Print quality, imho, is fine. BUT, if a printer sends you greeting cards with the inside part reading upside down, and insists that it is your error because you didn't upload it UPSIDE DOWN, there is a serious problem with quality control. Don't bother with the chat or a phone call. All they tell you is to wait for an email from Quality Control. I will save you the trouble of waiting. They offer you $10 off to reprint it. Had I known there was an issue with the file orientation, I could have sent it upside down to them. (which in itself makes no sense). But I received a message that said it was approved for printing. Which makes me believe someone there had eyes on it.
I placed an order for 250 Rip cards and 250 flyers on September 24th, for some reason these were not approved. They did not make an effort to contact me to inform me of this and because other companies like Vistaprint are reliable I though they would be too... WRONG. It is now October 17th and my order has just arrived. When I called to complain they did not expedite the order, and the customer service Rep was so rude it was shocking. Not only did they not do what they were supposed to do, but they made me and my business look bad to our clients. Will never use them again.

For the order you are speaking about, we did send you multiple emails to advise you that there was an issue with one of your files as it needed bleed. This means that the background image did not extend all the way to the bleed line on the template, so if there is any shift during the cutting process, you may have an uneven white border. You called us 10/8 and then requested for us to print the order as is, which is what we did. We are an online company, so communication is done predominately via email. All our calls to our Customer Service department are recorded so we will investigate, if you were treated rudely, I apologize in advance.

My order was printed in less than a week, which was the good news, but took over two and a half weeks for delivery. I was looking for a good, reliable printer, but I cannot use GotPrint if every order takes that long to ship.

I had so many issues with got print and then when the product finally arrived almost a month later I hated it. Customer service was terrible. Delivery was terrible. Product was terrible. The return policy is terrible. I'm now stuck with a product I will never use. Never again, vista print you have my business back.

The order you are referring to was placed 8/2 and on that same day, we sent you an email to advise that the text would be small once printed. We did not hear back from you, so a follow up email was sent 8/9 and you then sent a message to print the files as they were. The order started production the next business day, 8/12 and completed production and was shipped 8/16. The shipping method selected for the order was Economy shipping which can take 7-14 business days, however in this case it was delivered 8/22. You sent another message advising that you are unhappy with the order you received, as a courtesy, our Quality Control department will be refunding the full amount of the order. Some orders they've done great on, but this time around has been rather crazy. Contacted them so many times to try to resolve this and make the order work. Their prepress dept. keeps claiming there's a problem with my file. They sent a proof where one of the graphics had been removed, and claimed it was a trapping issue. I've been a designer for over 15 years and have done projects with massive budgets. Never ran into an issue like this. They refuse to look at my updated pdf, and just say I have to re-upload the file over and over again. Seems as though they don't know what they're doing. Going with a different print company who is competent and got back with me the same day with info about the project.

When you first contacted us, you were advised more then once that it was unlikely that you would be able to receive your order in the time frame you needed it in with the options you had selected. You then cancelled the order and placed a new order with rush production and were told that as long as there were no file issues you should receive the order in time. When your files were checked by our processing department we advised you of issues with your files. You requested to process as is and when we sent you the proof you did not approve it because some of the graphics were missing. We then advised that it was because the files were not flattened. The website does state that the production time is from when the order is approved and charged, we are sorry that we were not able to assist you on this occasion.

You may want to choose a different service. It's very difficult to contact customer service to get any help for orders. After about an hour the issue seemed to be resolved, but I ended up needing to place a different order for about $90 more. The agents seemed to be clueless as to why an hour into it, I would be inconvenienced for how long it was taking. Good luck!
This company should be banned from google ads, they advertise one price, charge another and deliver, dull, bottom barrel quality cards too embaressing to hand out as a serious professional. No matter how precise you center your design on their website, they don't care enough to ensure print quality and deliver lackluster off center results and of course carry mediocre customer service policy. Keep your joke of a card and my money. Never again

I did order on sept 28th a 500business cards and paid for 1-6 days shipping. Today is oct10th and did not get anything yet! Then came here to take a look. And find that others had problems already. It's easy to take people's money but think about upset them? Good luck guys for this bull$#*!!

We received your order on the 28th, and this started production the next business day, Sept 30th. Unfortunately we do not have orders stocked and ready to ship, therefore we need to take Production Time into account, the paper stock selected for this order was the 38pt. Trifecta Blue, our newest paper stock and this has a turnaround time of 6-8 business days. Shipping (Standard 1-6 Business Days) takes into account after the order has completed production, this shipped on time and it is currently in route.

I was referred to GotPrint by a friend when I needed to do 1000 bookmarks for a nonprofit project. The bookmarks were 3.5 cents each, as opposed to the 25 cents each - the closest other quote we had!

It took forever to order the cards because their make online option wasn't working. I finally uploaded an image and then got charged $16 for "discounted" shipping (What a joke!)
Then they came and they're crap! Paper is awful, Image is awful, There are weird lines running down the front... I would never give these to anyone. I wish they could be kicked off Google Ads because they're completely misleading.

I placed an order on January 31,2019. When I received an email from the company a few hours later, I thought it was just an acknowledgement of the order. It was actually a notice that there was a problem with one of the items I ordered. 7 days later I contacted them to check on the status of the order only to find out that it was not in production because of the problem. After 3 attempts to correct the problem, I asked if we could pay to expedite the order since it was time sensitive and we had lost a week. Again, they put the order on hold.
I found someone else local to print the job and sent an email to GotPrint to cancel the order. Today I was notified that there would be a 10% cancellation fee! They didn't bother to call me or send a reminder that there was a problem with the order for a week!
They did nothing, the order was not in production and they charge a cancellation fee! Horrible customer service. I would never use GotPrint again. Buyer beware!

1. This is so simple it's ridiculous - I order 500 postcards. In the SAME cart I order 500 business cards. They ship separately. They charge $ separately. They arrive different days. This is so asinine. 2. When my customer says go ahead and use my ups account GOTPRINT REFUSES. I understand if they've got a contract with ups but products in the same cart should be packed, shipped, and arrive, TOGETHER! It's not cost effective, it's not convenient for the customer, and it makes NO F***#$)# SENSE (I am otherwise a happy customer of 8+ years and this is only the second time in my life I've bothered to write a review - positive OR negative - that's how much this bothers me!)

According to their website, production time for posters is 3-5 days with an additional 2 days due to staff shortages. However, the estimated delivery dates were FOUR days ago until sometime next week. Today is the 8th day of production. I need these products by the event date in nine days. Despite contacting costumer service, there is no way to expedite the order and the representative keeps responding with with vague responses. There should be more transparency AND accuracy with estimated delivery dates. I am anxiously waiting for updates and praying this arrives in time. I will be very upset if this product does not arrive in time for the event.

They printed posters and mounted them on post board for me. Excellent work. Fast, and inexpensive. I went and picked them up, since they are local (saved me some postage). Good job! Will use them again.
I absolutely LOVE my cards! I was a little worried because the price was a lot cheaper than any other place I looked, but after reading their guarantee I decided to order all 250 cards. I couldn't be happier! The color came out exactly how I had made it (I created my cards on Adobe Illustrator and exported them using CMYK format, which is the same this company uses to print). For the most part all the cards came out centered (there were a few that were slightly off, but only noticeable because I was trying to find something wrong with them) and very good quality! Would highly recommend if you are creating your own custom cards and looking for a place to print them, though I would suggest getting envelopes elsewhere.
Not fast at all, a week to print and another two weeks to ship. Really frustrating when the UPS can get something printed and ready faster then GotPrints. Imagine as a business getting outperformed by a government istatution…
After reading their response from Alex M. It is the same hot air. We went back and forth for months with no real resolution especially for quality sake. Refund should have been offered after they were not willing to make it right. In any case we have seen NO REFUND, so the words here are just for the viewer to think they have adequate customer service. THEY DO NOT!

Tried them for a few items over the years ad have been pretty mediocre satisfied until of recent. As for quality expect cheap materials and moderate quality printing. We had bandit signs (yard signs) printed on such cheap boards they flexed in the wind and were completely transparent showing the backside image through which made them not work at all, and appear cheap as one can imagine making the company on them appear the same. Then a full size hanging 10' vinyl banner submitted with high resolution images yet up close appears it was printed such low res so they could save ink it makes images and text blurry. Not to mention paper thin vinyl. Upon sharing this with their corporate we get an offer of a $25 credit. Are you kidding! We just spent hundreds of dollars and unhappy with all of it. Finally after a month of little to no support we complain again, get an offer to send it back (at our cost) and then we will get a refund. Forget it! We will only work with Vistaprint who has stellar customer support and prints high resolution and on quality materials for a very fair price. STAY AWAY FROM GOTPRINT.
I ordered 10,000 9"x11" EDDM postcards several times. After my printer automatically printed the mailing address this time, I found out that 1388 were missing. I also found that 12 boxes in the past have now become 9 boxes, although the boxes are longer 3 inches tall than before, but the problem is that there are 6 boxes two to three inches full of brown paper. I tried to fill a box that need to be full with 1,108 sheets, so even if it was full on every box, it couldn't reach 10,000 sheets. I told the local got print the manager say ok but their main company in California refused to reprint 1,388 sheets. They have not reprinted it for more than a month. Not Willing to pay responsibility. I really want to know what to do if you encounter this situation?

I ordered ( #*******) some business card september 27, the date to get my card was from october 07 to 11 so I thought it would certainly be at my address before the event where I needed the cards on October 16th. Today are the 18th and they have changed the date 3 times. I just want my $ back.

Don't waste your money for expedid shipping, they will not fulfill that and when you ask for some type of compensation they just go-ahead and cancel your order, no apology nothing. I will make sure to never order there again.
Lazy customer service and their only response is if I do t get the cards after the 27th day then I could email back. I could only use messenger bc their email link on site is a dead link. Too many other places that DO have customer service, I won't be back. As for the quality? No idea, bc they haven't ever arrived. Yowza.
