According to their website, production time for posters is 3-5 days with an additional 2 days due to staff shortages. However, the estimated delivery dates were FOUR days ago until sometime next week. Today is the 8th day of production. I need these products by the event date in nine days. Despite contacting costumer service, there is no way to expedite the order and the representative keeps responding with with vague responses. There should be more transparency AND accuracy with estimated delivery dates. I am anxiously waiting for updates and praying this arrives in time. I will be very upset if this product does not arrive in time for the event.

Unfortunately we have been having staffing issues and production times have been extended. We have been updating our Updates page with additional information. Unfortunately all orders can take up to an additional 2-4 business days to be completed. If you are able to provide an order number we can review your order and see if there is anything we can do to ship this ASAP, if it hasn't already.
