I worked with this company for over 15 years. In the beginning it was perfect, orders came in quick and prices were really good. I never had a complaint until just a couple of years ago. Orders started coming really late (weeks late) not only that but the quality greatly decreased. I made several complaints but what i found after years of being with them is that they take 0 ownership for their mistakes. I would always be questioned about my artwork or things i did incorrectly which was almost never the case. They would drag their feet to find resolutions. And when they did it was a $5 credit here and an apology there. So i started to complain on twitter about the service i was getting. Thats when they finally started paying attention to me, I found other customers who had similar experiences to me. My goal was to try to get them to improve the customer experience, instead they responded like a toddler. Threatening to cancel my account if i kept critiquing them. As more and more orders kept getting delayed I kept posting about the service. Until one day out of the blue they close my account. Mind you I rely on the service for my customers. I reached out to all the other customers who were complaining similarly to me and no one had their account closed. I reached out and called, only to be told no one was available to talk to me, I called every day trying to get it resolved but they refused to even talk to me. The only difference I could see between me and the other clients was my name. Pedro. I even asked the service rep if this had anything to do with anything and they laughed at me. I sent emails which were just ignored, and even filed a complaint with BBB in which they lied to the responses saying that they tried to resolve the issue with me. This place doesn't care about you, doesn't care about good service, and will never acknowledge their mistakes.
No one to answer phone. Never received my order. Fake tracking information just to fool customers.

We uploaded our own card image to be printed by this company and they totally dropped the ball. What's crazy is they actually got the proof correct but then proceeded to print the actual cards in a totally different color. When we sent the picture of the proof that they sent mind you, and the pictures of the incorrect cards, they then proceeded to say that "they couldn't print the exact color"... WTF? But you sent the proof attached to the box with the incorrect cards in it and the proof was spot on. So how is it that you printed the proof correctly, but you couldn't print the rest of the cards in the same color. If you ran out of ink, just say that! They just stop responding to our questions and only offered a f--king store credit, like I would want to ever shop with them again. This is why we should always stay with the company that's never let us down instead of trying to save a few pennies. VistaPrint we'll never stray from you again. GOTPRINT YOU SUCK! See pics, we can't and never would make this sh-t up! OH YEAH, WHO THE H-LL CAN'T PRINT IN BLACK AND WHITE? AND FOR THE LAST TIME, THEY PRINTED THE PROOF IN THE CORRECT COLOR SOOOOOOOOOOOOO... WTF?
Hello Fitz. As mentioned in the emails we sent you, the reason that the cards did not print in the color you wanted is because the files uploaded were in the wrong color format and it did cause a color shift. Despite this, we did credit you with the production cost so you could update your files and place a new order. Thank you

OK, there are two separate issues here. First, their "instant online proof" is not accurate--I had something print poorly because of an error I made in the InDesign setup, but that's the purpose of the proof! The "instant online proof" does not show all the subtleties of layered PDFs and that's where my problem was. Yes, it was my fault but their "proof" should have displayed the file AS IT WAS GOING TO PRINT and it did not. Had it done so, I would have made changes. It did not, and they did not even acknowledge the fault of the proofing. Second, for certain "lightweight" packages such as a small order of business cards, they will use "UPS Mail Innovations" which is like SmartPost and SurePost--a hybrid system. In their case, UPS is supposed to take the package from origin to the local post office, where the mail carrier takes over. Problem is NOBODY--not UPS, not USPS gives these packages an iota of respect. The tracking information is not real time and inaccurate. GotPrint's problem is they don't tell the customer what kind of shipment they are using; they just say "Economy" and that's not a service. Tell us the CARRIER (UPS, USPS, etc.) and tell us the SERVICE LEVEL (ground, 2nd day, etc.) and let us decide. I would never knowingly ship anything with these hybrid systems because my experience with them is awful, across the board. Packages can take weeks to arrive, if at all.

Ordered square business cards. When I received them, they cut inconsistently with sloppy misalign edges. I could not possibly use for potential customers. After a few e-mails back and forth they agreed to refund my original amount and re-print my order at no charge. I appreciate that they did that.
