After going through their process their small images should a lack of clarity in the words. I messaged the company asking if they could print one scan it and send it in a email so I could verify quality. They never addressed my concerns and just were unwilling to work with me in any kind of way. I ordered 500 business cards after trying to communicate and all attempts failed. When I got the cards in all the words were blurred and on some of the cards the cuts took off the first letter in some of the words or was up against the word. It looks as if they hand cut each card.

Garbage company! Crooks!

6 weeks and still no product. Refusing to refund me. The reps are verbally abusive and they will mock you with no shame. Real trash all around. Avoid them. There's a reason they are cheap because their service is non existent and their staff hates their lives.

Our company used gotprint for DVD sleeves and inserts and they were beautifully created by their printers. The ink did not smudge and the resolution was perfect. The only negative is we had to insert them ourselves into the dvd cases. It was still cheaper than outsourcing the combination together. I do wish they had an option for inexpensive cases and dvd inserts as we would have purchased that package too.

Terribly cropped & cut

I ordered 250 5 X 7 postcards as wedding announcements. All 250 were cut and cropped terribly. I followed their template as directed. There were none of the 250 that were cut correctly or even close to cut correctly. They also were all cut inconsistently wrong. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I will never use them to print anything ever again.

I don't see where I can add my order number, so hopefully this will work for you. The original first order, which was great, is US-GP*******4733 and it was placed on June of 2016. The problem order is US-GP*******4938 placed in June 2018. I am adding a compilation of both print jobs with the colors in question added in for comparison. If this won't work for you, please tell me what I can do and how to reach you.

I was a small independent graphic designer who used GotPrint for all my clients. I don't make a lot of money, but I have always scraped by and GotPrint was my go to printer. They made me look great and they have always done a great job until this last one. I sent a file in for a second printing, and I am sad to say the color came off so badly that my client is very unhappy. I filed a print issue, but GotPrint won't take responsibility for it as they said they only need to be within 80% color of my file. That leaves a lot of room for a color to go off, and they did. Since GotPrint won't take responsibility, I have to, and this is devastating to my small business. I have been happy with their quality up to now, but I can't handle losses of this kind. It has sadly put me out of business. I would not trust them anymore and I suggest that anyone who considers using them should be well aware that they may be out of pocket for unacceptable print quality. I did try to resolve this problem with GotPrint, but was told in an email "Our quality control department has checked the color density of your file. Please note that the change you see is normal in gang printing. We are a gang printer and therefore cannot match colors 100%. Please note we guarantee 80% match to your file. Each time colors could play up to 15-20%. Please visit our website and click on "terms of use" to see our color matching policy."

I ordered 100 round stickers. They came off-centered. They wouldn't reprint, they would only offer a 10% discount on my next order. I have a total of 6 orders in with the company, and that will be my last.

The order in question was for 1.5 inch stickers and we do clearly state on the website that we advise against borders as if there is any shifting during the cutting process the border may be uneven, which is what happened in this case. Because of the size of sticker you ordered, a small shift is more noticeable, if we were able to reprint your order, the same thing may happen again. We did offer you a $5 discount towards a future order as a courtesy as this was not due to an error on GotPrint's part.

I have ordered business cards, rack cards, and postcards from this company in the past. This time, I was advised on the phone that the template lines would not print on the cards. But they did. The cards are worthless and they refuse to make it right. They charge a lot for shipping. Slow production times. I will never use this company again.

Company Business Cards

Have been using these guys for a few years now for my company business cards. Have have 12 employees. Never had an issue with quality until my recent order. We are moving, so I had to do cards for all 12 employees and myself. Cards came in in a timely manner, but the quality was bad, the colors where not correct and the printing was light. I called and was on hold for 30+ minutes. When did talk to someone, they said I had to do the compliment online, so I did so. They sent an email asking for pictures of the old card compare to the new, so I did so. I just wanted then to reprint the whole order. They sent me another email asking me to send 5 of the old and new card of each employee. I emailed back asking them why don't they have samples of my last & previous orders, I said I don't have time to screw around with this. I never got a reply.

After dealing with VistaPrint for my first couple of business cards, and finding, that unless I was willing to pay all of their extra fees-- I heard about GotPrint. Received the free sample kit in the mail-and I was hooked! Have been a long time customer, so I LOVE the new format on their website, since I can manipulate quantities easily to see where I might save more money. There's NO charge for my custom designs, front & back printing is also a bargain... and best yet? Its an American company! My cards stand out amongst a sea of 'free template' cards that are oh-so-abundant at shows. I constantly get compliments on my cards, my hang tags and my long narrow banners that were custom made. I NEVER leave a craft show without recommending GotPrint!

Shipping vs production
October 25, 2021

While we can't review the product itself the shipping timeframe is very misleading. We chose the 2 business day option because we needed it by a certain date. Turns out that is actually the production timeframe and we were told those are 2 different things. We will not receive our product in time for our event. Would've been helpful to know that 2 business days isn't really that.

Unfortunately these are custom products and we do not have them ready to ship, we do list all of the production time on the initial order page after he quantity is selected. The shipping time takes into account after the order is done with production. While selecting the shipping method a time frame on when to expect the product is displayed, this is also available after placing the order.
Would you be able to provide an order number for us to see if we can do anything to push production and get the order to you asap?

GotPrint? Heck no! GotProblems is a better title.
I wish I would have read these reviews instead of the fake ones on their site!
Before a "rep" (hahaha) from GotPrint only answers complaints like this with what's your order number, here it is so you can skip that step: US-GP*******7525
Multiple issues: 1. Dramatic left shift, entire card is off center 2. Poorly cut, not a clean edge in the whole box of 500 3.90% of these cards have a weird crease, like a heavy roller wheel mark under the logo circle 4. Bottom edge is obviously slanted, easily seen 5. Magenta color chosen from their web designer, received a dark purple 6. Black streak across 40% of cards top edge like a dirty handed ink smear.
Stay away from GotPrint - use literally anyone else.
I will not accept anything less than a full refund of all money paid. If GotPrint wants this trash back, they must send me a prepaid label. Non-negotiable.

Long delays, no transparency with orders

Buyer beware: You place an order and all goes silent. There is no way to get status updates on your order. You talk to them via their chat link and they just tell you its processing. Then they tell you to see their COVID notice on the homepage. While every other company has ramped up to get orders processed this company is still saying they are behind. Lesson learned: use fedex.com or your corner print shop. They'll be possibly a bit more expensive but at least you'll have your order within 24-48 hours. I'm still waiting for gotprint.com to deliver mine and it's been 12 days already.

I ordered door hangers for my campaign a month ago. They still haven't even shipped. They are the slowest printers on the market, by far. And unresponsive. When you try to contact them about an issue that they can't fix, they will simply stop responding or hang up on you. They do not respect refund requests and have lower quality production than their competitors - which also requires different formatting of your project than what other printers require. Overall, an unpleasant, unprofessional, waste of my time and terrible ROI. Those door hangers aren't even relevant anymore to the campaign and yet we're still waiting for them.

The letter in my business name on the card is missing they told me that it was my fault and how I edited in pasted the pic in the wrong file. Which is untrue they won't credit my account or send me a new replacement never use this company. You're better off withvista.com.

I was shocked to find an online printer with such affordable prices. I thought since they are cheap, the quality would suck, but boy was I wrong. You not only get great quality products, you get them for a cheap price. I just hope they bring on more options for business cards soon.

It's just more lies. I mean really. You are one of the worst excuses of a company I've ever dealt with. Because of your response, I intend on spreading the news about your bull$#*! even more.
1. Liar. I didn't ask you to adjust the files. Liar Liar, pants on fire.
2. I never asked for a refund. I said I'd pay for your expertise to help fix it. You're a liar. Plain and simple. Had you said "why don't we work together and fix this', you'd have received the 500 shirts I've ordered so far. But you didn't. Because you are more interested in being 'right' than the customer.
I offered to pay for my mistakes. But all you want to do was focus on those mistake... not on the fixes.
I offered to pay for every mistake. Every mistake.
I never ONCE asked for a refund.
I am so glad I didn't do business with your company. I saved myself a lot of frustration.

It will only frustrate you. These people are awful. They could care less about quality. The only good part about my experience is that I didn't place the full order until I had ordered, and paid for, the samples of their work.
I never asked for a refund. I never asked for a credit. I never asked for anything other than a good product. Which I was willing to continue to work with them, and pay for until we got what we wanted.
But that's not how it went down. Basically, they just kept spinning lie after lie after weak ass excuses until finally I just gave up.
You can waste your time if you want... but it wasn't worth it to me.

The trifecta business card product has potential in being great. Very thick cards, just not produced well.
Extremely unsatisfied with this company. Ordered over 2500 business cards that were supposed to be blue and came out purple. They claim it was my editing error, but even our company logo that is blue printed purple on every card. Not only was there a major color issue, but almost every card has the edges folding up. Terribly cut.
I submitted an order request but the only thing they were able to do was send a $100 credit. This would be great if shipping was not $40! Regardless that doesn't even get me half of what I paid for.
Very unfortunate for a business with a strong color scheme and professional persona to receive such a mess. We hoped to continue business with GotPrint because we loved the prices, but the customer service and satisfaction just isn't there.
Moving forward, you get what you pay for! Don't be blinded by the price and just go with the better rated company.

We reviewed the order placed and understand the cards did not print the way you wanted. The submitted logo file was in RGB and once converted to CMYK there is a shift in color. Unfortunately, we only print in CMYK, we understand this is not how you intended to receive cards. I ordered wedding invitations, and the printing/shipping process did not honor my priority order.

The customer service responds that "any shipping option, does not effect the actual printing process" meaning whether you order regular 7-15 day shipping or Next day 2-3 buisiness days you will wait the EXACT âme amount of time. Only difference is you pay over 25 dollars more for a priority shipping that isn't valued.

Over a week later with my next day shipping option chosen I am still waiting on the order to ship. I have heard good things about this company however my personal experience is that the integrity of the company is not consumer satisfaction.

Production turnaround time is separate form the shipping turnaround time. The order still needs to be produced, we do not have the files printed and ready to ship when the order is placed, I apologize. I provided an. Eps file which contains exact colors for every object to be printed. The blue color is PANTONE 294 C but it printed differently throughout the print job appearing as blue in one area and purple in another. The EXACT same color was provided for all objects. If everything printed purple then shame on me. If you take my file and some is printed right and the rest is wrong, something happened on your side.

I'm quite certain GotPrint will reply with an explanation, and excuse, and the standard "we apologize" message. Let's be clear, I provided the same standard throughout the document.

We reviewed your artwork and did find that different blue shades were provided for your file. The CMYK values provides were for a purple mix. We recommend using 30% more cyan than magenta to avoid turning purple. Even though this was not a printing error, it was a file error, we offered you a $50 discount towards a future order.
