One time, the driver couldn't find my place even when I was in constant communication and texting explicit directions AND was waiting outside! Driver was about two buildings away and just left. And was extremely rude to boot!
Tonight, no power so I can't cook, ordered Coletti's at 6:37, delivery time of 7:37, and at 7:30 the little delivery car disappeared from the map and my order was marked 'skipped'.
I called Colletti's and the owner said they never received the order, but offered to make it right away (a 10 minute wait) …but the driver left!
I couldn't reorder because the place was closed.
Kudos to the owner of Coletti's for answering his phone after closing, and was very nice on the phone! I highly recommend this restaurant. Just go pick your pies up yourself, otherwise there's a great chance you won't get them!
It certainly not the pizza place, it's totally GrubHub.
Stick to DoorDash or pick it up yourself.
Otherwise you'll have no meal.
Zero, zilch, nada chance I'll try GrubHub in the future.

I had a stroke 2 months ago and have been unable to get out to buy food without assistance. After ordering from Grubhub 3 times with great service, friends and family generously purchased me $250+ in Grubhub gift cards to assist me during recovery. Now every order I place is cancelled because they can't assign a driver. Unfortunately, they also refuse to refund the gift cards. Customer service couldn't provide any assistance on getting orders accepted and continued to provide me with 20% discounts on a future order... that is of no use to me if I can't get food delivered and became rude when I asked for the money back. I've filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.
We've tried using GrubHub on too many occasions to make this review downright embarrassing.
4 out of 6 times, they forgot part of our order. Trying to contact anyone to get our order, is beyond difficult.
Driver won't pick up, you need to call restaurant. Restaurant every single time has food bag sitting there, left by driver. No refund by delivery service. Every single time, we've had to go pick up remaining order ourselves. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT TIP THESE DRIVERS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR ORDER.
We will NEVER use this LAZY, USELESS service again.
App says "Hand the food to me." Drivers dump at gate. Never ring bell. Food gets cold. Refunds not processed. Customer service promises action - nothing. Bank statements and gift cards never credited with refunds. Don't tip a driver until AFTER you get the order. Despite generous tips up front, drivers leave food outside.

I have used Grubhub for a long time. Ordered an hour ago check to see where the driver is. He's dropping off another order. My restaurant is 5 minutes away. I ordered because I'm sick and I didn't want to go out and get others sick. I get in touch with Grub hub. Their app even said he is late! They changed his arrival time and said he wasn't late! Then offer me 5 bucks! No thanks. Cancelled them and erased their app. Why should I wait for someone to drop off other orders when I ordered before these other people. I got zero help. I'll NEVER use them again. The agent was clueless and rude!
My account was broken into and my credit card information was used to place 2 orders toaing over $100 in food several states Way from where i livd.
In the time it took to get a human being on the phone (as there is no way to report this on the site), the second order had been made. I told the customer service representative to put a stop to the order as I had not made it. She elected not to. It's been nearly a week and GrubHub is still fighting me on returning the money - even though they make it impossible to report these issues when they occur and had ample opportunity to put a stop to the 2nd transaction. A new bank card was issued to me and I will never use this service again and I recommend everyone else steer clear

Refuse to refund when the driver doesn't use the proper bags, and if the food is cold them all they offer is a credit
I ordered Chipotle off of the app and it goes through, only to receive a text moments later saying they're closed. They are not closed. Even if they were, why let me order then? Disappointing and trash customer service, especially since I couldn't even provide feedback on the site or ask why. BS
27 times I have ordered food with no drink. Everyone says they are not allowed to go in the bag to check the order but for the sake of all that's holy "How hard is it to read a receipt and see that there is a drink"? There's nothing better than getting food with no drink over snd over and over. Now this company has the bright idea to start delivery on convenience store items? How? You can't even get a food order correct. Everything should be cash only and if you don't have the order right then you don't get paid, plain and simple because I sure as hell don't want food with no drink. This place sucks wienie. Drivers pull up for delivery getting out they boyfriend car arguing and fighting not even using they own car.
Everytime place order Grubhub and there is in issue they say sorry it will not happen again and it happens again 5 times ask how they are going to resolve it they say it is dining place fault or drivers fault no problem next time I will take it up with the driver if there is a issue and tell them what I think why can't Grubhub not resolve issues and blames it on dining place and driver
Ordered food, got order confirmation text message, driver showed up the pick up the food and restaurant had no idea about my order. The driver called me and started giving me a hard time, are you kidding me? No food, no apology, and they get to keep my money for five days
Grub Hub is an absolute joke! I've ordered several times from them in the last month and they have managed to screw up everytime. I'll order and wait an hour to 2 hours and it'll say order is on its way and then get a message saying orders canceled! Then good luck talking with customer service, calls are outsourced to foreign countries with people that barely speak English

They don't care your on your own they will refund what they didn't send but every thing else stays same. So thank you save yourself and order somewhere else. So while you sit there and eat while your kids or wife's food is missing if you like that type order from them. Upset yes
Understandable everyone needs to make a living, but if they can't find your house, can't speak English, how can we communicate?! Many times my food was dropped off to neighbor's house, I called the driver. They were rude and don't speak English. I have to call and complain too many times at grubhub, where I'm at the point of, should I even bother. It's more of a hassle than convenient.
Don't ever use grub hub it is honestly the worst way to get food. I ordered McDonald's and not only did they charge for me for an order I didn't ever get. I got it AGAIN. And I still didn't get it.
My account was "suspended" for a third time in as many months and none of the jackasses at GH could explain why. Then they told me they'd have to "review my account" again to see why I was unable to place orders. They also told me it would take 48 hours. Well, after 3 times of BS, I sent a not so nice email and have now been permanently banned from GH.

I've been a long time customer for Grubhub for a few years now and after several years today I had cancel my ENTIRE account. There was several times in the past I kept saying I was going to try alternative delivery apps but I was always bribed by their "free promotion on your next order!" every time they completely screwed something up! First of all the people they hire to deliver for Grubhub is outrageous and unprofessional. During the high Covid season I have not once seen their drivers wear a face mask when handling my food. Secondly, I usually tip AFTER the service if I'm satisfied with the delivery of the driver and on several occasions I had Grubhub drivers beg me for money at the door, So unprofessional! When I expressed this to support chat help center guess what happened? Just a free promotion code on my next order! Ridiculous. There was a week where I wasn't feeling well to cook and was ordering Grubhub back to back that week. I kid you not everyday of that week Grubhub kept canceling all my orders saying they were having "technical difficulties" and I had basically pay double to reorder my food! Lastly, today I had enough when the delivery driver literally walked away with my food! Hispanic Delivery driver Karla from the Queens NYC area was supposed to deliver my food at 2:38pm I reached out to her several times as to why she wasn't moving on the app for over 35 minutes, no response. I then contacted the support center, she finally shows up nearly a hour later at 3:22pm and marks my food as "delivered" when she did not contact me upon arrival nor did I come out to get my food. I legit watched her from my window driving off with my food she didn't step foot out the car! After today I would never use Grubhub a day in my life. There's no amount of promotion codes for this nonsense. Your best bet is Uber eats or doordash anything but this!
