It is a scam! I would not recommend using this company. They are unprofessional, unreliable and will not return or refund regardless of tags or in the package. They refused to return or refund to anyone about anything and then they stop responding to your emails after you continually try to ask for one.
This is an outstanding site. The apparel here is grade A. It is very easy to navigate through. It has something for all women. Young, older and in between. The quality of their wear is supreme. The variety of type of dresses is endless and colors are plentiful. The sizing is on point and if not you can get them custom sized. I absolutely love this site. JJSHOUSE is second to none. I told my favorite people all about and they ordered from here as well. They agree. It is the only place to shop for that special something even if that is merely a dress to wear to a barbecue. They have something for any event. I can't say enough about them. It's everything you ever needed in an online dress store and more... for less... great prices!
I ordered a dress too small so I needed to return it to get a new one but they didn't give me a full refund. I bought the new sized dress I needed and it has been processing for over a month even though the money was taken out of my bank account. In all, will never buy from them again.

We ordered a prom dress from this site and received a very poor imitation of the real one which we had tried on. When we contacted them the same day to say that we are returning the dress we were told that we could not return it. After several more emails we were told we could return the dress but we would have to pay for courier! A tracked shipment to China from NA costs about 70 including the 50 we paid for brokerage fees it has almost cost us the amount of the dress! This has been our worst experience to date with online ordering and I would urge you not to order anything from them.
Since my original post, I was contacted by Adam of jjshouse who helped refund all out of pocket monies. Wish there were more like Adam in customer service at this company-he was very helpful!

I needed a dress for a few formal events, and after searching several stores I decided to order online which made me really nervous, but the dress just arrived and it is absolutely beautiful! I had to do custom sizing since I don't quite fit in one particular size, and it fits perfectly, and the material feels really nice! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Was thrilled when it arrived. Quality is excellent, finishing is spot on. I ordered custom to my sizes and it fits perfectly. For the price it is far better than anything I had tried on in shops. Customer services even contacted me to double check one of my measurements was correct before making it.

This company advertises easy return, full refund. Big Lie.! The dress I ordered arrived promptly but did not fit. I requested to exchange it. Went through tedious emailing back and forth day almost a week, They wanted pic of garment defects, totally ignoring that i ask for exchange due to size, I ask for phone number to call, No reply just more emails. Finally got form to return and it was for a refund. I was told I would get a coupon for total price so I can reorder. Only offers 40% if you want refund. Believe they are stalling for time so i will go past deadline to get it back to them so refund can be denied
I ordered 3 dresses thinking that I would have a variety of choice to choose the perfect dress. Can't return 2 of the dresses because this was not made clear that they were made to measure, but on top of shipment paid with jjshouse I had to pay import tax of £93! Just be careful what you are buying as you can't send it back! However, since my review jjshouse did get in contact and refunded 40% of what both dresses were worth and I have kept the dresses as well.

I wanted an organza coat to wear over my dress at a wedding. I found one on this site, paid the very expensive charge of £17 for expedited delivery within 3-6 days, it is now day 17, the coat has not arrived and the wedding was 2 days ago so I had to go buy an alternative elsewhere. I have sent numerous emails and they send me a link to track my order which is in Chinese so I have no idea how I can track the order without understanding Chinese. I have asked for a refund but they just continually ignore this, tell me to track my order on the Chinese site and have the total cheek to ask me to give feedback on their customer service. I have contacted my card provider and asked them to raise this as a dispute I believe if you have paid by credit card they can revoke the payment otherwise looks like I've been ripped off. Will never use this crooked company ever again.
From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to order. Everything arrived on time.The evening dress was made exactly to the measurements they said.The quality if very good and not shabbily made as in some comments. I will not be hesitating at buying my wedding dress off here and I advise others who read the reviews on here to step forward and do so aswell. A good job all round.

I wanted to order 3 dresses for my daughter's engagement party in March: 2 of same dress in different size, and then a second style. I intended to return which ones I did not choose. I ordered, then received an email saying they would not allow someone to try and then return - that I could only order one dress. Of course, that is not how online shopping typically works, and we all know dress sizing is particularly tricky. I want to cancel, and am trying, but am worried reading reviews of people trying to cancel without response! This is not a reasonable business practice!
I order and received a pair of dancing shoes. Took 30 days longer to arrive then they said it would. Shoes are poor quality and do not fit. I attempted several time to following their on line instructions for returning them. What they told me to do does not work - i. E. re-entering a code they send me. NO other way to communicate! No phone number, no live person to talk too, no address given for me to attempt to mail shoes back... Worst customer service EVER
Needed a dress for a military occasion so shopped around but found JJ's House to have the best selection. It's great they have so many dress type/color options. I was unsure of the color of my dress when ordering (champagne in chiffon vs. satin is very different) and the color swatches are hard to depict... but the dress turned out beautiful and fit according to the size chart. So many compliments! And fast shipping too (took about 2 weeks). Will definitely be ordering from JJ's house again!
I have never come across such fantastic service with an online store. Any question I raised was answered within a day and really efficiently with detailed responses. I am really impressed with the company and will definitely recommended to all who care to listen! I'll be back for more!
I purchased x5 dresses for my bridesmaids and all dresses straps broke on my wedding day (3 of the 5 didn't have big busts either) they had to be sewn in and tied up constantly throughout the day and these dresses weren't cheap either. Very disappointed - contacted jjs house and they are not interested in helping

I ordered 3 faux fur jackets/wraps for my wedding two came day before my wedding they where too small one size fits all yea if you a 13 girl who wears a size 0 very very disappointed don't order from them all looks good in pics but no no
AS you can see from emails they were notified several times about the cancellation before they shipped while payment was still pending but they shipped anyway.
I canceled through there web page within minutes.
Very deceptive company.
Also did not know shipment was from overseas until payment was done.

I have had the most amazing experience with jjhouse. Top quality products, very well made. I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses and my wedding shoes through the website, color and cut was spot on. Very reasonable shipping time, all dresses were custom made and only took 2 weeks to come in. I would recommend however to order the dresses to your custom measurements as it is only $20 more and guarantees a good experience :)
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
