They don't tell you they add a $10 charge for S&H until it's too late to cancel.
It might be different if their product were quality. As it is I have 500 pieces of scrap paper

Hello Paul,
When you are placing your order, there is a shipping estimator on the order page that will show you the approximate shipping cost based on the zip code you enter, also on that last page of checkout it will show the accurate shipping cost based on the shipping address entered before the order is placed. Please can you advise us of the order number so we can look into this further.
