I ordered several pairs of ballroom shoes for a show. The order was processed quickly but the tracking number and subsequent emails name me think this is a scam. Shoes have not arrived, tracking number is not tracking anything and only a partial refund has been given instead of a full one seeing nothing has arrived. It's very disappointing. Questions about the whereabouts of the product were never clearly answered. Very little help was given in trying to find the products first, only offers of refunds.
The dress dis not resemble photo. I returned it, noting on website it said within 7 days. There was no return information in the package, only a returns address on the box. When I replied to an email saying I'd returned dress I had a rude email back informing me that I'd only receive 40% of a refund due to me not including a returns form with the dress which they would have sent. The process was completely unclear and I wonder if this is how they make their money because the dresses certainly won't.

I decided to send the EXACT measurements as requested for them to alter my dress. They basically took a dress too large for my frame and cut the h an inch above my ankles. So with shoes, it's 3" too short. The waist was not lifted so it looks ridiculous. Of course they would do nothing but send back a measly 20% for a dress that can not be worn and must be replaced! I would never shop here.

My daughter ordered a dress for her prom. The dress was nice but didn't fit. She reached out to their customer service/support several times inquiring about returning the item. When no response was received after several weeks, she decided to respond to the order confirmation email. Amazingly, her message was answered but since too much time had passed, they refused to offer any return options. This company plays games with peoples money. My daughter learned a valuable lesson. Dishonest companies are out there. We will avoid JJ's House for any future dress purchases and we will make it a point to tell as many people as possible about how dishonest this company is... I purchased 3 wedding dresses and it took a month after payment for the dresses to be shipped. The dresses have still not been delivered and although I have given the company proof via royal mail who conformed in writing my order hasn't been delivered, they have still refused to give me a refund. They will only give me 50% of my money back. The customer service is disgusting and I am forced to seek further action. Please do not purchase from this scam company!

Bought dress and returned the ff day and email the proof. I emailed again the proof fr canada post tracking that they received it april 19 2021 and now May 12 2021 they did not email me back and haven't received the refund yet. Upon writing this, i got email fr them at around 4:35 MT may 12, asking for order no after 2 follow ups. They are not true to their promise that refund will take to 5-10 days once they received the item!

I ordered shoes on May 5th for my daughter.
The website says 7-8 days processing and 2-6
Days shipping. It has been 21'days and I still don't have the shoes. My daughter need them for Friday. I have reached out to customer service twice and they are giving me b. S answers. I will NEVER order from this site again.
I ordered two gowns from JJ's house for my son's upcoming wedding. I chose one of them, but ordered it in a different color, after being assured by customer service that I could return the gowns I did not want. I am trying to go about returning these two gowns, but every step is leading to a dead end. Customer service (accessible only via chat) has told me repeatedly that they have made a ticket for the return and I would be contacted with the next steps to complete the return. This has not happened. I have absolutely no recourse. The number that I found to reach the company says it is disconnected. My emails have not been responded to. I feel that this is a total and complete scam! I am only given 14 days to return, and this runaround is costing me all of them. This is obviously purposeful on their part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am looking into next steps to take action against the company.

I bought ceramic wedding favors for my guests and received half of them broken. The packaging had no padding. Once I contacted JJ House to ask for assistance they asked me to send pictures which I did. I then got an email saying the will provide a 50% store credit or a 40% refund. I selected the 40% refund as I did not want to spend more money at JJ House. Today I received a $55 credit to my PayPal account. They gave me a $55 credit on a $460 bill (not 40%). I am now left with a $405 bill and a bunch of garbage because they didn't properly pack the shipment. The price is attractive but you are buying garbage. BE CAREFUL!

So I had ordered a 6.5 shoe and the shoes that they sent me were definitely a 7. No big deal, I figured I would just contact them for an exchange, well they don't except exchanges only returns, and when they send you the new pair you still have to pay for the shipping Again. OK fine no big deal, I contacted the site twice and they kept telling me that they would send me a return slip within 24 hours and never sent it to me. And they just kept telling me contact us back in 24 hours. It really seems like the site is designed to make returns impossible so that you have to purchase another item. I won't be purchasing from them again

I threw my shoes out as soon as they arrived. Its purely fabric and its warped from the glue holding everything together. Theres no solid base so even a few hours of dancing would make these fall apart. Dont buy these!

I'm shopping for my son's wedding and love the try before you buy aspect. I'm not sure about my size and don't want to purchase something & have it not fit. I live rural, so there are no bridal shops within a 100 mile radius from me, so this was convenient.

My order has never turned up despite being given a date. This business isn't in Australia but China. They just keep telling me its coming but it is already 10 days late so its not likely ever going to come.

I ordered this standard size "off the rack" dress for my daughter's wedding, a standard size which usually fits with most designers, however, the dress was slightly small. I was hoping to be able to fit into it by the time of the wedding but unfortunately I had to wear a different dress. A 7-day return policy is simply not enough time when planning in advance for an important event like a wedding. The dress was never worn. I contacted the company and was told it was beyond their 7-day return policy but they could offer me a 10% off coupon on another purchase! Seriously?! Any other retailer in this country would accept a return with a receipt. Do not use this retailer!
Pictures do not look like the website, poor quality, returning is a nightmare, plus shipping fees back to China are outrageous. Customer Service is absolutely awful. I don't know how this company is still in business.
JJ's house has good customer service. Beware the $30 coupon for a positive review offer, it has a minimum purchase requirement of $200 that they don't tell you about. Other than that, items seem to be shipped pretty quickly.

We ordered a dress for our son's mid May wedding in early March. It took JJs 65 days to process the order (not 15 as advertised). Also, if you pay 25.00 for expedited shipping, your package is slow shipped from China (or wherever), and spends God knows how long in the states on the way from Florida to New Jersey where it is sent to you via 3 Day Mail service. It arrived a week after the special event. When you complain or seek refunds they give a small percentage off so you are totally fleeced. We had to rush to buy another dress last minute. Advice: Stay away from JJs if you want something on time for a special occasion. I could go on I am so livid.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.
