JJ's house has good customer service. Beware the $30 coupon for a positive review offer, it has a minimum purchase requirement of $200 that they don't tell you about. Other than that, items seem to be shipped pretty quickly.
I really like the try on method. I've never come across other sites that do this. The dresses in general are great quality and very affordable. So many colors to choose from. I've talked to me friends about JJ' House.

We ordered a dress for our son's mid May wedding in early March. It took JJs 65 days to process the order (not 15 as advertised). Also, if you pay 25.00 for expedited shipping, your package is slow shipped from China (or wherever), and spends God knows how long in the states on the way from Florida to New Jersey where it is sent to you via 3 Day Mail service. It arrived a week after the special event. When you complain or seek refunds they give a small percentage off so you are totally fleeced. We had to rush to buy another dress last minute. Advice: Stay away from JJs if you want something on time for a special occasion. I could go on I am so livid.

Ordered 2 dresses, both are unable to be zipped from the waist. Bust and waist measurements are accurate but the thorax is shaped like a Barbie Doll, not a human. Hold them up to you and can see your ribs on either side. (114 pounds, 5 feet 4 inches)
Also had a 60 dollar charge for "duties, or broker house fees" via UPS to even receive this box with doll shaped dresses. Not told about this prior to ordering but UPS guy said "Yeah, that happens coming from China".
Now they will not respond to email via site and I have to provide photo documentation before they will consider accepting a return.

Horrible customer service!
They sent my dress in the wrong shade that and also had bad stitching right on the darts. The process to return it and get a new one in the correct color (so I actually match the rest of the bridal party) was awful! Takes forever to go back and forth via email. They gave such a run around and didn't offer any discount for all the crap they put me through. Now I'm 3 weeks from the wedding and still no dress! Praying it gets here in time and is correct and without issues! Definitely don't recommend this company and won't buy from them again!
I have only ordered dresses to try-on at home, but will definitely be purchasing from JJ's House! Found the perfect place to buy a dress for my daughters' wedding this fall. You can find something very formal, or less formal for an amazing price and extraordinary quality. All the dresses are fully lined and have built in bras. Very quick delivery - doesn't get much easier than this!

Warning! This company will take your money and ignore your requests with customer service. I have said many times and requested to cancel my order and get my refund through tickets, phone (doesn't work its disconnected, the chat online doesn't help at all etc) Very bad service! I have ordered 4 dresses from JJ's House in the past 2 months. Yes, they take awhile to come but they did work with me on an expedited order. The color scheme changed at the last minute for one son's wedding. Two dresses had been custom made so naturally I didn't request a cancelation for those. The company was fantastic in processing my refund even though it was past the date (had not shipped yet). The dresses I did get were good, I just don't have a model's body. My daughter is very pleased with her dress as well and will definitely wear it in the future.

I ordered a size 12 pant suit the shirt is made very disproportionately and 3 sizes too small. They will only let me have in store coupon for something comparable, or 40% refund. Clearly this is a rip off! I will never shop here again or recommend their company.
The dresses are very well made; they thought of everything including built in bra is some cases. The try-on feature is an excellent idea; specially, their size do run small, so Do pay attention to the size chart even if it doesn't seem right according to you normal size.
I will definitely buy from them again. Forgot to mention, the customer service is top notch. Very helpful and responsive.

Ordered a wedding party dress... the thing came in made of God knows what for the lining... weighed a ton! Never have I put on anything (except perhaps the Dentist's lead apron during teeth x-rays) that weighed me down so much. Could not wear it because it was so uncomfortable. Trying to get it returned appears to take an act of Congress. Would NOT recommend this site. Go to an online department store and save yourself the disappointment and wasted finance.

These arrived a couple of days ago (excuse my work uniform & neglected hair!) I'm absolutely delighted with the materials, colour, quality packaging, sizes (of bouquets and shoes)
I showed my parents the flowers today and my dad wants to buy some just for in his house! Have promised to email him the link. They took a few weeks to arrive, but Ivm not getting married until Sept so still plenty of time to spare.

I ordered 5 adult bridesmaid dresses and a veil- this came to £461.89... I then paid £58.76 for shipping- total £520.68.
I then get a message from DHL saying that £124 is due to be paid for duty & taxes before these dresses will be delivered... Unhappy doesn't even cover it! I have emailed customer service... Awaiting a reply... Very very upset, not what you need before Xmas & a wedding!
UPDATE 30. 12. 13: JJSHouse customer service rep got in touch; refunded the £124... the dresses were delivered with 8 days of ordering, super quick! Follow up from the rep happened to ensure all was ok... Now very impressed & happy. I am waiting for my bridesmaids to come & try on the dresses... I will keep you all updated.

Currently waiting on a refund for my returned items. Will be happy if this is processed as promised. This issues were resolved and a full refund was provided. I am happy they followed through with their word. Just wish they did not make it so difficult from the start.

Do not order from this website! I bought a dress a few weeks ago and payed the full cost of dress, along with the shipping fees ($16.99 US expedited). However, I have been informed by DHL that I will need to pay an additional $86.97 CAD before I can receive my purchase.
JJsHouse's website does not mention these additional fees at the checkout, and it does not state on their website that they are based in or will be shipping from China, making these additional fees so expensive. These fees are ridiculously high and unfair as I cannot afford to pay them. Please do not buy from this website!

Don't buy from jjshouse or their site Jenjenhouse.com. Its a scam, where they take your money, sent you a cheaply made, dress that would cost less than $50 and then not even reply when you ask for a refund! Ordered my formal dress, and now I feel completely stupid for actually believing this. Just don't risk it.
Worst customer service experience of my life. I was guaranteed a delivery date by their representative over Facebook messages- and then told the next day after ordering that it wasn't going to be delivered on time and the they would charge me partial cost for ordering - not a full refund. Do not trust them, I recommend looking on bhldn.com or lulus for fast shipping, good refund policies & professionalism. This place has been absolutely ridiculous. I have attached photos of their representative saying one thing, their production department telling me another.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.
