I order 3 bigger plates from Panda Express and 3 sodas under Grubhub websites. When the delivery guy came, it was only 2 plates and 4 sodas. I called the pander express thinking it was their fault but they said no it's not their problem. This is my first time using Grubhub and will be my last.
I recently was gifted a grubhub gift card so I decided to use their service for the first time ever. I placed my ordered and started tracking it. The time came and went, and even after an hour, nothing arrived. I called the store, and one of their employees rudely told me that they don't even use grubhub anymore and shrugged their shoulders basically. I then went to online chat with Grubhub to get a refund and to let them know the store is inactive and should not be listed for orders. The person on the chat told me twice that the order had been "confirmed" by the restaurant and offered no recourse. I had to explain the situation several times. It is not my responsibility as the customer to verify that the restaurants listed on Grubhub are active Grubhub servicers. It is the customer who loses money if Grubhub does not verify. They eventually refunded me (at least they said they would), but I should not have had to fight tooth and nail to get refunded for a listed active restaurant that is not even using grubhub anymore!
They got me my wrong order and never gave me my refund. I called for about 3 to 4 weeks and they said it's coming but my bank said they don't see anything there
They have the best customer support staff that is always ready to answer my call, I rarely wait, there app is super easy to use. There were times however when my order came late, however they always take care of there customers with a small gift card when that happens!
They use to be good but I got my order and it was thrown all over the deck. Their help line is useless. All they do is tell you how sorry they are and how you're not getting your money back for 3 to 5 business day. They refuse to resend the order and make it right.
Horrible customer service. They're messing up orders and they do not care. Run away!

I've had multiple missing items from the last several orders with GrubHub. Each time, I had to request refunds. This latest order kept getting the delivery time pushed back. I watched the driver on the progress map, and he picked up and delivered three orders while mine was pushed back. Then, he came into m y neighborhood and delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted grubhub they acted like it was my fault. Very passive aggressive. Gonna stop using them just like I stopped using Favor. Would give negative 10 stars if I could.
Not happy. I just signed up for Grubhub+ because it said I could get a free $10 meal each month. Wasn't until afterwards that saw the fine print of it only applying to pickups. REALLY? Not only are their pickup locations limited, but for those of us that are disabled and without a vehicle, that is a slap in the face. Like I can barely even walk 2-3 blocks on a good day. But trying to walk to and from where the nearest pick-up location is? Not happening. Not to mention that most disabled people are on a limited income to begin with. Heck, that free meal a a big reason I signed up. I use food delivery at least 2-3 times a month, and figured that the $10 a month would make it a good deal. NOPE.
They really can't afford to give members a straight forward $10 off of one purchase per month, whether it is pickup OR delivery? Heck, they could even set a minimum of it needing to be a $20 or $25 purchase. Seriously. Grubhub should do better.
Multiple Partners have complained that our instant pay feature is not working. I haven't been able to add a debit card for a week now. I've tried 11 different debit cards. Six of them I used on grubhub previously. I'm not understanding why our instant pay feature doesn't work when there is so many people that need it #Grubhub
Grubhub charged my mother debit card for grubhub plus, which is an unauthorized charge on her card, she didn't sign up for it at all, now I have to send information that is senstive to them in order to investigate the charges, this is giving me a bad vibe, had a problem similar with Doordash, and now I no longer deal with those fools anymore, looks like it's going to be the same with Grubhub as well
Yet another issue with grubhub delivery. On today's mission to feed my family the grubhub delivery driver stole my food. First thought was damn I guess he smelled that pizza, and thought it was good enough to steal. After reporting this to the customer service, they refused to give me a refund. Instead they offered me a discount that had a value that was less than the food that I ordered. So not only did I tip the driver that stole from me, but I also provided him with dinner. Needless to say, I reported Grubhub to the BBB, and will be calling my bank to reverse the charges. This will be my last dealing with this company good riddance.
So I place an order and wait almost an hour to receive a message saying my order was canceled. They say my order was canceled at 7 but didn't send me a message until 7:40. I will never use them again.
I keep hoping they will get better, but they don't. Today, the delivery person changed 5 TIMES before finally getting one that delivered. The order took over 2 hours. I think I've had a good experience 1 out of 10 times. Hey GrubHub, do you even look at online feedback? UberEats is WAY BETTER.
It's hard to believe just how bad the grubhub website is. It will only allow me to put one thing in my bag. So, ordering for 2 is out of the question. It keeps logging me out. So, when I want something from a restaurant, it keeps making me put in my address to see if they deliver there. Then when I choose the address that comes up from their drop down, it doesn't work. I don't see them staying in business if they can't sort this out. UberEats is much better. The only reason I used grubhub is because someone sent me a gift card.
These yahoooo's have messed up 3 orders. Normally one would not go back, but Hoffmans fine paterys are that good, there bear claws goot food!. One order they did not delliver, the next two did not have my bear claws. I PAID FOR THEM BUT DID NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. This is theft, its fraud. Funny thing is the bakery wants nothing to do with this buisiness, for this reason. SHAME ON U GRUBHUB!################$
GrubHub Guarantee is a joke. They will deliver (or not) as they see fit, and there's a 1 in 3 chance the driver will pick at your food or disappear with it altogether. They finally cancelled my order after 2 hours and 3 drivers. Everything else was closed for the night. Jerks. I'll use DoorDash or UberEats instead from now on.
Customer with Seamless for years, then they merged with GrubHub and slowly went downhill. I had used my login for Seamless for years, and months ago, they forced me to start an account under Grubhub as my other login was no longer valid. My entire order history from years was gone, so i had no idea what restaurants we've ordered from in case I liked or disliked it as I used that as a reference. Add to this, they insane delivery/service fee? Many times being OVER $10.00 plus you have to add in the tip and tax which makes it absolutely insane. I emailed them about this and was told in private message to my phone that I shouldn't complain, because no where is it cheaper and I should subscribe to their pay service to avoid those fees. Followed by a God Bless you, which was no surprise. One day this rock will be overturned, and you'll see all the and dirt it's been covering..

All the reviews about how bad grubhub drivers are bad well guess what the customers are the real dumbasses. Y'all $#*! about everything and don't know anything. Y'all say u never received ur food probably because ur a dumbass who lives in a huge apartment complex and never put the apartment number then when u try and contact u u don't answer and make drivers go around the world what are we supposed to magically know where the $#*! your dumbass lives no it's the fact u old $#*!s don't know how to use these apps and actually need to read $#*! instead of blowing thru it. It never fails with Grubhub. They have poor drivers, they are either delivering the wrong food or not delivering at all. I have so many bad experiences with Grubhub, I had to just cut them loose. If you want reliable services please do not use GRUBHUB, you will be disappointed every time.
