I bought 2 wigs from H of B, neither of the was like the picture on their site.
I contacted customer services last month about an exchange or refund for wig #1, I'm still waiting on a reply.
Meanwhile wig #2 arrives. I actually did laugh out loud, it was hideous! Absolutely nothing like the wig I was meant to get.
I haven't bothere to contact this cowboy outfit (sorry to all cowboys) a second time, they aren't interested after they get your money into their coffers. So thank you House of Beauty, you are a rip off company and you have definitely ripped me off!
Do not touch this company with a barge pole, it sucks bigtime!
