UPDATE: Ive called the 1-800 number twice and was told a supervisor would call me back and I haven't heard from anyone. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and beg for a simple solution for THEIR MISTAKE which should have been handled properly over a month ago now.
Update to my Update: Additionally they went ahead and reprinted the magnets (and not the single style in the quantity for 300 like I had asked and explained below) and Since I placed the original order for pickup they're not even shipping these replacement magnets to me. The customer service here is a joke and waste of time for something so painfully simple.
UPDATE TO UPDATE UPDATE (2/13): How is a simple fix of their mistake sending me unmagnetized magnets going on 3 months later. Someone finally got back to me to say sorry not sorry. And now I have to wait additional time to see if someone in upper management will approve the replacement magnets I can't even use at this point to be shipped to me instead of me driving an hour to pick them up. No accountability.
Got Print replying to google reviews to call their 1-800 number is just to save face. No solutions have been offered playing phone tag with them.

Recently, they shipped me magnets that were not magnetized, or partially magnetized so they did not stick. This was 100% their mistake.
I'm a small business/independent artist and I had sent the magnets to my customers without checking since I never received bunk magnets from GotPrint before. I only learned they weren't magnatized when I started getting tons 1 star reviews and angry emails on Etsy.
Gotprint only offered me a $60 store credit (of a $300+ order) or a reprint of 3 of the styles. I asked if they could reprint the quantity they were offering for the 3 styles...of just one magnet style. Would cost them no more time or money to reprint just one style in the quantity they were offering for the 3 total styles. And I only asked for this, because 2 of the styles were Holiday Specific and I hoped to avoid refunds by sending customers the non-holiday specific magnet as a replacement, since the Holiday has passed. But whoever works in customer is straight miserable and refused.
I am not the type to complain because if I can still sell what they send me even if its off colored or faded, I do as sale items. But this was a complete nightmare over Holiday rush and they showed no empathy, accountability, or flexibility for a small time but long time customer that they put in a bad spot.
Don't order the magnets!
