The telephone never rings, nobody is there and the accounts are dormant (and I bet they pay no taxes paid in UK either...).
I ordered a dress made to measure. They challenged and changed my measurements and of course the dress was ill-fitting. It was for my daughter's wedding so I had to pay for emergency alterations work.
Jjshouse denied all responsibilities and, despite promising it, refused to refund.
So it is off to the small claim court we go.
I tried jjs for first time-it was perfect!
Custom measured myself so i was nervous but i am so happy w this company!

My dress came quickly, fit perfect since they customize the dress to your body. Quality was above what I expected. It wore very well and cleaned well. I am a plus size woman and this dress made me truly feel beautiful!
I purchased a mother of the bride dress from them, it was huge! Their hassle free returns is a joke. I sent three emails requesting a return label so I can return the dress in the time frame allowed. They never answered any of my emails. Finally I was able to get a lady on chat to help me. I returned the dress and I still have not received my refund. I will never buy anything else from JJ House! Weddings are stressful enough without a dress company adding much stress!

I ordered a beautiful dress, in what I thought was a size that would fit me - it didn't. I had an extremely hard time even fitting it over me in fact.
When I tried to follow the steps to return it, they kept telling me I needed pictures of the issue. -How am I supposed to take a pic of myself attempting to fit into the dress - are you kidding?
They refused to accept my return because I ordered that size so tough crap for me I guess. Thanks JJ house for taking 3, almost 4 days to tell me to go screw myself even though your website absolutely leads you to think that you can return if it, YA know, doesn't fit.

Your "policies" are ludicrous and not customer friendly whatsoever.
Absolutely brutal customer service. Of course, it is not the representative but they have made it ridiculously difficult to return an item that only didn't fit. They try to bargain deals instead of the 'no hassle returns'... They also stated that my dress was custom order when it was definitely not and therefore tried to offer 30% return of the item as a 'final option'. I would never recommend them. The only reason I would give them a 0.5 star is because the color of the dress was as represented on the site, but that's the only thing that is. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere, even if it's a bit more expensive.
I custom ordered a dress from jjshouse a month or so ago. The dress arrived very quickly, was gorgeous, but even though I sent my exact measurements, it did not fit correctly. I then read several reviews for this company, most of which were very negative in regards to returning merchandise. I immediately assumed I was going to have a problem with them, and braced myself for the battle. To my relief and delight, once they realized I was very unhappy with the product, they gave me the option of returning the merchandise for a full refund. Customer service was polite, courteous, helpful and prompt in their responses.
I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248. When I brought this up to them, they went ahead and refunded my full amount. So yes they have beautiful dresses but plan on a good 6 weeks to get it.

I was very scared to order my dress online but was left with little options in the midst of a pandemic. I was very impressed with JJsHouse. I paid the extra 20 to put in my measurements and they even asked me to send in my arm size to make sure everything fit. The dress showed up on time, delivered by DHL, they sent me notifications and I made sure someone had to sign for it. The dress was exactly what I ordered and I'm very happy.

I have ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, 2 try on a home dresses, a wedding veil, and color swatches. They all come at the promised times. I also their points system that encourage me to buy more! I recently ordered some colour swatches from JJ's house and I was extremely pleased with what I received.
Delivery was fast, the samples were fantastic quality and very large so you could really get a feel for the colour and material and I will now be going on to order my bridesmaids dresses and matching ties - I haven't been able to get an exact colour match anywhere else!
Will definitely recommend the website to friends.
Honestly the company is a joke. I ordered a dress from them, took over a month to be delivered, when I got the dress it was not flattering what so ever. The breast pads were up near my collar bone and it was supposed to be a low cut and loose fitting top. Nothing like the picture nor were the sizes correct! Then they charged me an additional $22 to mail the stupid dress back to them! Complete rip off and will never advise anyone to purchase from them!

I ordered an evening dress which took over three weeks to get here. It was no where true to size. When i asked to return it JJ's Kept insisting that I send them a half naked picture. After i returned it they deducted over $24 from what they charged me. They actually deducted a $17.00 coupon used at purchase from my refund! Do not order from this company.
After many e-mails back and forth with this company and several uncomplimentary reviews by me, I was promised a full refund without having to return the item. I look forward to receiving that refund and will then be satisfied with their service and how things were eventually resolved.
No way will these be worn at my wedding, they look dated like they are from the 50's. The ruffles are upside down and the material is so cheap. Of course they will not take them back, wish I never ordered them. This so called business is shady!

I had ordered a red gown from them and had sent in my measurements as per the site. With specific instructions. I cant tell you how pleased i was. They even sent me an email with a picture of the fabric with indoor an outdoor lighting just to make sure that was the shade of red requested. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged and fit absolutely perfectly.
Caveat: Order early. They almost always have a holiday they celebrate..
You'd think that for $100 or more on average per dress that you'd get something that looks nice and is rewrearable.
Not a JJ's House! The tag on the dress I received read as follows: "Do not wash, Do not dry clean" and while I know spot-cleaning is the only raining option, how on earth am I supposed to get $100 worth of wear out of a dress that I cannot clean?
The fabric quality is also absolutely atrocious, it's like the entire thing was made of lining fabric, with no care taken as to whether things were cut on-grain, or if the seams were pressed or even.
The sizing charts are also more like suggestions, as the dress I purchased did not fit me even though I was very careful to follow the chart with correct measurements. I'm lucky I know how to sew with delicate fabric or else I'd be up a creek.
Save your time and money, shop elsewhere.

They are offering me a full refund if I change my review. So this is me changing my review. My biggest issue was that their refund policy seemed extra difficult and all I was getting from them was canned answers. Then they saw my review on site jabber and they contacted me to offer a full expedited refund. I can say tho in all honesty the dress was beautiful and the website is very easy to use.
I ordered one bridesmaid gown from this site to see if the quality would be okay and it was absolutely gorgeous! The material and craftmanship was very high quality! I am having my 5 other bridesmaids order the exact same gown for my wedding! Hopefully all goes well and there are no issues with the ordering of the remaining dresses.
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
