The company has declined in the quality of there materials and services. I recently purchased a car magnet and to no fault of mines began to not work consistently falling. When I contacted the company they offer a $5 credit as a resolution. Shoppers beware of this company.

Abysmal Customer Service

No matter how many times I ask for clarification on my my foil prints can't be completed, the only answer I get back is " The files that you uploaded are not print ready. The file is missing the foil channel setup. Refer to our special instruction guide." The issue is that I have the channel setup. I read the instructions upwards of 15 times, sent screenshots of the file structure, and asked for more information, but I just get that same message over and over. The last one they sent was highlighted, as if I missed it the first 4 times. It's unbelievable.

They left a margin on 2 sides of 2 different cards and tried to blame me. I've printed tons of stuff from them without a problem before because it was a solid color, but this card took some careful cutting and they just couldn't follow through properly. The cards are garbage and that's the last time I ever order from them. I would not recommend any job that is beyond a single, solid color.

Hello DS,
When you upload your files, there are 3 lines on the template. The blue line is the safe zone, anything within that will print, the red line is the ideal cut line and the black line on the outside is the bleed line, so if there is any shift during the cutting process you are not left with an uneven border. Can you please send a private message with your order number, so we can look into this further?

AVOID: No staff and no paper. Worse support.

Placed an order on the 15th with overnight shipping and was told it would be delivered between the 21st and 27th. Got a call on the 27th to tell me they they haven't even printed it yet because they don't actually have employees to print the orders and are also out of paper to print with. I tried reaching out twice before and they only have one customer support person on their website's Live Chat who isn't even connected to the company and just sends an email to the company on your behalf... which they take over 2 business days to read.

Hello Joey. Your order was placed on Friday 4/15 and started production on Monday 4/18, the next business day. The production time for your order was 3-6 days, (that is the time to make your cards, including creating the printing plates, physically printing the item, drying, cutting and in the case of your order, die cutting to the final shape). We also have on our website, and every email that we are sending, that we are adding an additional 3-5 business days due to issues such an international paper shortage, staffing issues and volume of orders. You then contacted us via Live Chat 4/25 and the person you spoke with, who is an employee of GotPrint, advised you of the turnaround times for your order. Despite the inappropriate language you used, they still sent a message to our production department to see what we could do in getting your order out as soon as possible. The order shipped 4/28 and was delivered 4/29. Thank you

This is one of the most frustrating things I have EVER encountered. They have constant network issues, and the website just freezes of its own accord. You save a project, and the project disappears. It also won't let you buy more than one thing! F'n Crazy!

I linked GotPrint from Google because it advertised free shipping.

After going through the design, the free shipping was not eligible.

I called the company and they said they do not honor 3rd party coupons. The customer service rep, named Jim, said he had not been familiar with Google in a patronizing fashion. I asked if I could speak to a manager and Jim gave me the runaround and said he would see if one is available. I was on hold for 15 minutes, Jim offered a link and an email that I could send and request free shipping.

When I read this review, Jim said that he did not patronize me. However, he still was unable to find a manager on duty.

I recommend VistaPrint.

In general, any coupons we offer are on our coupon page on the website and the screenshot you have provided is just a search for free shipping and shows a link to the Gotprint website, not any offer for free shipping. I ordered business cards from GotPrint. Every single one was cut incorrectly and as a result they are all worthless. I used their website to let them know about it, I even sent pictures of the misprinted cards, and they told me it was "not our problem", paper can shift when it is cut! This is supposed to be a printing company and they can't even print cards straight! Worst of all, they refuse to make it right. Instead of reprinting the cards and making sure they were correct, they offered me a discount to reorder the same cards again. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

They will not fix their problems, and say its your fault.
I called because my business cards were cut wrong. They have a black background so the white on the edges was extremely upsetting. When I called I was told I had to go online and email my compliant, they do not do that over the phone. So to email I went. Every time I emailed back I got the same generic answer. I order for a business so I have purchased a lot of business cards and never had an issue. All they would say is that 'a reprint will only cause the same results." I will be using one of their competitors from now on. I will not pay the same company twice for the same product when they screwed up.

On researching your order, the reason you had white on on the sides is that the files you uploaded did not have bleed. When you upload your files, you will see 3 lines, the blue is the safe zone, anything within that area will print, the red line is the ideal cut line and the black line which is the bleed line, that way if there is any shift during the cutting process you are not left with an uneven border, as happened in this case. Although this is not a error on our part, our Quality Control department did already offer you a $10 code towards a new order with updated files as if we were to reprint this one, the same issue may occur again.

The bookmarks they designed were such a vibrant color. The price is great and I will definitely order additional products in the future. My biggest issue was getting kicked out of the payment screen and I had to submit a few times, just to get a payment made.

Customer No More

I have ordered from this company for many years but I'm sad to say I will no longer be a customer. Is the quality good? I would say most of the time even though their color matching has changed over the years and you never know anymore what shade it will be from run to run.

I believe this company in their desire to grow have lost touch with quality control and with the customers that have made them who they are today.

I believe one of the worst aspects of this company is there lack of customer service. I also know that I was willing to except that until now because of their prices. Now though they have raised their prices to a point that I can get printing elsewhere and also customer service as well. Thus I say goodbye Gotprint.

Worse Quality Product

GoPrint sent me the worse quality product. They have so-called 5-stars reviews online. When I received the business cards from them, they turned out to be the worse possible quality. All the colors are off and the face color has a red tint. The contact information is not possible to read because everything is washed out. They have poor-quality paper and the same quality ink. I Never will recommend them. Need to have a little bit of self-respect and look at the product before you send it out to people.

Good price and quality

Terrible customer service. I've used GP for years because the price and quality are good, but if you have an issue with a job, chalk it up as a loss an move on. They will not fix it but you're welcome to place the order again. Oh... and they don't send physical samples of what you want to see. You'll just have to place an order. Pfffttt.

Hello Jeff,
Please can you give us the order number so we can look into this further. As stated on our website, we are unable to adjust customer files, and also because of the way we print, we are not able to send samples of your product before the order is placed. We are a "gang run" printer, what that means is that we will print 20 - 30 different orders on large sheets of card or paper for customers ordering the same card/paper stock and the same quantity. That way we can spread the setup cost across multiple orders and keep our prices low. Because of this, we are limited to the quantities shown on the website.

Poor Product Quality and Customer Service

We've spent thousands of dollars with Got Print over the years and had good luck until this year. We had over 50 different business cards printed and they arrived in very poor quality. We ordered in March and have been trying to get the solution resolved since the cards arrived. They finally agreed to reprint some of the business cards and they arrived and were as bad as the ones they were replacing. Customer service has been awful throughout the entire process. We will be using a different vender from now on.

Messed up order
March 11, 2020

I have been ordering from gotprint for 20 years or so with no problems. The last 2 orders I made were wrong card stock. One was suppose to be stickers for a product I sell. I contacted them as soon as I got the wrong item. They said I had to open a case online. I am on a timeline for a craft show I have coming up. No one on the phone could help so this dragged out. Finally all they would do is give me a 50 credit. That also dragged on. Finally replaced my order and it indicated 2 to 6 day shipping so I thought I still had enough time. When I checked out the delivery window was something like 2 to 16 days. I have checked everyday and they finally shipped. Just checked tracking and they will arrive the day after the craft show ends. Now I have just a few days to come up with some kind of label for 1000 products. I think customer service dropped the ball here. I explained the situation and they really didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a print company and found GotPrint online. Tried to order samples and the order never came in. I called and spoke to two people who basically didnt care. I then decided to place an order and found everything pointed to "send it and if its wrong then its on you; we dont check anything". We just print what you send. So when I called to verify another person was everything but helpful. I decided to search reviews and found tons of bad ones and only 2 that got lucky. So I say for $20 more and some one who will check the work. Find another printer company. This was bad from the start. Glad I followed my own instincts.

This company is so screwed up they don't know one end from the other. I don't even know where to begin. The order process is so screwed up. Their website is screwed up. If your designs get rejected they proceed with your order anyway and charge your credit card. Their customer service cannot do anything to help you and of course they lie through their teeth so basically their customer service is worthless. All I wanted was 1 order of business cards and what they tried to give me is 4 orders. I tried to intervene when I saw charges on my credit card and that is when I had to deal with their customer service. Did I mention the cancellation fee? Yea, that's another $15 per order. Like I say... don't even consider doing business with these people. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I am a first time customer. It stated very clearly on the website. Free Shipping. It gave you a code. The code is invalid. I called Customer Service, the gentlemen on the phone said that coupon code expired April 2019. They should update the coupon code unless it's just a come on so us new customers can order. How is it the business cards is $8.00 & the supposedly free shipping is double the amount. Actually it's $8.52. To me this is false advertising & the customer service can't even accommodate you. Bad Service. I wouldn't want to recommend this company to anyone until they correct the problem.

Thank you for your feedback, I went ahead and reviewed your order and this qualifies for a free shipping code that we currently do not have listed on our site and I have asked my accounting team to refund the shipping cost. I am not sure what code you were trying to be apply and therefore I cannot determine if this is the same code. MISLEADING
January 10, 2022

I ordered some flyers for my business. Originally I was extremely excited about the product and the price. However, I paid for overnight shipping. After 6 days of not receiving my order, I called and inquired. I then found out that their production time was 10 days and then the overnight would occur. I placed this order on January 5. Today is january 10 and im still being told that the order won't ship out until the 21 and wont arrive till the 24. Where is this overnight? Where is this 10 days? When confronting the customer service rep his only response was he could issue me a full refund and cancel the order. Extremely bad customer service and very impolite. How the hell you charge me for overnight production and shipping and then tell me I have to wait 3 weeks. This is bull$#*!!

Our production time is listed on our site before submitting files. We have also added a link to our Updates page at the top of our home page advising of extended production times. We apologize for the misunderstanding but we do not offer overnight production and no where on our site this is advertised. We do offer Next Day shipping, and the shipping takes into account after the order is done with production. At the time of checkout when you select the shipping method a time frame of when to expect your product is provided. Would you be able to provide an order number for us to review please? We would like to help you receive this order ASAP if you have not received this already.

BUYER BEWARE!

I didn't read the reviews for GotPrint.com before ordering and I am paying for it! Waste of time and money! I ordered business cards from this company because I wanted to try a new company. BIG MISTAKE. My business cards were printed crooked and off-centered. When I contacted customer service, they said it was because I uploaded it that way. I used a professional to format my business card template. When I went in to double check, the proof was correct. I sent them another copy of my proof and asked for replacement of my business cards correctly printed based on the proof I provided. That was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I attached my perfect proof below.

I love the recycled paper option that is offered, I have printed 3 sets of business cards and a set of save the dates using that option and I'm so happy with the shipping timing, quality, and cost! Love that they have templates you can download and the site is very easily navigable. About to use them for my 4th set of business cards.
