Did not get the item I was trying to order. First, when you try to order circle stickers, it reroutes you not to stickers, but stickers and business cards in the same dropdown. This is the only site set up this way and is VERY UNCLEAR. I paid for a proof, and when I called because it wasn't set up right, I said multiple times that I was ordering stickers, and the representative never noticed or mentioned that that was not what I ordered. Instead he just talked down to me about how I should have better prepared my files (despite me paying for the proof to make sure they were right). My files (with sticker in the name) were checked multiple times and no one ever mentioned I had selected the wrong paper. When I received business cards instead of stickers, and called to complain, customer service seemed to know this was a common issue, and had nothing to say. WORST PRINTER EVER!

I called customer service to tell them that i never got my order when the tracking info said delivered. The lady on the phone says that it was never delivered and just to wait 7 to 14 more days to get your order... I emailed customer service asking for some help and recieved a computer generated respone. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER... IF YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT YOU PAY FOR ( DON'T SHOP HERE)

I was hopefull for this company. I needed more business cards, but my previous supplier went way up in price. I spent about two hours using their designer, only to find that my design wasn't saving, as well as other issues. I used their life chat option, which took about 15 minutes to contact with someone. When I finally connected, the rep seemed unknowledgeable, didn't listen very well to my concerns, and seemed completely unmotivated to help me. After a few minutes going back and forth without her actually answering my questions, she just stopped responding. I waited about 20 minutes, never responded. So I quit that chat and tried someone else. Mind you, I was not rude in any way to the rep, I always try to express value to employees who are helping me. Next rep came on a bit faster. She didn't listen very well either, but was better than the first one. She kept on telling me that there were options that simply weren't showing up on my end. Eventually she said I needed to switch from Edge (the only browser my computer can run on) to Firefox or Chrome, because it doesn't work well on Edge. Well that would have been nice if they let me know BEFORE I wasted about three hours on their site. She took gave very little indication that she was at all motivated to help me. No apologies for the difficulties, no offers to help or to escalate, she too stopped responding. I had no choice but to abandon my project and lose everything. I don't have this kind of time to waste on this kind of thing.

I've used GotPrint since 2009. I recently placed several orders for business cards and rack cards. I'm willing to accept a standard amount of shift (usually 1/16") in the cutting process. However, both the business cards and rack cards were delivered with unacceptble cuts.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that my business card file had incorrect specifications. This is the same design that I'd had printed at least four times previously without issue. The design has a border, and they claimed that my design was visibly short of the safe and trim lines. That is, they couldn't understand that there was a border on the design. I had to explain this three separate times, twice to customer service and once to quality control. It wasn't until I convinced quality control to review the actual file used for print (they kept referencing a screenshot of the online proof) that they admitted that the file met their own specifications. I had been asking them to review the file from the beginning. They did finally agree to reprint the business cards.

Rinse and repeat on the rack card. They're telling me that the design is faulty even though, again, I've had this same design printed several times with GotPrint in the past. In this case, it's not only the same design, it's the exact same file.

The other items we received over the past few weeks have been of mixed quality. I thought my experience might have been an anomaly, but it matches the other 1-star ratings here.

My conclusion, reluctantly, is that GotPrint is no longer an acceptable option after 10 years.

My first job with GotPrint, on the recommendation of a colleague. The 8.5x11 trifold brochure I received looks great and was well-made, at a much better price-per-piece than I found elsewhere.

However, the submission and review process was frustrating: I got one "your uploaded brochure file(s) need bleed" and two "the panels of your uploaded brochure files do not match the panels of our template," even though my art had bleed and fit the bleed-crop-safe layout boundaries as shown on the (tiny) online proof. Relatively slow turnaround on resubmissions (twice!) extended the process several days until I finally told them to print as-is. Then the two-day UPS shipment on a Friday wasn't delivered until Tuesday, adding even more time. I'd really prefer USPS.

The templates available didn't do me any good. I just measured correct dimensions, including fold lines, in my layout and imaging software and it worked.

If I use them again I'll figure in the long processing time (like that of V****P***t) and trust my art.

PS - Customer service by telephone is essentially non-existent. Calling with pre-purchase question was a waste of time: phone rang forever, person who finally answered didn't know anything.

We sent these to make you aware that there may be an issue, but you do have, as you indicated, the option to process as is. TERRIBLE service

I submitted my order for a pop-up banner. They emailed me a digital proof of the banner. I could either approve or deny the proof. I had a change on my banner, so I denied the proof. I was then prompted to submit a new file, which I did with the changes. I was sent a new proof to again approve or deny. I approved as it was the correct banner with the correct changes.
When my banner arrived, it was the FIRST proof that I had DENIED. I called customer service and they said they would look into it and contact me by email. They emailed me later that day and they confirmed that it was their mistake and they had printed the wrong one. They placed the order again for me. I contacted customer service to ask to have it overnighted to me as I needed it within the next few days. I got NO response back. When I got an email saying the order had been placed, I again asked when the banner would arrive as I needed it asap, and again got NO response. I contacted customer service one last time and professionally told them how unsatisfied I was with their customer service and their lack of response to any of my questions. Guess what? NO response. Nothing, not an apology or anything.
My company is currently redoing all four of our divisions' booths for tradeshows and will be spending a lot of money. I am so glad I only purchased one piece from GotPrint.com before any of the others. I will never go through GotPrint.com again and advise all to stay away from them.

Takes forever

I ordered Christmas post cards from GP.
1) I chose the economy shipping. That was a big mistake. My Christmas post cards arrived after Christmas. GP said I should have used the more expensive shipping option. Checking with the UPS website it appeared GP delayed getting the order to UPS after the cards had been printed.
When the post cards arrived on December 28th I found the quality to be good. I stamped and addressed the post cards and took them to the US Post Office planning to send them as Epiphany cards, only to learn they were too small. They were 3"x5". I revisited the GP website and looked under the "Post Cards" tab. 3"x5" cards were listed there along with many other sizes. Their 4"x6" card was labeled as the "Official Size". There was nothing to indicated the 3"x5" card would be refused by the USPS. IMO, their 3"x5" card should not be listed as a post card, or it should be clearly marked as a size that is an unacceptable size for USPS mail.
My time and money spent on this GP post card order was a complete waste.

Unfortunately Economy shipping is the shipping method with the longest transit time, this can take 7-14 business days to arrive after the order has shipped from our facility. Standard shipping may have been a better option. We do offer a large variety of postcard sizes but if you are using the post office or a mail house to mail these out we highly encourage that you check with them before placing an order with us as they will be the ones to mail this out for you and we are simply providing the printing and there is no way for us to guarantee it will be meeting their mailing guidelines. I see a full store credit has been provided for this order.

Use Vista Print it may cost a bit more but its a whole lot better

Great Postcard and Customer Service
April 25, 2022

I ordered 1000 postcards with an advertised 1-3 production and estimated standard delivery between April 15 and April 28. I spoke with them on April 18, hoping that the cards were out for delivery. I was disappointed to find out that they were in the print stage. But since placing my order, they had posted on their website that orders were delayed due to material shortage. I already knew that paper was in short supply. So I understood this problem that was out of their control.

At this point, I was hoping to get it by Friday, April 22 and would do it by expediting shipping if the postcards were done by Thursday. They did call me on Thursday to tell me the cards were done and could overnight them to me. To make a long story short, since I was currently in another location than my home, I wanted them shipped to me. They were unable to over the phone change the address. This is ridiculous! Instead, I had to stop what I was doing (driving my car) to send them an email with the new address. Only to find out that the fastest time to ship to the new location (40 miles from my home) would take 2 days (and no weekend deliveries.)

In the meantime, I looked through their reviews for the past 6 months and they were all 1 or 2. Not a single 3,4, or 5. Now, my concern was that the postcards would be crap. But I was pleasantly surprised that when they arrive on Friday at my home (I had a friend pick them up and bring them to me) they were perfect! The paper was plenty thick. The quality of print on both sides was wonderful and colorful.

So if you want to use GotPrint, order early and give lots of time for shipping.

Printing Horrible and Customer Service Worst

I put in an order with GotPrint for 1000 Greeting Cards for my small business. All 1000 of the cards have what looks like pencil scribble marks on the inside of all the cards. I contacted the company with photos asking for a refund for my order and they took quite a while to get back to me, and then asked for more photos. I sent them more photos and they eventually got back to me and said they could offer me a $50 dollar credit on an order that I paid 152.70. I declined to accept this and called Customer Service and spoke with Jim and he put in a request for my money back. They got back to me and decided they wanted to play let's make a deal and then offered me 100 back in credit or a reprint. I'm not sure how this offer is fair or considers me the customer, but this was certainly not a fair trade for me, a small business who sells greeting cards for a living. The reprint was out of the question, because I've done it before with them and the reprint often has an entirely different issue than the last. I called Jim back to express to him that I needed a full refund for my order because I was looking to print somewhere else because I needed the cards for my business and this has been already taking 2 weeks at this point. He was very agitated and asked me why didn't I just respond back to the email, instead of calling him…so the Customer Service flew right out the window. So basically I have 1000 cards that I cannot use for my business with no Refund or Credit because GotPrint refuses to resolve this issue in a fair way. It seems like such a shame to lose a customer who has been with them for almost 7 years, and who has spent well over $10,000 dollars printing with this company for 152.70. It's not worth the stress, save your time and hard earned money, and print with a company that has integrity! (I've added a photo but you will have to blow it up pretty large to see the small pencil marks on the left side of the inside of the cards.)

Do not come here for your printing services

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place IS AWFUL you guys. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PRINTING SERVICES. They promise that it will be done in 4 days for me to pick up via e-mail, and IT WAS NOT. This place did not even send an UPDATED timeframe of when the cards would be ready. I needed it for an event and now I have NOTHING to give to our participants.

AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. They may be on the cheaper end but DO NOT GET CONNED. You will not get your stuff if you're on a tight deadline. They give a ton of excuses. They said they will call back but I had to call them back instead because they did not understand the importance of needing it the next day.

They will tell you they are understaffed (isn't everyone nowadays?) and give a bunch of excuses and I'm pretty sure the person who will respond back to me on this will give a generic response along the same lines.

I wanted to give this place a glowing review to say that the other reviews were wrong about this place, but NO, every negative review on here is RIGHT.

The only person that I was okay with was Michael because he stayed on the line with me to make sure I got a refund.

Owner claims that it was only 1-2 delay, but representative said it wouldn't be ready until mid-next week.

THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND DO NOT GO HERE.
