Save yourself the stress, these five stars are probably paid or fake accounts. They immediately charged my credit card which came up as fraud to my company so luckily I was able to call and cancel before they charged me a cancelation fee, which apparently they misbook everyone in order to charge them that fee. Capitol one is now sending me a new card because that company is on such high alert I'm better off canceling the card.
I made a reservation and decided to cancel it a few hours later. The site states a maximum of 20% cancellation fee. When I went to cancel it, it states $15 refund for a $213 booking, which I took to mean i'll be charged $15, since it's below 20% - instead I was actually charged $198 to cancel it despite what the website states regarding 20% maximum.
I wouldn't have cancelled if it was going to actually charge me 20%. They can't reinstate the reservation nor explain why it charged me $198 to cancel it.
I came to this site via Kayak so I figured it's trustworthy but beware!
Words cannot describe how completely disgusted I am with hoteling. A genuine mistake was made with the dates when booking (apparently in still not convinced abt this). No confirmation was sent so I didn't pick this up until I arrived at the hotel. I had paid in full and the hotel were more than happy to accommodate me all I had 2 do was contact hoteling to let them know it seems a mistake had been made. HOTELING only have email and it took them 24 hours to get back 2 me. When they didnt they refused to help me, would not issue a credit and would not let me amend dates (I was 9 days out from booking had 2 b 10 for amendments to be made). How convenient. Full like been robbed, completely ruined my holiday. Will be escalting to all booking comparison sites and dept of fair trading and media. What a disgrace. Sonupset and saddened by the is. I couldnt afford to pay twice for accommodation.

Went for my sons birthday booked two rooms was never informed of it being cancled everyone was tierd and pissed off because we had no where to stay wasted almost two hrs again to go back home for basically nothing could not get a hold of no one no number had to stay in the heat for awhile with kids trying to figure everything out none of thos websites people informed or refuned my money back i expect answered and my money back for having my son birthday ruined very disappointed
Hoteling was a HUGE scam and almost ruined my trip to Cabo San Lucas. We book 3 nights at Tesoro Los Cabos for July 16-19. It was the cheapest price available.
When we arrived to the hotel, they told us our reservation was cancelled, with no notice to us. The website hoteling.com nows claim to on longer exist and now will go by the name Low Cost Travel. Wells Fargo was able to return the money to my boyfriends card and we reported fraud, and Tesoro made us a new reservation at a similar rate. However, that was just so scary and unprofessional to cancel our reservation the day before we arrive to a new country.
I boiled a room in a hotel using your weight, I booked the wrong day. We only had one night to spend as we had a funeral to attend in alpaso TX. When I realized what day id booked it for i was told you give no refunds It was already late in the evening.

Used these criminals to book a hotel in December 2015 for my stay starting today July 2016 and paid in full on my credit card which was charged the full amount in December. I even called the hotel and confirmed the booking was made the day after but when I arrived at the hotel today was told the booking had been cancelled yesterday without my knowledge and no refund of the money. These people are criminals and should be in prison nothing short of pure thieves scamming tourists and the governments where these criminals are operating are no better allowing these individuals to operate in their countries. Spain is definitely off my list of travelling to or recommending to anyone who is considering travelling to that country. To the thrieves who stole my money expect a big surprise in your mailbox and stand well back when you open it!
I book a hotel room fully paid in advance. After paying for it I realized that I had no option of for selection of a non-smoking room. I called them and after 30minutes of wait they told me they can't guarantee a non-smoking room. I asked for a cancellation and was transferred to someone else. After waiting another 30 minutes they told me that it can not be cancelled.
I called the hotel directly and they said they don't have my reservation yet and has not been sent to them.
On November 12,2015, I made reservation through Hoteling.com at what they advertised on their Website as a 4star hotel for November 25-12/01/2015. The hotel at its best was a 1 star hotel. I tried contacting Hoteling.com with response. The manager at the hotel was very nice and issued a credit for 2 nights for my inconvenient. However I was told that I needed to contact Hoteling.com to finalize the credit. I have contacted this agency on several occasion, as of January 14,2016, I have not received this credit. This agency is a RIP OFF!

We recently used Hoteling.com to book a hotel stay for our Honeymoon. A flight to our destination was delayed and we missed our first night at the hotel. When we found out that the flight delay was going to cause us to miss our first night, we called the hotel and were told by their management that they would authorize a refund for the missed night. The hotel told us to call Hoteling and Hoteling would initiate the refund process.
After our honeymoon, we followed the hotel's instructions, contacted Hoteling, but Hoteling refuses to refund us for the first night we canceled. Hoteling is behaving unethically and refuses to escalate this issues further. Now we're forced to initiate a dispute with our bank.
I would recommend never dealing with this company if you have a choice. They clearly have no concern for their patrons and only serve the almighty dollar.

I'm very sorry to hear about your feelings. Please let me explain that even if the hotel decides to refund the customer, it need to be also accepted with the supplier. The booking was made through the 3rd party supplier - they've contacted the hotel in regards to the refund, and advised us that they are not getting any refund from the hotel for the unused night, so they cannot refund us. In this situation our hands are tied, as the supplier will not receive any amount of money from the hotel, we will not receive anything from the supplier, so we are unable to refund you. I can understand your frustration, however there is nothing more we can do in this situation I'm afraid. Once again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Great prices but booked with a out of the US company and got snowed in Denver during blizzard could not make first night reservation a simple move this to that day has turned into a week of fighting with two different companies because I have no way of calling the out of country company so look where the company is located at when booking middle men always suck

I wanted to book a hotel in Puerto Mogan, Gran Canaria and went online to do so. ALL the other 'Agencies' - Booking.com, trip Advisor, Expedia and so on quoted a higher price per night for bed and breakfast at this particular hotel than Hoteling quoted for half board. I made bookings on 28 Oct, no confirmation received but your system saying processing for about 25 min, then I made second attempt to book, still the same things happened. I thought your system was down and my booking didn't go through.
Surprisingly another 3 hours I received 2 confirmation emails from customer service saying that my booking has been made but payment failed. My 1st reference no: 7469 1xx and my 2nd reference is *******xx. I tried to cancel the 1st booking but customers service saying that charges of $73 dollars applies?
When I checked on my credit card, I realised that your company has charges me twice each is $574 means in totals $1048? How this things happened. Pls explained to me. My credit card have been charges yet your staffs saying that payment hasn't been received?

I booked with this site and they changed the date of the booking without my knowlege before I pressed book. Thus it booked for the wrong day and i cant get my money back. Tonight i have no money and no where to sleep thanks to this site. Do not use.

One thing I did not like was when payment for the hotel was deducted from my charge card, I could not receive my hotel reservation number; not until a manual response from the hotel, accepting my reservation was given.
If I had called and made hotel reservation, I would have received my reservation number upon payment.

On March 8,2016, I booked a reservation with hoteling.com for the first time for a hotel stay on July 2,2016 (3 nights). My husband and I were planning on visiting relatives.
On June 15th he went to the Emergency Room and was admitted to a hospital in Scottsdale, AZ. On June 18, he was transferred to a Rehabilitation Hospital where he currently remains. He has an uphill battle ahead of him.
On June 25, I realized that I needed to cancel our upcoming trip and canceled our hotel booking.
When I canceled online, there was a message saying we will not get a refund. When I questioned "why", they responded that since I canceled online, I had to give 9 days prior notice. I notified them in 7 days.
I appealed to them to reverse their decision of because of the unforeseen medical circumstances.
Their answer was short--no refund. They have no compassion for unforeseen medical issues.
This experience (my first with them) has turned my heart cold.

I booked a room at the hyatt for the three of us. We paid for the room, which at a very good price, upfront. I have called the Hyatt to confirm our room and was told we have a room with one queen bed. My confirmation says "Run of the house Double (family plan)" Now hoteling.com says I need to cancel, pay penalties and rebook through their website.

Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
