickly. I got this for my granddaughter so I'm not able to include a photo right now, but the dress was so pretty and fit perfectly in accordance with their measurement charts, etc.

Dresses are beautifully made but it takes too long. Also the try-on option is great! I wish JJ's house would allow more than 3 dresses as I was searching for a dress for the big event, and I can not wait...if you can improve this area that would be awesome!

First the dresses are well made and beautiful however... be sure you get what fits the first time because I have been unable to return 2 dresses that don't fit. I have reached out several times, as well as put in at least 3 "tickets" to make a return. It has been a full week since my first attempt, even though it says there will be a response within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the dresses, but as we all know, buying on line for some body types is very difficult.

We ordered a gown for my son s wedding from your site, used your size chart chose color ordered size needed, arrived my wife tried on gown would not zipper! Like a terrible mistake 5 inches off! Not true to size! We also sent embarrassing pictures to Cathy Shan who works in customer service, she to is offering A 30 percent off of the gown, It DOES NOT FIT! Ordered 2 dresses for my best friends wedding, the dresses never left "processing" and i opened a ticket to see what was going on and they told me my order number was non existent and then they stopped responding. This company is a scam and they have the worst customer service I've ever seen! I'm out 200$ and still have to buy 2 more dresses.

AWFUL! The CS team is just awful! I paid 32.99$ in shipping fees and got charged with an additional 43.00$ fee! This was not a customs fee or VAT but a brokerage fee. They filled out my shipping form wrong and now refuse to pay back the money I had to pay.
Worst shopping experience ever!
***To follow up. JJ House did refund my charges and they gave me a voucher on top of all that, just for my troubles. They have been VERY nice since this happened and I will shop with them again.

I'm so glad I found JJ's house! They have a large selection of beautiful dresses.& their "try before you buy" is foolproof! I selected 2 dresses, fell in love with one of them & sent the other back…how easy was that! Reasonably priced as well; my dress will be worn at my daughter's wedding & I saved hundreds of $$—more left to put towards the endless costs of a big wedding so I am thrilled. JJ's House, you rock!

We ordered 2x bridesmaid dresses using custom fit. The custom fit measurements are exact! They do not allow room for movement so remember to add a few CM when sending of the measurements. Dresses arrived in good time are are absolutely beautiful! All seams finished neatly and they look as though they were twice the price! Very very happy! I have since ordered the boys ties and pocket squares in the same colour. Ordered them yesterday morning and by the afternoon had an email to say they had been shipped. I would 100% recommend purchasing the colour and fabric sample before placing your order. We did not do this and the burgundy was a little redder than expected, still beautiful though!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
