I originally liked their platform. It was fairly easy and the team seemed competent as I needed their help on a registration issue.
When they messed up, they sent a coupon code for the order. Here comes the rub.
I went to use the coupon code on an order that was a split shipment. I had no problem paying any overage for additional shipping. But they wouldn't allow the order. Next I tried doing 2 small orders using the coupon code. But it only worked with 1 order so I lost half of the money. Again, unhappy but I could survive the losses.
I then thought I'd change shipping to 1 location so I wanted to change the order. NO SUCH LUCK. They said if you cancel you loose the coupon code. So, they have a policy problem that I suspect is driven from the top of the company. Which means they have problems throughout their company. Be careful. There are plenty of good printers on the web.
I have never used Gotprint for cards. However, I decided to give them a try after getting poor quality cards from a different company. Gotprint printed THE BEST quality cards I have ever had. I am so happy with the product and I am proud to share my cards with others.
I've used this company for a few years now (they have the best prices for our postcard mailers). Boss won't let me change companies, that's another story.
So I opened my template, put in all the new information and sent it off thinking everything would be fine. They always whine about the rgb/cymk. Blah.
No, this time, on top of that, they tell me my template sizing is all wrong. IT'S THE SAME TEMPLATE AS MY LAST ORDER!
I'm sick to death of the run around with these people.

Really disappointed with the direction this company has gone in terms of customer service and reliability. We recently placed an order for some brochures that were supposed to be delivered several days before an event we were having. We spent over $250 for this order, and even paid for 2 day air delivery to make sure it got to us in time. When it did not ship out in time, we called to try to get some resolution and/or a refund and they said that there was a delay in production and could only refund us the shipping cost... about $25. The order ended up shipping out 6 days later than it was supposed to, so we had to pay a local printer more than twice the cost to get it done in time. I spoke to several people and multiple supervisors, but the most that they would refund was $100, even though they admitted that the order did not get shipped out within the "allowable timeframe." We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. And I recommend that you do the same. It's a shame that companies like these don't stand behind their mistakes anymore.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people, Not only that but condescending and rude as well. FAR and AWAY the worst experience I've had with a print company. My advice, go local, use a business that actually has experience in working with images and can use things like rulers and understands math. The real kicker is I've actually used them several times, all good experiences, but this is the first time where I've been treated like this, SO INCOMPETENT, SO SO RUDE!... lesson learned. Like I said they really put in the effort for this

On reviewing your order and the phone call you made to us, there may have been a misunderstanding with the issue on the file. The image you uploaded to us had an image that was going past the blue safe zone but not extending to the black bleed line. There was also a black border on the cards that was extending to the bleed line, but stopped just inside the red cut line. What we should have made clear to you was to either remove the border totally and extend your image all the way to the black bleed line, making sure any text or logos stay within the blue safe zone, or make the border larger so it extends inside the safe zone and make your image smaller so that is also within the safe zone. That way, if there is any shift during the cutting process, you are not left with an uneven border.

Placed order Jan. 20th, confirmed with CS that order will be shipped in time for my event, Feb. 13th, Called multiple times to make sure the books would be ready was assured they would arrive on time, Called Monday Feb. 7, was told the are shipping out, to be sure I upgraded shipping to the tune of another $100 so now my order total is $1600 - +, looked up the shipping on Thursday the 10th of Feb, boxes will be delivered Monday the 14th the day after the event. I have repeated called and put in tickets to no avail. NO emails no Calls no making it right, I in the last years placed many orders with GotPrint and NOW I will end up contacting the attorney general about Got Print. Very Disappointed. Would not use if you have time sensitive printing. And on top of all this I lost my job cause I had one job and I failed.

When you are placing your order, there is a shipping estimator on the order page that will show you the approximate shipping cost based on the zip code you enter, also on that last page of checkout it will show the accurate shipping cost based on the shipping address entered before the order is placed. With so many options, STAY AWAY FROM GOTPRINT! Their "customer service" is NOT customer service. Everything you bring up, they blame the other departments. Even if they can clearly see in their system you never received your order, they still say "we'll have to request a refund"... NO YOU WILL GIVE ME MY REFUND, of which she said well we probably wont, we'll probably reprint... Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they'll put in the request and someone will contact us by email in 24-48 hrs. STAY AWAY!
When UPS failed to deliver our order, proof of which is recorded on 30 days of our surveillance cameras, I tried to contact GotPrint.com to let them know. They never returned a response. In my opinion, any business that fails to follow up on a customer concern about a paid order is not to be trusted. I am not sure if this is an isolated issue or not but would like to caution others about my experience. The cost of the order is beans compared to the time and money lost preparing the order. One would think a business like GotPrint.com would know that and show a little more care in their customer service department. The lesson we learned was just to pay the extra to have a brick and mortar do the printing for us.
As for the response noted by GotPrint.com, that is not entirely true. They did not reply until after I posted this review, and they did not reply within two business days as they claim. Further, I submitted the claim myself and followed it until UPS could not prove they delivered the package. The driver did not record the location of the drop and I was able to prove s/he never arrived at my door.

I have used Got Print for a few cards related to my wedding including the Save the Dates, RSVP card and the official invitation. The save-the-dates were the correct quantity and an OK print besides the uneven rounded corners but I thought Got Print was good enough to order from again.
I ordered my wedding invitations and then later the RSVP cards as I prepared to arrange my wedding invitations. I ordered them ahead of time in case there were any issues with the print job and I needed a reprint. The cards looked good up on arrival and I kept them safe.
When I was ready to assemble my invitations I had set out a packet of 100 envelopes and both the invitation and the RSVP card. Well, I ran out of both cards before I could stuff the 100 envelopes. Both orders were for quantities of 100...but both orders were short. One by 7 cards and one by 3 cards. Not a huge deal, but definitely short. I used the customer chat online to discuss the issue with Got Print Customer Service. The employee did not apologize but kept asking why I waited so long (it's been less than 2 months since the first cards were ordered, less than 1 since the second cards) to let them know. I described much of what I did above to him, he said he would let the quality team know.
Yesterday, quality team got back to me and acknowledged that one order was short but only offered $1.32 of store credit, to cover the value 3 cards that they never sent.
For the second order, they simply said I was wrong, and they had sent a complete order.
This is unacceptable customer service and it blows my minds that they could mess up like this and offer ONLY $1.32 of worthless store credit.
I would advise that anyone needing IMPORTANT printed materials, please seek a different company. Got Print does not care about the people that order their products. They will gaslight you into believing they did send the correct quantity even though they didn't.
It would have taken them a few more steps to make the matter right and to keep a customer but instead they have chosen to provide poor service and save themselves a couple of bucks.
When you make a mistake, acknowledge it and try and improve the situation. Do not be like Got Print.
Worst customer service ever! 100% satisfaction is only for the first order. Being a customer for years does not matter at all to them. No quality control at all. Do NOT use this printer.
I've used GotPrint for several jobs but the issues are the same: they have major problems with communication and customer service. I have given them a chance but no more. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are too many options now for online printing, too many good companies that work well with customers, have great products and make sure jobs are executed quickly and accurately. I ordered t-shirts from Gotprint. First time the black shirts logo looked like a Billboard... they did cut out the logo. 2nd time they did a white shirts. Logo was 6" below the neckline. Logo was in the center of my belly. When I sent them pictures and wanted them done... they had an EXCUSE for each screwup and blamed me. HORRIBLE COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I spend 4 hours to design the business cards and magnet sign on their website. Paid and they sent me several email indicated that my order was not process with problems even I have approved couple times. Keep sending me the email saying that my order having problems. I called them, no one answer the phone, chat online and the rep. Name Branda was doesn't know nothing. What's kind of business is this? Just total wasted my time.

We sent you emails to advise that we wanted you to resubmit your design as there was a glitch that would have caused your files to print blurry. We specifically asked for you to not process as is, which is what you did select and was advised to you when you were on the online chat. We do not charge you until the order is approved and ready for production, your order was cancelled at your request and if you check your card statement, you were not charged for the order.

In my opinion, there are only two types of people who would do such a thing: mentally handicapped, or unethical unprofessionals! Unfortunately we do not offer split shipping on any of our orders and the codes are limited to one use. Unfortunately after an order is canceled the code is lost as well, we would either need to create a new one or reinstate it. I went ahead and submitted a quality control ticket to see if we can generate a new code for you and make sure the remaining balance is not lost.
