I ordered stickers, they sent me pieces of paper. I inquired with customer service about the discrepancy and they told me that despite their website lacking any of this information, I should have known that the paper size (that they have as an option for their STICKERS) means it won't be Sticker and it is my fault.
I asked for a refund as the product is completely worthless to me. They refused. They offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and do not uphold.
