I've ordered from GotPrint.com a handful of times. One of the times the postcards arrives with roughly cut/torn edges and they were lovely and replaced. Just received an order today with torn edges again and TERRIBLE color reproduction--muted, muddy, much darker than the original, just unuseable. They were very inflexible, asked me to take a photo of five cards (um, ok?). I did. That wasn't enough, so they asked me to take a photo of 15. How does that even happen? From on top of a ladder? Anyway, after six rounds of emails I convinced them to just give me a refund if I send the cards back. And they won't send me the $10 shipping label as "per the terms and conditions" I signed.
If you have a quickie, unimportant job or you're a client who isn't aesthetically discerning, then go for GotPrint.com. If the way the cards look is important, go elsewhere. And there are plenty of other printers in the sea.
I ordered 100 cards, but design didn't turn out the way I expected. Also The order was arrived late.
I ended up using another printer and paid extra to get my cards in time for the event.
Avoid GotPtint and stick to a local printer.

The quality of the signs I ordered was great - no complaints. The shipping was obscene however. After spending hours and hours designing my signs, the shipping came out to be more than the signs. Customer service was no help. I was in a hurry for a non-profit I was working with and figured I could reasonable negotiate the shipping after the date. Horrible customer service when trying to address this issue.
Sent in a order as a broker like I have many times only this was a new client that owned 7 stores. The product was blurry and wouldn't fix the issue and reprint without me paying again!
So if you send something in for print even to their specs they treat you like your in the wrong no matter what you do so in other words your at fault no matter what!

They sent me awful business cards. The color is dull and dark and the paper is very thin. The customer asked me to send them and they told me, they would give me a discount code. Last week, they emailed me that they got my cards but they never gave me a discount code they promised me. They keep ignoring me my email! They are liars and the customer service sucks! Do Not buy from them. They will take your money but they don't deliver what they promised.

They don't care about your order much less if you order is late. I was with them 15 years and every year the customer service got worse and worse to a point i had to take it to social media for them to listen to me, they listened to me but instead of working with me they closed my account. I tried emailing and calling and they won't respond. The only way they responded is when I sent a complaint through the BBB and event hen they wouldn't admit they did anything wrong. Poor company ran by someone with a short fuse.

I ordered 2 magnets suppose to come before July 4th. They have delayed my order saying to re-upload my image. I have already paid 2 day shipping... It was clearly said it will be delivered July 3 rd. Last 2 days they have updated the date as July 6th and asked me to pay next day air shipping for me to get it on July 3 rd. And the Even though I have ordered 11 by 17 the image and text printed small. For $15 magnets I have paid $55 and end up with bad product.

You reuploaded your file 6/26 and the order started production that day and had a standard production time of 2-4 business days. So after being contacted by them to resolve the issue, they told me I can re-upload my files again and they'll offer me a discount code for the cost of the business cards. All I have to pay is the shipping costs. I decided to not go through with it because after thinking about it, I don't want to be stuck with 200 business cards (since I might outgrow the design). But I am very thankful that they tried their best to resolve the issue for me.
They told me I should size my files as 2.1x3.6 to prevent any white borders. I double checked my original files and it was at the size of 2x3.5. So it is my mistake that I did not up the size a bit. I do wish there was someone who does quality check before they send out people's orders. Perhaps I'll give it another try next time and see if I'll get better results :)

My sister ordered from them before. Everything was perfect in her first order but the second time, her design was off centered despite using their template. Unfortunately mine didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be.
The quality of the print and the card itself is good. The colors are accurate. Shipping is pretty quick. However the cutting is bad. You can see there's still a white area on the right side and bottom (back and front) that was not cut. And all 100 business cards that I ordered are like this.
It's super obvious especially since the color is dark the white border stands out. I even used their template and made sure that there's a full bleed both front and back but it still ended up not so great. I don't want them to go to waste so I'll still use them up. Luckily they're not super expensive but I just wish I still got my moneys worth.
I ordered my wedding invitations and the colour that I uploaded them as onto gotprint does not match at all what I received and the quality is very bad even though I paid extra for the premium. Now my wedding invites don't match my colour scheme and I'm so disappointed.

I tried to place an order of 6 different postcard designs which totaled about $120 for a qty of 100 each. I thought, that's a great price! Until it came time to calculate shipping. They wanted to charge me $48 for economy shipping (7-14 days)! That's 40% of the cost of my order! And that's because they charge you shipping for each item instead of bundled together. When I tried to address the issue with them, their "live chat" bots said there was nothing they could do. GotPrint? No, GotScrewed. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We offer Multiple Set discounts on orders that qualify, unfortunately Economy does not qualify for multiple set discount because these are shipped via USPS and need to be in individual packages. We recommend choosing at least Standard shipping, you will see the discount auto-populate on the order totals and it should automatically reduce the shipping cost once it is selected.

I was a loyal customer for years. Their press went down so my rush order was going to be extremely late. I inquired about cancelling and a refund. I was told I could not cancel. The next day, I received a shipping notice and then a refund notice. I expected they were refunding my order for the lateness. When I still did not receive it. I logged in and saw that it was canceled. It was hard to get through on the phones so I did an online chat and was told that it was canceled and refunded and no order was being sent. There was no notification or explanation. I see why they are so cheap. The reps have a severe lack of communication, bad customer service skills and the print quality is inconsistent. Will not be using again.

This company had a great starter package to pick cards, but when we tried to print business cards we had nothing but issues. We gave them two chances. The print quality in one pack of cards varied dramatically from very light to very dark (see image). The CMKY color chart we got everything from dark pine to light seafoam (but none matched the pear we selected). We called to explain and shared a photo of the printing quality issues but they would not reprint or refund. They were not nice on the phone and claimed that we approved the proof and that was that. The proof was correct in everyday. We went to another print company and they were perfect. Waste of time and money.

I ordered holiday cards and envelopes. The cards were delayed a few days which was ok I was still going to get them in time I thought. It's been 12 days since I ordered and my cards came today, but the envelopes are still in print and won't be here till the middle of Jan how am I supposed to mail cards without envelopes. I called of course there is nothing they can do, no refund which means not only am out on the price of the envelopes I will now probably have to eat to cost of the cards that I cannot mail till middle Jan as well. If they can't print something and get it to you in a reasonable time frame they should give you the option to cancel. Or they should update the estimated shipping time so that you know its not going to be here in time instead of having a false estimated delivery time. I have used them for almost 20 yrs now and I assure you I will never place an order or recommend DONT GOT MY PRINT again.

Ordered business cards took two weeks to get them my uploaded design. No communication from the company on the problem. When I called customers service and the lack luster attitude was less then steller. In the time it took to get my order I was able to order from vista print and get the cards in 2 day. When I received the cards the color was of and the print was not bright. ( the cards from vista print were perfect) and to boot when contacting customers service via email this time the reply was send pictures of the cards so they can determine whether i am 100 percent satisfied. The 100% satisfied guaranteed is false advertising. Just do a refund poor management go elsewhere US-GP*******0585 to verify i am an ex customer it only bout 20 bucks but vista print was cheaper faster and better quality

We have received the digital samples, however we have established that your files were pixalated and the resolution is 150 dpi (dots per inch), the minimum we require for printing, as indicated on our website, is 300 dpi. Because you selected the Instant Online Proof, your files were not checked by us as you were confirming that they were print ready. On this occasion, we will be refunding the full amount of your order, you should receive the refund back to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Thank you.
I recently ordered 500 business cards from GotPrint after clicking on their ad on my Facebook page, advertising 500 cards starting at $8.50. I selected the proper amount on the site's dropdown and also designed my cards. Once I received them, I noticed there were only 100 cards. The customer service rep at their place says that it was the amount I had selected. It's a bunch of bull. But I have no proof of my selection. The cost for 100 business cards is $8.30, but for 20 cents more ($8.50) you can get 500. It's bait and switch if you ask me. My take is that GotPrint changed the amount to 100. It's a ripoff.
Recently several thousand dollars were charged to our corporate credit card in GotPrint's name. When we called customer service to ask about this GotPrint told us that, because none of us were the actual individual who placed this order, they couldn't discuss the problem with us.
We pointed out that the card was used fraudulently and the individual that placed the order didn't work here. They reiterated that, unless the fraudster was on the conference call to give permission to discuss their order, they wouldn't discuss the matter further.
Let that sink in. Our credit card was used for fraud, and GotPrint wouldn't even speak to us without the thief's permission. Based on their behavior and circumstantial evidence I personally believe somebody at GotPrint is allegedly involved with this fraud, but I have no way to prove it.

Horrible experience I am trying to place an order. Got promo for free shipping however it did not work (this was a Sunday and it was expiring) so on Monday called company was left on hold for 17 minutes then person comes back to the phone and explains they don't have a promo this was through a 3rd party and they are not honoring it and they don't have any such promo. OK fine why did it take so long to tell me this I am ordering 250 (4x6) cards and 250 business cards and shipping is $30... ridiculous, the total is only $50. Let me speak to a supervisor, of course they never call back... horrible experience why is everyone trying to get over these days

Word of advice. If you want your colors to match on your printing DO NOT USE GotPrint.com! All of my client's cards through 3 different sets were way off on the color! When I confronted them on this they said they only match within 85%! Normal standards are 95-97% for GANG RUN PRINTING! On top of that, I used my Pantone book to match the 4 color process! A Pantone book is the printer's bible and we use this to make sure the colors match and are consistent! When I mentioned this they gave me the same BS answer over and over!

It is possible that in the past your RGB files color matched and looked fine, but since we are CMYK based, as stated on our website, this time it did not. We ask for images of the cards so that our Quality Control department can review the files and determine why this issue happened. The first image was not clear enough so we asked for another image with more cards to determine how badly they were cut. A stack of postcards in a picture would do. Since each paper stock cuts differently due to the variety of coating options it can have, minor issues with the edges do occur from time to time as we are a batch printer. No where in our terms and conditions does it state that we would cover the cost of the return label. We will go ahead and refund fully for the cost of the product as you are unhappy with the cards.
