They sold and CONFIRMED an expensive suite, then booked a basic room at an expensive hotel. They said they would fix the problem, then did nothing and would not return my emails. It is going to cost me $375 per night! To upgrade to the room they confirmed. Do not do business with this company.

Through a Kayak link I was directed to this site for booking a stay in NYC. Although the rate posted was very good, after booking, I was informed that the hotel will have to be paid an additional $50 upon checkin. What a scam, come on, bait and switch... whatever you want to call it! This made the rate noncompetitive with other options I had. I immediately contacted the site and was told I could cancel but would be charged 20%! Outrageous! Just stay away and use one of the other mainstream sites. STAY AWAY!
I made a booking to my honeymoon in cancun. On 14 July. I have received my confirmation email and booking order number *******... and everything is ok. But today this morning i call to the hotel in cancun. And I dont have a reservation to me... the charge in my credit card is charged. Can someone help me with this problem?
I paid a booking and cancelled it using cancelation link given a day after. This due to my trip differed to other date. No confirmation received on the cancelation request at all. I booked a room back in September. I thought I paid the total due when booking. I got to the hotel and NOPE! They haven't received any payment. In fact Hoteling.com charged me DOUBLE the amount the hotel charged. So I had to pay the hotel and Hoteling.com. This is a joke of a website! Don't use. Not customer friendly.

Due to your issue with the reservation I have checked it with our supplier and your reservation is fully confirmed with the hotel. However it's a standard procedure for our suppliers to send the reservation list first and provide the customers details later on that's why the property haven't your name yet. Nonetheless you have nothing to be worry about. I'm very sorry if you find this misleading and for all the stress that situation caused you.

We needed to stay a month in a distant state for my husband to obtain a life saving surgery. The price was a big thing for us and we found a fabulous price. We liked the hotel do much we changed all our other reservations to our first place! That place felt like home to us! Booked a hotel in Rome back in Feb for our honeymoon on Aug 7th. Found out yesterday our hotel has been cancelled by hoteling.com. Lost $500. No hotel for next week.

I have sent you 3 emails now asking the same question. I booked & paid for 2 adults & 2 children & was quoted for that. When your confirmation came through it states I have to pay extra for my kids & for their breakfast... despite your website saying it was bed & breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children. They turned out not to be a scam, but the time it takes this company to confirm a booking is far too long and leaves the customer with the fear of being scammed. In our case they did not scam us and we had no problems with our hotel booking on arrival at our hotel in Bangkok in February 2016.
However it took a review on sitejabber for the company to respond to our concerns about being scammed. The company is just slow in processing bookings.

I tried to make a reservation with hoteling with paypal, they sent me to paypal website for payment and once I payed when redirecting me to hoteling for confirmation, I get a 404 error page not found, paypal already charged me! This outfit are thieves. Sell a hotel cheaper than other sites and then you pay up front. Today I rang the hotel to check up on my booking and discovered they had not even paid my money over. I discovered they are in Liquidation. I now have to pay again more for the same hotel as I found out that they had not even paid the money over. Someone has been keeping the money.
Outstanding... doorman took charge and already knew our room number. Bellman took us to the front desk, 2 seconds to check in, great recommendation for dinner & then to our room. A quick review of special features and we were off to dinner! We love the hotel and service! Even better at 5am getting checked in for our flight and efficient handling of our luggage!

All in all this is the second time that I'm making the reservations through you. As for this trip I didn't "use" it yet and I want to believe that it is going to be good as well. When I'm checking for an hotel in Bangkok Asok area it is a bit limited and there are not good options for "longer terms" ( more than 7 nights).

I made an accommodation booking ******* for a special holiday which I have been saving up for a while and now the hotel tells me that you have cancelled it. I have been emailing you and calling you but no replay. Can you please get in touch with me and refund me the money as soon as possible.
Outright criminals.
Luckily, I called the hotel to confirm my booking (after receiving a hoteling.com 'confirmation') and found they had booked half the days but took all the money. They do not respond to emails and have no working phone number.

Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
