Will never use again. Food took 2.5 hours, arrived 30 minutes after we cancelled the order. Grub Hub refused to give a refund. Grub Hub is dishonest!
Don't ever use this service as they can't seem to even get the simplest of orders right and then it takes 2 hours to get your food.

I placed my order at 11:00 and called around 12:40 because it has been over an hour and on my grubhub it stated my food will be there at 12:40 / 12:50 when i called she stated that they are waiting on the driver so i call grubhub and they said that it was nothing they could have done i either wait or canceled so i hung up and they decided to cancel my order I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER... THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE DRIVERS NUMBER STATED THAT THE DRIVER WEREN'T ANSWERING WITH MY FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED.
They charged me a total amount of $25 for the delivery. Each dish was more expensive, plus service fee, plus tip! This is a scam. Never again!
The company sucks. Two times this has happened to me. You will never get your food and the customer service is awful. One star is too good.
Soooo... Today was my final straw! I get that GrubHub can't control the drivers completely... but, when the driver is over an hour late with your delivery and it spent 58 of those minutes in his car, then you know there's an issue... I "chatted" with their online customer service reps... yes PLURAL... I had 3 of them... they all made me do the run down over and over and offered me a 20% coupon or a free $10 promo code... Ummm, NO "Diego" I want a refund. I screen shot the entire process with the estimated delivery time of 12:15 - 12:25... I placed my order at 11:38pm and expected 25 min wait... but when the order got pushed to 12:40-12:50 delivery time and then 1:15-1:25 delivery... I got my fingers to the keyboard with "Customer Service"... I was apologized to, then sent a 20% coupon and then... I'll call the driver... "Oh yes, your food will arrive in 10 mins", never mind that by that time it was past my lunch time and already an hour late. No response from "Jorge" on that one... then I was "passed through" to someone named "Max" that I had to repeat the whole issue to and was given $10 promo offer... Uhhh still NO. Then I was "passed through" the final time to Diego and after 10 mins of explaining the issue again, asking for a refund and offering pictures of the cold lumpy queso I was offered another 20% coupon... I GIVE UP! I'm not ordering from them again and recommend that you don't either!
$174 order & they tried to charge my card $221. Website has many glitches making the customer have to login & out multiple times for each step.
When I found grubhub I thought, yay this is great, it lists all the places who deliver and their minimum delivery charges. I was so wrong about this company! I found a pizza place and put in my order. After I submitted my order, I got an error message. I assumed the credit card number I put in was wrong, so I typed it in again and submitted it. I received the same response.
So now I check my bank account wondering if something has been processed that I wasn't expecting. What I wasn't expecting to see was two separate $1.00 charges from grubhub. All I could think was WTF!?! I was blindsided by this information.
Because of these charges, I was now unable to order dinner. I was given no warning of this procedure of holding money. I did not authorize the company to do anything of the sort!
I decided to chat with someone from grubhub after some yelling and venting. The live chat only made me angrier unfortunately. The person on the other end must've been using prewritten statements to respond to my questions and comments.
I asked at one point while "she" was giving me the run around, whether or not "she" was a computer or a real person.
Next came a "supervisor" who was just as useless. They don't mean it when they say they're sorry!
I know they could've done something to help, they just chose not to help, so I choose to tell people never to use their company or it's affiliates.
You can't give zero. Everything about their slow and lousy service is bad, stay far far away from them.

I ordered my food and the person didn't pick it up until almost an hour later and she never came to my home. The time the food was supposed to arrive at my house kept getting pushed back so I tried to call the driver and she didn't pick up. Not only did she not pick up, but the voicemail read out a number that wasn't even the one that I called! So I tried to call customer service but they kept me on hold and then a computer or robot asked me how well I was assisted. I said I was never assisted and the phone hung up. We had to call customer service again and finally got a person. She wanted to give me a promo code for 10% off for a future purchase but I wanted to cancel. I was looking at where the driver was going on the map and she was just going further and further away from my house and the grub hub customer service person said that she was at another customer's house. I ended up getting a refund and the restaurant that I wanted to order from was closing in less than 10 minutes because of this debacle with grub hub. Fml. Will never order from grub hub again.

Eat24 canceled my order on February 8th and its now February 20th they never refunded my credit card. And now customer service is telling me to contact my bank, that they cant do anything else.
I have recently tried to stop using Grub Hub all together. My husband and I own a business and often don't get home from work until 10 or 11 pm. In several occassions I have gone on Grub Hub, chosen a seemingly open restaurant and placed an order then wait for the delivery. Waiting an hour to an hour and 15 minutes and still no food or contact from either Grub Hub or the driver. I finally called to find out what was going on only to be told (the first time) the restaurant was no longer delivering even though they accepted my order, (the second time) "We don't know where your food is the driver is not answering the phone," (the third time) "the driver says he is outside your house" but there was not a single car anywhere on the street I either direction and one never came, (the fourth time) the restaurant was OUT OF BUSINESS but still accepted my money. When Grub Hub used to make mistakes they would offer you credit toward a purchase in the future (which doesn't help you at 12:30 at night after you airway waited an hour for your food and now NOTHING is open so you just go hungry) to at least show they cared a little about your business but that has stopped. I have had enough of this ordering service and am just going to start picking everything up from now on.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
