JJ's House never fails to please or deliver. I got my wedding dress from them and also a few special occasion dresses. The prices and the quality of the dresses can't be beat.
I am a repeat customer and will always be a loyal fan. One tip: When you order, be sure to read the sizing guide. Most dresses run small from JJ's. I'm 5'2 and 125 lbs and have to order a size Large. They do have a custom dept that will make the dress to your specifications but I never took advantage of that.

I ordered 6 dresses 12 February 2021--nearly a $1000 (USD) order. JJ's House took my money but have yet to ship the dresses.
After I ordered they contacted me to confirm my order was correct and I assured them it was.
The dresses--according to their website--should be shipped by the 22 Feb! I did not order custom sizes.
I have been trying to call--using both phone numbers published on their website, contact them via e-mail and webchat. I get a message they will contact me within 24 hours, but they never do.

Our theatre production is about to begin and we need the dresses NOW! I want them to ship expedited shipping at their expense.

The first time I ordered from JJ's house, everything was fine. I ordered a bridal dress. The quality was good and there were no problems with shipping.

I work for a theatre production company. They could have kept me as a long term customer.

I love this dress. I ordered it for a wedding in Sri Lanka on this site. I was a bit worried that it would not arrive in time since I had to order a bit last minute. But it arrived really quickly (even overseas) and the material and the make are gorgeous. I will order here again for sure. I was able to measure myself and they made it to fit me perfectly.

This is my updated review of jjshouse. The only thing I can say positive is that jjshouse did keep their word and finally refund my money. The dresses I ordered were very pretty but completely wrong. Jjshouse, you should be more open and honest with your customers. You should change your refund policy to state NO REFUNDS, because that is the stand you take on all problems. I wish my experience had been a better one because this was my first time ever to order online. This was such a terrible experience that I may never do it again. But thank you! For keeping your word and refunding my money. It only took 8 emails, some ridiculously humiliating photos of myself in dresses that didn't fit, unbelievable frustration, posting a review that did not reflect well on jjshouse, and spending $68 to ship two dresses back to you. I am ONLY giving you a 2 star rating because you did refund my money, not because I enjoyed shopping with you.

I've ordered a few thing from JJ's House and had great outcomes, which is why I'm still giving them a 4. However the shoes that I ordered were way off compared to normal sizes. I ordered a size 7, and they are about 2 sizes bigger than what an actual size 7 would be in the US (I used their size chart). I looked closer, and their return policy says that you can't return any items unless basically they made an error. You can't return anything just because the size you ordered doesn't fit. So now I'm stuck with basically a size 9 shoe that I cannot return or use.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this online store. I found the dress of my dreams for my wedding reception and was surprised at the price being under $100. I received a high quality dress that looked and felt amazing! Not only that, but originally I ordered said dress too small. The store made returns fast and easy and I had the correct size less than a week later. I didn't have to do alterations which was a surprise since I have a curvy figure. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion.

I had ordered some dresses for my daughter from another dress site. I was trying to find the perfect prom dress. With time winding down I discovered that the dresses I had ordered for my daughter had not shipped and we were only weeks before the prom. As fate would have it I found JJ'S House. My daughter found the perfect dress at a great price but it gets better, I emailed them to request an earlier delivery time. They called me in person to find out exactly what I needed. Not only did they move up the delivery date but got the made to order dress to my home 3 days earlier that I had asked. This is a company that you can trust. They are not just about making money they work to make lasting relationships with satisfied customers. You won't be disappointed.

I came across this website trying to order bridesmaid dress. It was defective and i couldnt open the button/zipper to try the dress on, and they said "cant process return since its not that big of a deal and it could be easily fixed". Couldnt believe their response to $140 dress.

I bought this dress and walked down the street in Hawaii and got comments from everyone who passed by me! Trucks, vans, cars, buses, and tour buses would honk or blow there horns for a long time as they passed by me. When we made it to the beach, everybody stop and said how pretty I looked in my dress! I took my wedding pictures on the beach and they posted them for everyone to see as their ad. Oh yea, and by the way; this dress looks great on a plus size women!

Ordered a dress a few weeks ago and got it today 7/25. The dress did not fit. I asked for a return shipping label and refund to the original form of payment (which they do according to their website) but instead they are making things complicated and offering me a bunch of coupons instead of just refunding the money to the original form of payment! So unhappy with jjshouse, stay away!

Ordered a communion dress for my daughter, it arrived at the very end of the time estimate, and instead of the dress in the picture that was floor length it was cut off at the knee!
The shoes, which I had deliberately ordered 1.5 sizes up, were no where near a fit, and are obviously completely wrongly sized.
The event is now this weekend, and we have no hope of a resolution from them.
Still waiting to get a reply from them on email...
