Recently several thousand dollars were charged to our corporate credit card in GotPrint's name. When we called customer service to ask about this GotPrint told us that, because none of us were the actual individual who placed this order, they couldn't discuss the problem with us.
We pointed out that the card was used fraudulently and the individual that placed the order didn't work here. They reiterated that, unless the fraudster was on the conference call to give permission to discuss their order, they wouldn't discuss the matter further.
Let that sink in. Our credit card was used for fraud, and GotPrint wouldn't even speak to us without the thief's permission. Based on their behavior and circumstantial evidence I personally believe somebody at GotPrint is allegedly involved with this fraud, but I have no way to prove it.
You shouldn't do business with this company.
