BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Do Not order from here. Total rip off. I ordered a dress that did not fit. I paid $134.00 & was only refunded &113.00. I also had to pay for my own shipping to ship back. Horrible customer service as well

Worst customer service ever! They don't take returns even in original condition. Dress doesn't look anything like picture that my friend wanted for her wedding. Their response is we enhance the photo and every body has different height. No it is not the same dress. Do not order from them!

After a few emails and reviews Veronica emailed me and was excellent! She saved them. Veronica was apologetic and very understanding. They should have her respond to everybody. They are going to let me return the dress. They should be thanking her for her hard work

I ordered a dress from them for a wedding I'm attending in the next month. The website makes it very clear that you must make sure your measurements are exact. They even provide a helpful video and several images on how to measure yourself. I did this and my measurements aligned perfectly with the size 12 dress. The dress just arrived in the mail and I was excited to put it on. There is no way this dress will zip up. It is MUCH smaller than the measurements indicated with a size 12 dress. To make it worse, they do not accept returns. I will NEVER order from this company again and warn you all to avoid JJHouse.com.

UPDATE: While, I didn't get all of my money back, I did receive a 40% refund; thus, I've updated my review to 2 stars. Adam, was helpful and courteous. It's clear it's his job to deal with the company's mess and must read and type from scripts. Be kind to him, but don't let him/the company push you around.

Great service!

I ordered two bridesmaids dresses for an upcoming wedding and I had no problems with my order. I got notifications with update, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but their customer service was great and helpful. Did not have to chase anyone and they even responded to me on sunday evening. Would recommend.

I ordered shoes for my wedding and received them in a timely manner. I really liked the product that was shipped but they were to big. So I did as the asked and shipped them to their warehouse. It was the address given on my return label. I waited 1 month and never got my money back. When I emailed them 3-5 times asking where my refund was, all they could say was "we rechecked and your shipment hasn't been received. Please provide your tracking number". I unfortunately can't find my return receipt after a month later so now I'm out the $65. All I wanted was a smaller size. Won't be ordering from here again.

I was a bit nervous ordering online, but it arrived way sooner then I thought and the veil is beautiful, you will not find anything this nice at this price. And Very pretty bracelet, perfect just for that extra touch for your wedding day! Thank you JJsHouse I would definitely recommend using your site!

After numerous emails back and forth, the company sent me another dress, so I added one star. Thankfully it arrived before the wedding, but it was a stressful situation. It was nice for a flower girl dress ($80), but after wearing it only one time, some of the beads fell off the belt. Just know what you get with this overseas company. I would order well in advance, be prepared to only use the item once and ensure you can file a claim with your credit card or PayPal if necessary.

Do not order from this site. They claimed they sent me a dress I ordered, but I never received it. I tried to contact them and they sent me a bogus shipping receipt advising it was delivered on 01/01/2001... 16 years ago! Look at the receipt they sent! This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have bought my second Mother of the Bride outfits from Jjshouse. Their products are excellent. My recent purchase was a special offer, meaning it's non refundable and might have a slight imperfection. The outfit at €65 was excellent and I could have not have purchased such splendor in my local Boutique. Their Customer Service is equally splendid.

Jjshouse.com is so easy to browse and the ease of entering my own custom measurements is so convenient! The extra fee for custom measurements is considerably low compared to having all the alterations done by a third party. Their prices, quality, and customer service are top notch! Processing time is lightning fast too! I received my 3 gowns (2 were custom sizing) in just a couple of weeks! I did pay for expedited shipping but they more than exceeded my expectations. DON'T DO IT

Do not buy from this company. Bought a dress for my mother-in-law. Need to return. Customer service is terrible. Website is bogus for returns. It won't allow you to proceed with the specific return. They answer my emails, but with no help whatsoever. Definitely designed to frustrate the buyer to simply quit the return and eat the money.63

##UPDATE## today i got my shoes... they are huge! Lol when i try and walk in them i step right out! And there an 8? I give customer service the ok for helping me loads with my worries :) but sadly i wont be able to wear them. :( also the shoes are the same as the picture so thats a good thing... sorry guys 3 stars or better than none :)

Ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, a mother of the bride dress and multiple decorations for my upcoming wedding. The dresses were gorgeous-perfectly made, everyone loved them. The customer service was amazing... they even called us at one point when they thought a measurement for a custom dress might be wrong and went out of their way to help us avoid extra customs charges. Would not hesitate to buy again from here!

Sizing and quality
September 23, 2021

Ordered a standard size... even went UP one size based on reviews. The dress was way off on measurements for a 'standard' size--all you have to do is measure it yourself with a dress tape to see the discrepancies. Poor quality--very cheap construction. Site photos are very deceiving. Out over 200 bucks but that's what I get for ordering from this company. Lastly, their advertising says 'from the UK'. This crap is from CHINA. Buyer beware.

They sent me a defected dress with uneven lining and refused to refund saying you can't return items. The color they showed in the picture was totally different than the one I received as well. This store is such a joke and I honestly regret buying anything from them after seeing the terrible customer service.
I reported the whole case to the police for internet crime and fraud. My lawyer wrote a letter to the European Office of Consumer Protection and the penalties are TO high for what you do.

I had an issue with damage to the 2 dresses i bought, upon several emails with veronica, we eventually were fully refunded. I sincerely appreciate this from a firm, and can say, i would shop again with them, as their customer care was very good.

I order sone costume jewelry on May 28 2021 jjshouse time frame 8-10 days it has been almost 2 months. I also sent emails my items are at a facility with no city or state and I have had no response. Requested refund for my money again no response

Lovely garment shame didn't fit

Ordering was easy. When garment arrived it was packaged nicely and looked good quality. Colour a little darker than I hoped ( ordered silver but was more grey) lengths was perfect but even though I went on measurements it came up tight on upper arms. Return policy was prompt 4 choices to rectify problem. Refund was quick. Happy with overall service

I ordered a mother of the bride dress from JJ's House. The dress was floor length instead of tea length as advertised, was made of poor quality material and it was at least 2 sizes smaller than it stated. They will not refund the purchase price and told me I could take it somewhere to have it altered if it didn't fit. They had no problem taking my money but once that occurred, they washed their hands of all responsibility to provide the garment as advertised. I would never do business with them again!
